Safe to say I'll use Bonetti again.
These guys are rock stars. My water heater broke and flooded my own garage. All the plumbers took days to return my calls. Lisa gave me all the info to get the process running and was about the money. She was quick to answer to my mails. Doug gave me rate all of of the technical details and processes. I like the no-nonsense and fair assessment that he provided. I got a quote straight away. The man who replaced my furnace was a pro that is high-level, ted. He even allowed me to pick his brains about pipes. I found out that he trains and instructs plumber-ology (my own word) in CA. Ted was and got the job. He even gave some pipes advice to me.

I had a consultation with them to correct a plumbing issue. A day before the appointment, Sherry out of Bonetti Plumbing called and cancelled the appointment. She suggested that one of the main customers had an issue. She advised me my appointment required to be rescheduled.
I had a terrible experience with their service. Paradoxically, they are the plumber of my HOA.
It took a great deal of time and effort to coordinate with this appointment to me. One of my tenants had to take a few hours to be there to get the appointment. More importantly and in addition, since the water to be closed off in our building was required by the plumbing work, my tenants and I had posted notes on each resident's door 48 hours in advance, notifying them of the work. All of this would need to be redone depending upon the conclusion of this appointment.
Their last minute cancellation was unacceptable. Sherry out of Bonetti Plumbing revealed no sympathy for all the troubles she and her company was causing me, particularly when reminded the other residents of my building had already been informed regarding the water being away and that I would need to redesign the telling procedure 48 hours ahead of a new appointment.

I spoke to Brent Uridge, and phoned our property management company, Hudson management business our agent, there was a flow . Bonetti pipes who had been working was contacted by brent. The plumber assessed the scene of this flow in the hallway shower area and came with in 10 minutes. Lisa advised me that the report was written and sent it to Hudson.I was very satisfied with their responsiveness and responsibility. I was also impressed with the answer I got in my first review that was a well thought out explanation.

I had a plumbing emergency. Tried another plumber who couldn't get to me for a couple of days. They referred me . They were booked but the proprietor took empathy on me and told me it would be late afternoon. The man was here to fix it. He got it taken care of, in under an hour. . .so price was what I was quoted. I can't thank these folks enough for sending me their best plumber, and taking mercy. . .all at the price I was happy to pay. They got my vote!!!

Always dependable. Consistently fixes the issue. My go-to plumbing service for more than 30 years. Same day services.

Most recently they billed $200 to come to my condo and check the water pressure. The tech was at my home for less than 15 minutes. They didn't perform any work or provide some components. The bill passed me off and then was paid by my HOA. They told me they would check with their accounting department and return to me, when I contested Bonetti Plumbing about the price of the bill. I have followed up three occasions and, obviously, no reply.

Very disappointed that they have elected to go commercial just and depart their long time clients.

Been trying to find this business to do some work, which they said was no issue. For almost two weeks, I have been tossed around to Cullen Lisa and Brian. Each time was told that someone would contact me before the day's end. Have not received one call back. I guess they do not need any more work and are too busy. I wish they'd have told me that to start with. On the next! Frustrating !!!

Talk about More than deliver. These men are far better than their own promises. They began early enough in order to not impact the businesses in the construction, although I expected time down. Thank you! Bryan Bonetti you're a rock star!

Absolutely dreadful. Refer or will never predict anyone for this company Called for an emergency my shower coming and was leaking through my own shingles. Plumber came out (lee) and looked in the issue. Decided it was my shower and they would have to cut warm wall. It would take 4-6 hours to complete the repair at 150.00 dollars an hour and parts. He left I called another plumber to have a second opinion. He arrived the next day and determined the same problem (lee) did and told ne it was the o-ring in my compression no caulk drain. Plumber hurried to his truck grabbed at 1.99 two"o-ring and installed. Leak repaired left and was in and out in less then 30 min charged me 65 dollars for his time. That's similar to it. Total rip off attempting to take advantage. Absolutely dreadful!!!!

My loved ones and I have used Bonetti's services through the years and always are well cared for. The people are almost always patient and knowledgable, willing to explain repairs and the services . We've never felt worried about being swindled or mistreated. When you're in a pinch and need to be cared for fast, these guys get the job.

We had rental home for years and always used Bonetti for its repairs there but have not had much call to use them. They are on our YES listing of repairpersons.
We had determined to make our house MORE water effective than it was when my husband ended up in the hospital for 3 months and had a stroke. We called Bonetti Plumbing since he is not able to perform the job. Ted K. the technician that came was very professional and extremely efficient. He pointed out areas we can improve our water consumption and proceeded to mend them. We will ask him again if possible.

No need to uncertainty than hope the inspection. It simply is an opinion which the business owner does not need to agree. The service was done on land in Eastbay. There were invoices, close to million dollars in total, charged to re-lit/fix Water heater which might be performed more effectively, economically and in professional manner to a work site.

Can't recommend this company for sewer lateral inspections. They were hard to schedule, and they didn't get the report and video for over a month, if they eventually made it out. My dad is from the plumbing company, and he explained that was completely unacceptable - . They sent a video, which initially was a CD - . I sent it to my dad, who recommended I get a roto-rooter (which costs about $150), yet this company recommended a complete sewer line replacement ($5000-6000).

We had a problem with a shower mixer. Frank Bonetti Plumbing came out, told me that the mixer was obsolete, impossible to get parts for, and they would need to rip the tile out. I reluctantly the work. Well, they did some research and discovered the problem WAS fixable after all, and they did it substantially less costly than a tile job.

Great support. Very professional and professional. Replaced our thermopile and got our water heater working again in around a hour.

YAY! I highly recommend these guys. Super fast to arrive and fix my issue. The guy that did the work was very nice and clean and informative also! When I got the bill, I was even more happy! Job at a great cost. I would never use anybody else.

They are excellent! Very helpful, professional, and solved the issue with my sink quickly and exceeded my expectations!

Fixed my problem using hot water pressure in 20 minutes. I will call this company, if I have a problem with pipes. Plumbers desired to change showers for $1575 or replace my water heater that was brand new for another brand for $1870.

I've utilized Frank Bonetti Plumbing several times now, for many different projects, and they are always easy to schedule and they do good work - everything from draining drain pipes and a whirlpool bathroom (be careful what makes smashed! - but hey, kids reside here) to installing a new garbage disposal and new faucets to replacing valves. Together with the (outdoor) drain pipe emptying, specifically, they came ready with the ideal equipment, two guys and a massive rig designed just for that kind of thing - at the midst of a rainstorm no less. They really cover the scope.
