The plumbers of the institution are disrespectful and I find it sad they hire the people they've. My device in my building not even used the pipes services and the pipes believed it was okay for them to utilize the hose in my property for the time without asking for our approval, which was 1 1/2 weeks. My roommate and I noticed because they retained it untangled so it does not get run over by cars parking, and we wrap it in a 24, some one was utilizing our hose. 1 morning after I clearly saw that they were using our hose I went to confront a large guy with tattoo sleeves asking him if he used our hose he confirmed he was. So I advised him to stop using our hose unless he was planning to pay for our water bill. I then proceeded to leave because I was planning to class. Complain so loudly that my roommate on the floor of the unit with the windows down would hear this man and the guy proceeded to curse apparently while I was gone. One of the complaints from the same plumber has been" I pay for my own water invoices, my parent's don't pay for it". So anyone have no property and considering to utilize this service please keep in mind are extremely stern.
