Dave answered my Yelp quote request in under 10 minutes. Reggie tried his best to diagnose the issue and came in just a couple hours on a Sunday evening. Travis was here for nearly four hours and came out the following day to try out a different approach. He talked me through each approach he was quite clear in explaining that we would need to substitute a part of cast iron pipe with PVC and tried to clear the blockage. Travis did the occupation mess-free and came out with a group the next day, and we didn't have to take work off while they did the job. Thanks to ER Pipes we're currently flowing freely again, and I definitely know who we'll call in the long run for our plumbing requirements.

A tech was able to come this day out. I explained my difficulty and I wanted them to install a new expansion tank (I did wind up buying one ) and also inspect the machine if there were additional problems. I was told that there was a minimal fee of $110, even though it was going to take only 20 minutes. I cared more about the peace of mind and I was thankful they were willing to utilize after the service call charge and tax, I'd wind up paying over $200 for labor.
Since I believe my expertise was uncharacteristic of the support that the company wants to provide, I chose to remove my review. They may not hit the mark on the first attempt, but they are willing to hear feedback and they'll go out of their way to make sure that you can rely on them.
My water heater leaked badly in the top of the tank and I was able to work out that the expansion tank that sits between the water heater and also my water source has been punctured. Ultimately I decided I didn't want to forget anything, although I could've done the fix myself using a replacement tank out of a big box store.
From the close of the trip, I felt as though the ceremony didn't measure up to the price. I went but at the time I return, I had a couple of emails and missed calls. I emailed back and forth throughout the day with Dave and he went far to make things right again.

I used this company and they were exceptional across the board. The exact same moment they left a service call within 24 hours of my phone and substituted the heater. The price was the tech a professional that is complete and quite fair. I've installed water heaters before and was amazed by their work.

It speaks well for the company to have the attention to follow up and to have an open mind about the issue and to make a fair adjustment.
I will use again. My sole reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took my time and the owners time to reach a price for the work.
The owner did reach me out. He agreed with me that the initial charge was excessive to the particular situation, and he mailed me a refund for our agreed amount.
Again. . .the work was superb!

Had ER Plumbing convert my tank water heater over to some Rinnai tankless unit. They were outstanding at each step of the process: establishing the appointment, obtaining the quote, scheduling the install, the install day itself, and the follow up. The team along with mike were personable and very comprehension. I won't be afraid to call ER pipes for my plumbing requirements!

First let's remember I love great customer support, E.R. Plumbing had superb customer support in my recent email inquiry.
I reached out with my dilemma to several community plumbing firms and they had been the first to answer out of 10. I enjoy that they stated there are a service call charge of $69, I needed to ask other businesses because they did not disclose this using their answers. The $69 when you're getting $89 doesn't sound too bad quotes from other people. What prompted me to write this review was since I had been asked if I attempted plunging prior to utilizing plumbing services my kitchen sink. In my mind I was thinking, liquid plumber has not worked , hot water with salt, vinegar and baking soda... you understand all of the home remedies you see on Google. Why did not I think of diving my sink? Dave was detailed in his email and services that were listed and what I could expect in cost.

This would be a five star rating if they would have taken their voucher. E.R. Plumbing had a $50 off your $200 repair coupon. My bill was $280 dollars. The plumber had to call his boss. They wouldn't take the voucher because the repair part of this bill was only $195.00. Refusing the voucher was not a great way. If the repair has been 5 more dollars I would have managed to use the voucher. What prevents them from setting the repair price below the voucher price. That is my second time with E.R. Despite the pipes great work and service I will think twice before calling them next time I have plumbing need. Because by them not taking the voucher it left impression to me.

Dave is fair and a is a top notch professional. He is very responsive and I had a plumbing difficulty in the middle of the night and got me up and moving within a few hours.

I was kind of disappointed to obtain a quote to repair a main line water flow in my front lawn or looking for the leak. The flow was near the water meter in the lower part of my lawn; 5FT x 5FT square place. In about one hour, the flow was found by me Using a scoop spending $25 in parts to repair the leak myself and digging a 2FT x 2FT area. I will say the tech listened to my worries was very favorable and came when he said he'd. I did receive a call from they office to notify me that the tech was on his way. Customer service was great, but I suggest you get more than one quote prior to proceeding with your own repairs.
NOTE: Owner Dave Parker contacted me the morning after this review. He apologized and explained the reasoning to their what I believed to be a high estimate. About the price that I felt after the explanation. Even though the tech was really nice and careful, I feel that with the quote he was supplying ought to have come with a explanation. After the owner of a firm like Dave's reaches out for your personally, It shows he cares about his clients and his small business. Thank you for taking the time Dave.

My hot water heater inside my laundry cupboard started leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Jeff M. came out that evening to check to determine if it might be repaired or needed replacing. Unfortunately, it needed to be substituted. He managed to return on Monday to install the unit. He gave us advice on the best way best to keep the unit that was current limping along until the new one can be set up. The pressure coming to the house was the difficulty as to why the unit didn't survive as long. We needed a stress reducer valve. Jeff had a really major job at another customer that could take him days. After leaving that task he arrived back. In addition, he noticed that our connectors on our washing machine were well worn (again, probably in the strain ) and advocated replacing them with fresh ones until they started leaking. He happily put to the hoses on for us while he was there. Overall, Jeff and ER Plumbing are courteous, professional and seem to care about the standard of the work and support they provide.

I paid nearly $500 components and labour for a kitchen sink faucet that was simple to be replaced. Same model and make using a separate sprayer there and not even as you. That seems large to me. Took under an hour. Setup no complaints in any way, but the price?! Does that seem unreasonable to anyone else?

My tech, Jeff, was educated and quite friendly. He explained the problem really thoroughly, assessed the water heater over and gave me my options.

I had my hot water heater quit working and it was out of warranty, therefore I found that this firm and looked on Yelp. I called them up and they had someone out over a few hours. They also did back a call to let me understand the tech was on his way.

I had a shower tube controller cartridge go out on Sunday night and the water would not longer turn off. Had to turn house water off, so I spoke to Trinity and called E R Plumbing. He worked with me coming outside, in case it was something . It was not in this case and he was outside, had the setup finish and gone inside of 2 weeks. Staff was polite about the telephone, Trinity was friendly and very professional. I am extremely pleased with price, speed, the service and professionalism with this team.

ER Plumbing came out and gave us a quote on replacing the water line. They helped provide a estimate of the job to be carried out and also were quick to arrive. The tech was very informative and helpful. It is always nice once you feel as a provider is trying to help you instead of make the most of you, and that is the way I felt when talking with ER plumbing. The statement I got said the techs name was Zachary H., but the woman in the office stated his name was Garret... so thanks, whoever you were!

This situation has been unbelievably stressful but the service we received from E R Pipes made matters. We'll definitely use this company for any plumbing needs we may have!
I filed a request for quotations (through Yelp) to multiple services in the region. E R Pipes was the first to answer and were totally in line with another, eventual quotes I received (or reduced in certain cases). The person who owns the company remained in contact through Yelp message with me before I could speak to someone at the office. So that I was unsure what our options were they were willing to send someone out as late as 9pm to get our problem fixed, it was after hours, and our water forth. Unfortunately, since the day wouldn't work for us, we asked what they could do. The earliest time that is available was 1-3 but Deborah worked together with the program and made an appointment for 8:00 -8:30 am because she knew we were without water.
Reggie arrived right on time and must work. He was personable and pleasant and went to make sure we were satisfied.

We faced a crisis with a household filled with guests on Thanksgiving. The waste leaving our home was coming up from this"clean out" of the pipe leaving the home. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing away and Joe, a plumber, called back within 5 minutes. He took good care of our difficulty and had been at our home within an hour. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and wash up without a hitch due to Joe. What is more, the price was reasonable--no charge for your vacation either.

He was professional , very considerate and prompt. Our plumbing issues were handled quickly and professionally. In addition, he took time to offer advice and estimates on some work we are not prepared to do, but will be shortly.

No free quotes. $69 to get a simple estimate. No thanks pal. In the age of competitiveness, that's not in any way aggressive. I do not need to know anything about the corporation. If you start with charging what should be"your company" trying to acquire more business and customers, that's a really bad start. I'm going someplace and keeping my $69 only for you to appear to my home and NOT do anything.

Client Service was impeccable throughout the board - called & left message (on a Sunday day ) that was responded to within 10-minutes. Mike W. followed up with a call to say that he was on his way and onsite service was as good as it gets. If demand arises Quite satisfied across the board and will use again.

After washing clothing woke around a flooded kitchen. My mother used ER in the past and that she said to give a phone to them. I had been connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my telephone. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was was at my home in one hour. He recommended some treatments to help assist me and spent approximately 20 minutes at my home. In addition, he gave me pricing/estimates when they had to return and fix what he believed were tree vines growing into the septic line. Being a homeowner things will go wrong, but its nice to have a face let you know what'll be okay. ER was recommended by me!
