NorthSide Plumbing

I called their office and talked to Glen. Even after not knowing if they had a technician that could come to my home in such a short period, himself, he was there in an hour and a half of my phone call. We needed a clogged toilet, the toilet in our home between 4 people, two of these children. He was amazing, professional and fixed the issue! We did not understand it was a pen! Thank you Glen and Northside plumbing!

For the most part they have resolved all issues, but with that being said I wanted get an itemized copy of the work done to provide to my lawyer as my lawyer has requested an itemized record of work that's been done on my home because of different problems I've had with this allegedly rehabbed house - the flipper (investor) of the home cut many corners and hid things....another narrative.
Anyway, Glen from Northside Plumbing Co, said he talked to Old Republic and Old Republic told him"not" to provide me a copy of an itemized invoice of the work done on my dwelling. After speaking with 3 agents from Old Republicthey stated that nowhere in their notes does this state that they talked with Glen and the company that does the work (Northside Plumbing in this case) is bound to provide that to me. When speaking to Glen, two times he said he would not give me the bill, that he would not talk to me again about this, and I needed to go through Old Republic to receive this and hung up on me. I phoned back and he hung up on me .
I recently purchased and have had a couple plumbing problems with pipes - behind the wall in master bath, underneath kitchen sink, and a bathroom not set which caused water damage. I really do have a home warranty insurance for matters of this type. Old Republic put me up with NorthSide Plumbing, a builder, for them.
Here is some thing fairly humorous....their website states, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. Really? As a client of Northside Plumbing my experience with the owner, Glen, was horrific to say the least. To hang up on a client double, refused a copy of the work that was done and be lied to does not fit the definition of consumer SATISFACTION NOR EXCELLENCE AND INTEGRITY.

Northside plumbing is a local firm with integrity. They stand behind their work, and I've received a call from the owner to be sure that I had been satisfied with their services. My kitchen sink functions like new, and I plan to use them for the plumbing needs.
