Express-Rooter

The drain line for our pair of Master Bathroom sinks became obstructed. The problem appeared early complicating the fix. We scheduled an appointment with Express-Rooter to the day. Juan from Express-Rooter solved our drain piping that was plugged in just 20 minutes and showed up on time.
Unclogging the drain was complex, because the two sink drains are attached. Juan made it seem simple. (The exact same job by another firm six years past took more than 2 hours.) We were very impressed by the prompt performance by Juan and Express-Rooter. We highly recommend them.

Juan is a representative for Express-Rooter. He greeted me with a huge smile and hearty handshake on first birth. After showing him exactly what the problem was he spent 15 minutes evaluating.
He had been clear about what the issue was and what it might take to fix it. We quickly agreed on a path and above a few days everything was back to normal. Juan was quite professional with guidance and skills and had a smile. Call them you will be in great hands!

Burt and his crew came out to work on a sewer lateral replacement. They did a great job. I would recommend them and thought they were professional, friendly.

The Simpson House Inn
We're a small hotel in Santa Barbara and we all had a plumbing problem in one of our rooms which had a repair on a Sunday afternoon. Angel fixed the issue and came out over an hour or so of our telephone. That was not so, although we called other places that stated they had 24/7 support.

I had a toilet shower emergency and they shipped a plumber the day to get a free quote! Other Plumbing Companies are currently charging a commission simply to come out. So that they scheduled a time to come then, unfortunately, the part needed wasn't available until Monday. They came promptly at the start of the time window awarded and Ricky completed the job (obtaining parts and all) within one hour. Ricky was washed up after he had been finish, professional and fine.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Express-Rooter! Do they answer your telephone call however they appear on time.
I strongly advise using Express Rooter for any plumbing needs! I am more than pleased with this experience.

She's the face of the Firm. No thanks. Sad because I noticed they have good support. I didn't even get that far.
She was wonderful, As soon as I attempted to book an appt today. Then I called back to verify my appt and alter the time. She explained I wasn't on her calendar. I told her that I didn't go with the last person because they had been and I want. She said"well you can make an appt or don't... your choice" with a patronizing attitude.
