The sole drawback is that you constantly have to call and leave a message using the message centre, there is no"live" person to respond to your call. That's okay though because they call me back within a couple of hours and schedule me according to his schedule. We have some friends that use him and they urge him . Yay Dennis!
Dennis is fantastic! He has fixed all sorts of things for us from broken spigots to bathrooms with the sensors not functioning, to clogs in pipes under the industrial sinks, etc..

I anticipated Dennis went to substitute the disposer. Initially I'd wanted him to just take it out because we never use itbut he said it would be cheaper to install a new one than to take it out, provided the price of aluminum pipe to flip it into a passive drain to the sink.
I called Dennis since our countertop malfunction, and the maker suspected the reason was the dishwasher wasn't able to drain through the disposer, as it normally does and that our disposer was jammed up. I hadn't used my disposer in more than a year and it seemed to be rusted into uselessness.
In the end, he stated he wouldn't charge me. As if he needed to ask! I'll also mention that he always shows up looking meticulous, with a clean shirt that is dazzlingly, and wipes his toes before entering. And I have never seen him be anything but kind and patient. A prince of a man.
But no, he managed to un-jam the disposer, and proceeded to provide guidance on the best way to keep all our drains and disposer running easily (use baking soda and vinegar, not drain cleaner - cheaper, and much better to your pipes). Then he tested the dishwasher, found that it was running fine.

Initially called Dennis for a W/D faucet elimination and kitchen sink pipe capping (for a home rewire that snowballed into a remodel). After that difficulties had arisen around the house. Every time Dennis resolved the issue and clarified what he had been doing throughout the procedure.

Considering the close relationship we seem to have with our plumber it is shocking I haven't written a review.
For the first couple of years - each time it rained - we'd have problems. We'd call- they'd fix it. Until the rain. Once it began acting up and it was the weekend and for reasons I can not remember I ended up having somebody else come out. That person abandoned while saying we needed pipes and made my toilet burst. The day Turbo plumbing comes out and we only require a switch for $150. My spouse is currently insisting for new pipes bc we are tired of having plumbers out we will need to invest thousands of bucks. Dennis promises us this is all we will need to do. Many decades later - he was perfect.
We trust his staff and Dennis and are really pleased with their services.
We have 1 bathroom. We're a family of 4. Therefore it should go without saying that it should be functioning constantly.

My bathrooms were replaced by dennis before this year. He did a great job. Always punctual and does not make a mess. When my water heater went out, there was no hesitation to. Mika understands what to order and I was very happy with the brand new heater. They've built in igniter.

Based on Yelp along with other recommendations, I chose Turbo Plumbing to help with a couple minor plumbing issues at my house. I am very happy with the choice. It was simple to schedule the appointment and Dennis did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional and gave me some information that ended up saving me money. Used Turbo Plumbing (for the first time) in March 2017 following my shower fixture started to fail.
Got a response that was fast, and we scheduled the occupation. Dennis was just great--the price was fair and the job was done. Good communication--Dennis shared opinions and advice on questions I had about our house's plumbing system. Can utilize Turbo for our next pipes problem!

I will never have this provider back to my property. This appointment took place 3 weeks ago and I still have a leak under my sink with exactly the identical toilet problems. After another opinion it seems the pipes arent connected and looking under my sink you can see build up on the fittings & the rust.
So I contacted him to discuss it and have a better understanding of how he came to his conclusion I did not understand his findings. It seems that he doesnt like to be questioned in his job because he got quite defensive and not let me get out my full question/sentence. When I was trying to explain how the escape was happening and how large of a water spill it was causing he explained as hopeless, when I stated that it was really possible because I had found it with my own eyes that he yelled at me and wrapped.
Will never use again.
Not delighted. My property management sent this business to our house because for 2 months we had a leak under our upstairs bathroom sink and our toilet keep creating a gargling sound and sucking back all of the water. A gentleman, each my maintenance man named Dennis came to our property. My husband was there. He said nothing was wrong with whatever, the toilet issue was normal that he doesnt see any leaks under the sink, he also mentioned a week a pipe had a build up that had been solved. He indicated my old cleaning warm water and his teeth on flowing off the counter top caused the water below the sink. He abandoned.

Water heater failed, called their calling support, got a call from Turbo. In their request, texted a few pictures of the unit. Got appointment and a quotation for this afternoon. They showed up on time and called prior to the appointment, replaced the device, gas and water lines, and helped fix a back strain problem. Quick service, professional occupation and the water heater is superb.
This is the second time I've hired them (the first was to get a sewer lateral).

Dennis is fast great and incredibly knowledgeable about plumbing, which is quite useful once you are trying to find a plumber. He indicated we have a pipe and fixed our lineup up.

I called Dennis at the proposal of my usual plumber at Castro Valley (Complete Plumbing) because I needed a clean out installed off my primary line. He managed the job as he did the job, explaining everything, and I've had no issues since. I've already recommended him and will call him when I should want work.

Located a good plumber! Needed a plumber to clear my main sewer line. I have a large tree in front and generally has to be rooted every year to year and a half. Maybe not an emergency, although Matters were backing up again. After exploring through Nextdoor.com and Yelp, I phoned Turbo Plumbing on Friday and set appointments up time for Monday. The woman who called me was friendly, helpful and empathetic for my problem. Dennis went to work, asking questions about what's been done previously and arrived right on time. He took the time to clear away obstructing aloe Vera plant, suspended my main line, clarified the procedure, that the good and the poor, took the time to look beneath my sink to give me guidance on the pipes under there, charged me a reasonable price for the work done. So happy to have found a trustworthy and honest plumber. When it comes to plumbing problems that are older having an older home can be hard. I sent some photos to Dennis and when he arrived he got right to work making the repairs. Provided excellent suggestions we would like to make in the future. I will have him back out to handle other plumbing problems on the list for replacement.

I called my regular plumber because of a backed up sink and has been referred to Turbo. Made the call. I had an appointment for later. Dennis called me while he was on his way. Good guy! Comprehensive fast and he cleaned the sink! If needed, I will used Turbo again. It's tough to locate a good professional these days and it is a great find, when you do.
