DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired Bill Fenwick plumbing to replace a distribution line . It had been copper and had any corrosion so my home owner's insurance company told me that I needed to have it replaced, although it worked fine. Brandon from Bill Fenwick spent less than a hour replacing them and also replacing my faucet came out, and charged me over $700. It had been large, but I needed it done because my insurance company went to cancel my coverage if I did not.
They charge too much and do shoddy work.

In summary, me charged to make my bathroom sink completely unusable. They broke something which worked fine so they're the anti-plumbers.
Some time the plumber left, I proceeded to wash my hands in the sink and no water came out. I moved under the sink and turned to the water source, and immediately water began gushing out in the place where the line meets the tap. I needed to turn off it because the location that is under-sink had been flooding. Brandon never bothered to turn the water to be certain that his work was good. Shouldn't that be in Plumbing 101's day?

Yelpers beware, locate another plumber. This is job, $200 tops. Me ripped off and they will rip you .
It took him less than 1hr to complete including his pissing and moaning.
I predicted and setup an appointment for today. After hanging up with the date and time of the appointment that was scheduled, I received a text confirmation. I received a 2nd text today with affirmation of the scheduled appt and personal information as well as all the technicians image. I replied to that he needed to park .
Yelpers beware! Nothing I dislike more then a thieving bastard! Unfortunately that's what I struck today dealing with those guys.
I learned so he moved, he left in the place When the plumber came. I discovered he reeked of smoke, not good for a client that sings smoke smoke. Uggh!
He takes a peek at the job and work area, a sink disposal change, snaps a couple of pics and informs me it'll be $399 + $89. That I just wanted it done although I should've chucked his smelly ass out.

Called Bill Fenwick Plumbing to replace a water shutoff valve that wasn't operating correctly. The tech showed up on timerecognized the matter, and repaired the value. Not to mention this was a Saturday morning. Surely will use this company later on.

I bought a pump grinder in March of 18 from them, this is really a 2k pump. It, and now 1.5 years later the float switch burned out. So I have dug the hole and I am unable to lift the lid. I phoned them and asked if they would at least come pull on the lid for me to get out the pump. They stated they would NOT. Even though, they set up it...? We won't come out and pop the lid. As they do not clearly guarantee that their work, I do not recommend.

Fenwick is a little pricey. In this case they weren't able to offer. But they did a good job.
When they said, they arrived. Did has been promised. The Tech noticed an issue that has been the responsibility of JEA and suggested I call in it. (JEA promptly fixed their problem.)

Request a quote for the plumbing part of our gut and rehab project and I asked for an address to ship within the architect's plans. They wouldn't give me an address. Apparently they don't need the enterprise.

The tech Bubba was a fine guy that is young, good at his job. My difficulty is with the cost of services. I had a limited amount of time. Fenwick was quick however HUGELY overpriced. There are more affordable options out there, do your research.

2 weeks ago we moved into the house. We have been Presented with a number of challenges related to possessing an older home. I remembered the commercial for Bill 17, when the demand for a plumbing repair was required. I gave them a callI was told I was just beyond the service area but they were willing assess the matter and to create the travel.
In my business, when the repair are decided I submit a repair quote, I am called to assess a problem with a piece of equipment. When the approval is provided for the repair do I ease the requirement, it is then and only then. In my situation, I had 4 additional companies waiting to offer a quote for the repair I needed. It was the phone call I received from one of the other technicians waiting to evaluate. The waiting company read me the riot act. Unfortunately 1 1/2 hours and a statement was granted to get an amount. $650 to fix a leak under the sink. My complaint submitted and I waited three days to get a reply. I wanted to talk to someone regarding my experience and called back. Low and behold the noise of the voice was realized from the advertisements, Mr Fenwick and I spoke he advised That there was a calculated mistake in the prices and a refund (small) was issued. I was grateful for the conversation but still not happy with how things were handle not the cost I paid for the work obtained. Nicely 24 hours and would not you know it water leaking from precisely the same location. Licking my wounds I was not ready for one more kick at the shorts from this corporation. There was a fella recommended and this time I got what I anticipated. A specialist evaluation and quote has been give being onsite. He advised me that the repair was cause by the components. It was in his view that the sweated joint has been damaged by the actions of the preceding technician. Well that's disappointing I thought but I knew I needed to get things fixed. The new repair tech said it'd cost me $150.00 to resolve the concern. The quote was approved by me. The tech was there for 3.5 hours to resolve the issue. I asked" are you really sure that the quote was fair? His reply was"completely and thank you for your support to our country," I did not even ask for a military discount . however, it was granted out of courtesy because of discussions that were had during the repair process.
Mr Fenwick if you read these reviews, understand that the way you're conducting business should alter. You got me from ignorance into your business standards. You will not get me ever again.

EXTREMELY professional and react lightning fast. We had a plumbing emergency late at night and they had been at my location in under 20 minutes. The professional who repaired our shower (that would not close off) was quite thoughtful and informative, he showed me the way to turn off the water main for when problems occur later on.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and was surprised by a really large estimate of $354 and $89 support ($443 total cost) to snake drain out of under sink. If they had to go for to the main line, would have been an additional cost. Because this was not explained on advance they were not used by us and refused to pay $89. I really don't value a business model based on taking advantage of urgent plumbing problem ( 32207 west Arlington )

I called for a clogged kitchen sink. Jimmy C. The plumber showed up and was exceptional. He was very thorough; explaining why he do and what. Very clean and courteous. In addition, he enhanced my drain piping. BF plumbing will be recommended by me especially Jimmy C.
My wife was impressed

I was really pleased to get service the same day. The plumber worked to resolve my difficulties and came right on time. He left the area clean and was very pleasant to use.

We had after I came home yesterday to discover it leaking all over the garage floor our hot water heater replaced. I requested an appointment on their site and got a call within minutes (which was about 9 o'clock at night!) Tyler came out this day, had a new one installed and delivered (and our old water heater was solar powered therefore not so cut and dry) all within 3 hours! It was cheap but when it has to do with water in your home, you want! Tyler was really polite and explained everything that he was doing throughout the whole practice. I won't be afraid to utilize Bill Fenwick at the future, and recommend them to family and friends as well.

The guy came out on time but this area is really expensive. Stay away go to Somebody Else

Jimmy and his partner replaced plumbing. Clean, professional and punctual at all times, they left this job as painless as possible. After receiving three bids I knew they were the company to perform the job. A great value and assistance.

Only need to give you a warning that if you call this company for support they're quite fast to react with a price that will get your head spinning once your given the bill. The only place I've ever dealt with when nothing is itemized and once I called into battle the $393 labor and the $309 equipment I was basically given the speech in the place where they warrant all charges and attempt to make you feel like you got a bargain. Grocery stores itemized purchases but not these folks and everything is based on their systems that make no sense/CENTS in any way. So I would like to thank them for allowing me the chance to call a different plumbing company to come fix what did not flow prior to them entering into my home shower still escapes. I'll share with you I won't ever use these folks again although they might have a good reputation in town of Jacksonville. I've a bargain... Call another plumbing company. I've attached my bill for your inspection so you can observe the charges listed but no itemized bill...

The plumber did a fantastic job and the price was fair. I'd recommend that in the event you require a plumber to get a heavy duty job then give those guys a call.
Bill Fenwick went above and beyond to make my money, although I know most people are scriptural about repairmen and you almost always have a feeling like you are somehow going to get ripped off feel worthwhile.
When I talked to the younger lady on the telephone I had been offered a deal of some sort, but the next day Bill Fenwick himself (not a paid performer ) phoned and stated that they would not be able to honor it. I wasn't let down since the lady did say it might not go through, but at least she tried.
I needed a water heater replaced and called to see when the plumber would be able to come replace it. The lady I talked to understood her stuff when I explained my position and was really nice. We set the appointment for the next day. The plumber really came early and was easy to speak to. He informed me about exactly what he had been doing the whole time he had been there and what was wrong.

I simply got a card. I am not using him. I got a free estimate from a different electric company. Fenwick plumbing did a good job and also the technicians were very nice and very polite. It ended up being a little more then I had wanted to pay but we need showers! We only need to wait. However, I think Fenwick did a good job.

Technicians were rather wonderful. They cracked my bathroom tank while performing a minor repair. I understand this kind of thing could occur. They went and Purchased a whole bathroom as tank just not accessible and installed it in no charge .Thank you for being fair in pricing and taking good care of your clients
