Our parent firm, Total Nelson Plumbing Inc., has grown to the sort of company I've always wanted to work for. From the start when my husband started the company in 2003, and brought me to the company at December 2012, I've had the joy of seeing us grow and succeed. We have always had a focus on providing outstanding customer support, to hiring plumbers that are educated outstanding, and today, cooling & heating technicians together with the purchase of a 25 year-old HVAC Company in March 1st, 2019. We are devoted to our almost 10,000 clients who will receive old fashioned quality solutions with the usage of modern technology. To better serve our community we have added pipe bursting water filtration equipment solutions and setup, and have technicians and the expertise that are here to assist you with these heating, water, pipes and cooling demands. They showed up on time for the quote (which you've got to pay for) this almost kept me from calling. Gave me a suggestion through email for a water heater. I accepted and called the office. They came out two days later to do the job /

The identical day, full Nelson responded to my email. They also provided directions on how I might alleviate the sewer gas smell in the washing machine . It's difficult to pull it from the laundry closet so I chose to wait until help arrived. James was professional and pleasant. He poured water and that took care of it. He also fixed a leaky sink faucet I would NOT have been able to YouTube. Our plumbing problems have been fixed in under an hour and total cost was $170. Full Nelson was advocated by me to our neighbors.
Had nelson out to fix exactly the exact same foot of pipe. It became disconnected again because it was installed incorrectly and flooded my basement. As soon as I called them and requested them to come fix it they said the would not come out to fix it without charging me (a third time). Never came to see what happened. Just wanted cash. Save yourself the hassle and go everywhere!
Full Nelson Plumbing times has been used by us. They are very responsive and perform the job needed, and do not try to up market for stuff we do not require. They did not charge extra for a vacation and arrived at our home the day after Thanksgiving to clear out a clogged drain. We had them replace the old pipe coming from the kitchen through holes with rusted. They did the work quickly and very professionally. We're preparing to call some pipes again to move . I know we will be just as happy with this little occupation as we have been with the tasks!
James and provided a marketplace bid and team came in I needed asap that was installed. Obviously their cost, professionalism, cordial demeanor and work done was a refreshing reminder of a fantastic business separates itself from the remainder. Total Nelson would be recommended by me . Thank you
