Craig Husted is a gem. Water heater leaked on a Friday. He came back and came to see it Friday and set up a new one Saturday morning. Could not ask for a agreeable guy or better service.

The garbage disposal needed to be installed and they came and completed the work satisfactorily.

Andrew noticed that the problem was a minor difficulty that he could fix for a price that was less expensive than I was originally quoted and came out for a plumbing problem. I will definitely use them again for this and appreciate his honesty.

Andrew came out to fix a couple of plumbing issues that I'd botched attempting to save a buck. He provided cost saving hints and needed the repairs done in order!

In my experience, Husted doesn't stand by their job. I have used them five occasions - from a leaky faucet to snugging up a trash disposal into a water heater repair. Good. I've had them come 3X out to repair a leaky tub faucet, and the problem keeps coming back. 4+ weeks ago I phoned them back for repair attempt #3. A rushed repairman looked at the tub for five minutes - unscrewing and re-screwing the tub faucet, etc.. This made the leak worse. He then screwed to hold the leak back. He had been eager to finish his workweek; the following day, he went on holiday. This would not have been an issue except he never followed up when he got backreturned my follow up voicemail. It's been 4+ weeks without a word from Husted. They've shown me that my business is not important for them.

I had a small window of time to meet Husted Plumbing at a home in Carp. Andrew efficient and prompt and was on time with his work. He handled a trash and bathroom disposal in short order--and we're both on our way.

We have utilized Husted Plumbing for decades. The owner, craig, is reliable and extremely honest. Lately, we had a toilet that is plugged - Craig got one of his technicians there soonest. There was a disparity about the charging, Craig got it fixed immediately. We wish Craig continued success - thank you!

We Discovered Husted on Yelp. My first telephone call was answered the first tine I predicted (other companies I called never returned my phone or answered the telephone ). We put a time for the subsequent day to install toaster stove top and a dishwasher. Jeff came in the time period they put and was pleasant with a can do attitude as our install posed some issues and it was not an easy install but he made it work. I enjoyed their professionalism and service so much I asked if he can come back and replace our garbage disposal. Their pricing was reasonable. When I ever need a plumber again I will certainly be calling them back with a request for Jeff.

As a follow up having support from the Husted Plumbing team, Matt particularly. Knowledgeable honest. Best service ever. Fast,, superb communication and gets things done. I really don't use anybody else. If you have the choice, ask for Matt. He is fantastic!

What Do I say I own three homes one in Las Vegas, one in Orange County and one in Santa Barbara, I have been using Husted plumbing for Several Years, unfortunately I Can Not use them Frequently since they do such a Fantastic job that what they Mend remains fixed, unlike some companies, As a business man I have learned that many manufactures have come up with a lot of great products but they all are made not to last, back in the fantastic ole days products were built to last, remember your grandfathers TV, it might still be functioning, their furniture remains standing and their previous radio still cranking out the tunes, now compare this with today's products, is your tv older then 10? Is your audio player older then 5 years? Or does your 3 year-old couch look older? Well these other businesses seem to be that way they want a temporary fix til you need them , well Husted plumbing makes repairs to last and will always be 100% straight forward, these guys don't just repair but they value you as a customer. NO LIES, NO GIMMICKS, NO SCAMS, 100% HONEST, 100 Good Prices, BEST MEN FOR THE JOB. Thank you HUSTED PLUMBING.

Terrible service. Rude employees. Lazy plumber fixed a toilet, tried to oversell me on pipe replacement, did not diagnose water damage. Never use .

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!! Please learn from my experience that is terrible and avoid them
Husted Pluming billed me $258 per/hour to replace my water heater!! No joke!!! This rate is also and exorbitant the more reputable plumbers in the Santa Barbara region charge somewhere between $100 and $120 per/hour.
As the technician explained, to be approximately half the price of water heater the labor charge has been allegedly. The water heater was $685, or so the labor should have been around $350, but I was billed $775 for the labor!! Over twice the amount I must have been!!! In addition, looking at it in a hourly perspective, the job took under 3.5 hours to complete and when a plumber typically charges state $110 per/hour afterward in this situation I must have paid no more than $375 max. Once again over twice the amount!! I'm sorry but this is just wrong got seriously ripped away.
Knowing I've been a victim of the plumbing company that was dishonest has forced me to write this so no one else will probably be cared for just like I have. There are many good and honest plumbers in SB and Husted Plumbing is one of these.

The best customer support ever! Craig really answers his phone and is knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and really knows his stuff. If all contractors could be professional! I'd if I could give 10 stars to him.

I have a tenant in my house and the bathroom began leaking all over the floor. Inlet water luckily. As promised and everyone is happy, craig had a man out at 5:00. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Craig has done quite a lot of work in our house and is always courteous and professional. He removes his shoes before entering my house without me having to ask, which is reason alone for me to hire him! His price is reasonable for the quality of his work. He spent a fantastic hour in my house helping me figure out when I had a leak in the second floor bathroom and provided a free quotes. Craig always treats me with respect and requires the opportunity to explain things that I may not comprehend initially, although I have interacted with builder that are demeaning to women. He's trustworthy and honest and I won't hire anyone besides Husted Plumbing.

Very rude to me. Tried to exaggerate. Got angry when I declined their services. Wanted to charge me even though they didn't work. Find another plumber.
