Like it was their own they handled my house. They're my for many of my plumbing needs.
Talal, one of also a technician and the owners himself, came out and gave us an estimate on replacing two toilets with the Kohler toilets.

Estimate accepted and granted at. Aaron, yet another amazing technician/plumber of Expert Plumbing arrived at 10:45 am (same day) with our two new toilets. He inspected both areas; installed shiny new commodes, waterlines, wax seals and new carriage bolts and reinspected areas and cleaned. Caulked around the new components, and hauled off the old"components". Work completed at 1:00 pm. . .just as scheduled and promised. He did not rush the job was very meticulous about his job.
After much research and recommendations, I chose to proceed with Expert Plumbing, a business.

Talal does excellent work and went on what we needed to know about our water heater -- besides providing star customer communication and service. Here is the kind.
Our water heater crapped out on us another day, so we needed a plumber STAT! We do not have a regular guy/gal so we're just Googling and phoning. We call a couple of numbers, get answering machines, but when we called Expert Plumbing, Talal replies and says he's at another job and will call back within 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he calls back, we make arraignments for him to come, he even texts on the way. We get an estimate, we say okay, and he's done in a couple of hours. Bam, that is how it's done!

A water heater was set up by talal for me in 2017 and I was quite happy with the quality of his great support and the product. I didn't search for anyone one once I wanted a different water heater to be set up. Expert Plumbing & Water Heaters is the only firm I'll call for of my plumbing requirements.
He was able to have someone send an part for its leaky manage from the bath and finished the job in one afternoon. It had been anticipated to take a couple of days to acquire the part so he could install it on the exact same 26, but Talal discovered it.

It was refreshing to have a repair person notify you they were on their way, appear on time and even made sure the water heater's warranty was enrolled with producer.
Expert Plumbing has been extremely professional, courteous, and that I would strongly recommend them. My water heater valve spewed hot water out. Talal repaired the issue and fixed my own water pressure valve issue too.

I called anticipating a builder and got a very fine gentleman, Talal, who scheduled his service staff to come out the exact same day, but also offered a nice conversation. He seemed to really care. They showed up within their 2 hour window (not 4 hour window like plenty of other areas ) and could fix the issue in less than one hour. The cost was reasonable. Both plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The day that began with an overflowing shower finished nicely! We will certainly do business again.

My husband called Talal past Sunday and left a message. We did not expect a call back. Talal set up a consultation first thing called within a half an hour. We had a water heater so we did not have any additional water damage and Talal went with my husband through all of the safety steps.
Talal is prompt and professional. My husband said he kept him informed every step along the way re: timelines and he kept to the deadline. Talal is thorough and meticulous with his work. Talal has also done work for our kid as well as son-in-law and also our neighbors and they also rave about him as well.

We have had to call them on many of occasions and they've always responded. Time was to replace the bathroom in our guest bathroom. Old one was not flushing quickly along with the Expert Plumbing guys replaced it . Great service that went above and beyond our expectations. And super pricing. Highly recommend them.

Desired 2 bathrooms replaced and did not want to try in my own after fighting with a sink replacement. Moe was very fast and pleasant and had them both replaced in a day!
From scheduling all of the way through installation, both brothers were quite kind and helpful.

Talal (and Mo his brother) never fail - have used EP many occasions for installs and repairs: Talal calls same day; they arrive in appointment time. This time had water issue - Talal diagnosed it almost instantly. They're knowledgeable; their work is blank + never have anything!

Talal was professional, friendly and very prompt. We discussed the job (installing a pressure booster), upon completion the setup was"clean" and final cost less than anticipated.

Crew and moe were incredible. They dug out a drain tube installed two sinks, and also put up a vent pipe. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. They truly did an amazing job. We are going to be calling them again if we need more work done.

I had a water main break between the road and the house. Costly repair. Expert plumbing was very responsive when I phoned and at setting up an appointment to review talks and then the problem to get it resolved which required replacement of this line.

I had my water heater replaced and known as expert plumbing to perform the job. In short, the owner responds quickly to email and is excited to have a client. The heater was leaning and was installed out of level. The area around the device was not picked up and the pump was not plugged in. The first was corrected by the owner promptly and the rest was dealt with by me.
The water is hot, the device is level and the family is happy. Below are my thoughts that are post-event: Talal the owner can be a fantastic communicator and has intentions that are good. His workers (or at least the one delegated to finish my job) was and should be given a completion checklist to consult every upcoming job.

Im actually writing this for my job, which can be who hired expert plumbing to get a toliet fix.
Every step was painless, and the results were awesome. Not only will we call them from now on, we put them up for our clients to call!
The guys at specialist were straight shooters, and came out to observe the difficulty that day. Both brothers were professional, honest, and confident . They gave us a few options ( the cheap"repair" or even the more expensive replacement) they provided to invoice us, and were ready to schedule the repair.
We called a few outfits that are local to have quotes, and had a leaking toliet; being a company, ask for repairs and typically we must run things. After many frustrating calls to other plumbers that wouldnt come out to do a quotation (which would cost $99 up front. . .paid in complete now!) We finally got a referral to expert plumbing.

I contacted Expert Plumbing to repair a leaking water heater. The identical day, they could come out the morning and came back and completed the job. The job was done nicely, and communication was excellent. Work site was cleaner than they found it, and also the workmanship looks great. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.
