A friend recommended Caesar and I am quite grateful. Caesar sent his team members out, Silbin & Mauro to fixed our very bathroom sink. We phoned you and others never called me back, and another one would take days to get out someone. 1st Choice could come the next day, I phoned him around 3:30pm to make an appointment. They came at 8am, on time and my dogs didn't even bark . (That tells me they were great, trustworthy men and women.) They went right to work and were in and out within 20 minutes. They even cleaned our filthy sink since it had! They billed us what the quotation, no hidden charges and reasonable price. Plus it was money then another company I spoke to this would take days. I will call them again if needed, though of course, expect no plumbing problems and recommend them. :)

I had a water leak problem and that I called First Choice Plumbing and scheduled the next day. Daniel came within the time finished and mentioned the job. I'd definitely be getting them the next time a have a plumbing problem (hopefully not). Thanks for its answer to all of my queries to Cesar!

Lately paid an agency fee to get this company come out and camera my sewer line on 5/31/19. He said he would review and get back together with me, called me to allow me to know that there was a busted sewer line around 5 ft , I asked him why this was not captured from the homeowner review before the home was bought by me. He explained that it was not there before and was recent, but couldn't show me the camera review from the time of review. I have asked him to send me an email with the price breakdown of this 5 ft crack's repair and have made many efforts to get them to resolve this issue with my home, however this provider is not responding. This started May 31st 2019 and I have yet to listen from their company. Cesar is dismissive, forgetful and unresponsive. I dealt with his father, Ricardo, that was more helpful. But if you as a customer opt to utilize the services of this company make sure to get all of it as they have a tendency to misquote and say 1 thing and get another in writing. Document any support you intend to do with them by emailing to be certain that you have a detail account of what they intend to charge you for of what they will charge to finish the work, and the remedy and price. I was known to them by property agent at the time after paying $ 1,000 dollars to this firm and it's been a big mess because the first work they stated they had been to finish and was not done. Be wise in deciding on a plumbing firm they may make or break you.

Excellent and service. So grateful I discovered First Choice Plumbing Repair (in Arleta). Feedback were received by me by telephone and texts from Cesar. He came over to the house at 7am the next day to examine the shower leak problem and had his own service guys at the home. They were polite and considerate. His guys ran into a problem and they suggested a fix. Because of the cost, I hesitated and predicted rather an older trusted (retired) plumber friend for his opinion. Cesar was known as by me back. He was willing to try my proposal and was able to fit me into their schedule although Cesar had questions. He and his guys were back in the home in 7'ish this morning and got everything working and fixed before 9am! I realize that plumbers prefer to do things their way and that I love that Cesar was open and open minded to trying an alternate means to help me out. Cesar and his guys were great and I'm quite pleased with the work they did (and they cleaned up the place before they left). I'm happy I discovered a plumber and I highly recommend them. I already scheduled another project with them for following week.

Needed the bathroom upstairs after redoing the toilet and Ricardo fixed went over and beyond the call of duty. I called in the afternoon and he sent his man in a couple of hours early. He did a great job and got the job done in under an hour. I'm definitely using him since I need to repipe the house. He and call Ricardo will take care of you!

Ricardo and his staff are fantastic. He came to our house when he stated he would, obviously communicated what needed to be repaired and and was up front about part pricing and labour fees (better pricing than other plumbers we have worked with). Ricardo and his team worked quickly to substitute the water pressure regulator for the house, secure the water meter / the water heater, fix the leaks in the showerand fix the tiles in the shower and the shower pan so it looked better than when we bought the house.
Ricardo and his staff did such a fantastic job I recommend him any time someone asks to get a plumber.

I will call them again should I would like someone again. I saved their number for my cell! I recommend them.
Used this business earlier this year to repair a"slow" toilet...I would flush and the water would rise then slowly slowly go down. It wasn't obstructed (however ). I appreciate that they arrived the exact same day! Perhaps I was lucky but then I called them a couple days afterwards because I believed the problem was resurfaced. They arrived back no charge to test. It was everything was nice. When they arrived the first time, I paid approximately 65. I believe they charge more if they need to experience the main line. Mine was a snaking job directly in the toilet.

His guys together with First Choice Plumbing and ricardo are nothing short of excellent. They take care of things, and show up on time. . .plane and easy. They have top notch gear, and can handle just about any plumbing problem. They solve quite a few issues in my home, in addition to in my clinic. Highly Suggested

Choice plumbing was called by my husband when his team needed help coping with a gas line onto a pool renovation job. Eric and rick were able to be there within half an hour, and they fixed the issue. Because it was such a slight issue, they didn't even charge for this. Really service--they'd be highly recommended by us!

These are the men you want! Reasonably priced, competent, clean and neat, and each and every workman a gentleman. They have been used a few days by our family, to repiping, from clogs. Ricardo is wonderful to use. And many reliable.
