If you ever need a plumber DON'T CALL THIS PLACE THEY WILL REAP YOU OFF they give me a quote to replace a faucet and a de trap I had bought p trap and faucet only for labour 340.00 I said thanks but no thanks I discovered someone way better he bill 140.00 I am a woman but that is doesn't signify that a dumb one.

I suggest Fitzgerald Plumbing! Had them come out today to flush my tankless water heater. Patrick was very friendly, honest, and showed up in time! Nice to have. Will be calling back him for projects in the not too distant future.

Had a terrible experience. Called Patrick and he said the following day they rest of the day and will return. I had to listen to a leak until they arrived back. Eventually came and fixed it. Other than that, very messy and unprofessional. Just parked in my driveway that is shared with my neighbor without asking to park and blocked with us both in. Would you block a shared driveway whenever there's plenty of street parking right in the front? Had to ask him to move it. I believe he was angry because he dumped a bunch of crap on the street when he left when he left. Never using again.

Called today to repair a non flushing toilet and a faucet which needed replacing. Leo came out the exact same day I called, repaired it and finished the job in precisely the exact same moment. Patrick gave the belief to me that he would be the sole. I found out later that he didn't do the setup. I had a aluminum water heater casing with openings at the top round the piping and exhaust vent pipe. . Apparently, tha new model water heaters don't have legs to keep these heaters out of contact with the water collectiion pan and ground. The new water stays right into the water set pan. Patrjick's helper didn't drill a pit . This pan extinguish the pilot and would fill with water. In went without hot water. On one occasion I tried to re light the pilot along with the water heater start rumbling and shaking. I believed it was going to burst. I believed the water heater was defective. Eventually I called Patrick. He said that the heater is before looking at the water heater wet. So he understood and believed he would get service call money. His guy came out and drilled holes in re and then the water collection pan lit the pilot. This ought to have been during the setup. I will never patronize this business . I paid $1500.00 and deserved better service.

Patrick came out on Sunday and diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Patrick is awesome! My main sewer drain was clogged. He put a camera down the pipe to see what the difficulty was and came out. A section of pipe needed to be replaced. I called 6 different plumbers in the area with no answer or call back (those who claimed to be 24 hours). I was delighted to finally get in touch with Patrick who answered my call. He communicated frequently and frequently. After he came he provided a comprehensive explanation of the work and assessed the situation with my problem he would have to do. Initially it appeared after we spoke he continued searching for the departure drain in the house the fix was going to be much more expensive than he believed well. The cost of this work was going to be , by discovering it.

I phoned Patrick early this morning because our water heater went out with no explanation (it is new ). He had been understanding and adjusted his schedule to swing to mend it for us since he knew how terrible it could be without a water heater at the cold and friendly!

We had an issue with our water heater back in December. Patrick got back to us immediately and came over to evaluate the situation. He gave us all of our options, but we determined it'd be best since our water heater was 7-8 years old to replace.
