I've been utilizing Geers for at least 20 decades. Their work has been excellent. It's easy to get appointment times and they have always shown up.
Most recently, James F. was here to re-do the kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher drains, and jet outside the kitchen sink drain line and the drains. He was thorough, meticulous and wasn't satisfied until all was perfect. Maximum marks to James.
I'm thankful for Harland and Danny (previous workers ) and Don and David (present owners) because of their excellent work and service in Huntington Beach.

I'm thankful for the owners and their capable and competent plumbers and staff. I have greatly benefited from support and your help with our heating and plumbing needs. You're knowledgeable, considerate and trusted.
When I've had questions, Geer's has been readily available to give me solutions and the particular components and services I wanted.
Very impressed. Needed primary water line substituted. Their price was very reasonable. They asked if we can do it that day, when I called to schedule the appointment. Arrived previously scheduled and got the job done within 3 hours (I anticipated all day). Did a fantastic job of finding the lawn back in shape, including placing stones out, Wouldn't know any work was done. I was very delighted.

In case the pipe has been broken this might cost me thousands or even ten of thousands of dollars he said.
To his credit, he called a senior associate with more expertise who came out and snaked the drain. This time I watched - no broken pipe. Drain was finally unclogged. They left my house and set up a new trap.
They made my pipes worse and advised me to call and schedule a service that was different to fix. I called a different plumber that was phenomenal and at 1/4 of this price.
A man - quite nice- told me that the pipe might be broken. He said I must have the drain washed out using a water jet that was hot. But it. I said OK, then his equipment didn't work.
Thank you so much to James for arriving after hours. We had an installed garbage disposal in addition to an under the kitchen sink water flow and a drain out of the dishwasher not clamped correctly. All of this was in a recently constructed kitchen following a water flow. James was able to address all of our issues at our home throughout his time. He had been kind, courteous, respectful and professional. I would advise James and his company to our own neighbors and loved ones.
I have two homes, Geers supplied two guys that were great Juan and Junior. Great job. 1000$ saved. Totally suggest Geers only place to your plumbing layouts / difficulties.

Well yelpers, that's the story, oh, and btw, that"DEAL" that they cut Harry was 400 for the installment. The cost that I found from Yelp reviewed businesses, $200 to $250 with elimination. I can not wait for Don's answer.
Now dear reader, if you are still wondering if that tale has a happy end, and you are weak of stomach, you might choose to discontinue the rest. It turned into the horror story.
Btw, does"Participation Trophies" mean something to you? My guess is that you are of the"Cupcake" Generation. Your functions are what create the man If you turn 16 you will discover, not the boasts around them.
I ASK (the fourth issue, getting close now, pay attention)"tech" Mike"Couldn't this have been done when you first got here"? I have never had one and do not understand anything about them!!" .
Well according Don, and I quote,"Mike'cut a lesser cost for the wonderful old man, and we aren't about to adhere to a wonderful old man, and make him move through hoops, maybe we dropped the ball just a little bit."

To Mike's credit he did retrieve but it seems not all the tools that fell.
"You are truly a particular individual. Do you have nothing better to do tear someone? I guess whatever you do turns out. Come on man grow up."
Don's reply,"Look, I have listened to you for over 45 minutes, were done. (Btw, the specific period of call was 17 min). I'll call Harry to make sure he's happy." But the issue is, Harry does not know if he's happy, because he really was relying on the'tech" Mike to have the knowledge to make Harry happy.
How does Harry know that his brand-new water heater is functioning correctly, meaning, that is not only leaking, but engineered and working correctly?" .

Don's words,"yeah, that's how Mike is, he does not like people watching exactly what he's doing and asking all sorts of questions and interrogating him". Since he knows Mike does not like to be questioned about what he's about to perform this maybe wrong, from happening to prevent still another problem, I inquired Don, what approach should be taken? Don's answer, Well if Mike was planning to drill into the drain I do not approve of this." . I told Don, That's fine, except out in the area, with the client, Harry might not have, no, would not have, known that what old"tech" Mike was GOING to do, might have caused far more problems than just the THREE times he has had to return to the job that has to have been done correctly, in the first location! .
Now prepare for this, I am about to ASK that the"tech" Mike that his 5th and final question,"Couldn't Geer's send a"tech" out who understand about the item that they are installing? Maybe then this would not have to be the time you have been here. How would understand that it is WORKING since you have indicated, it's WORKING because it's not leaking!! ."
At this point I tried to call Geer's plumbing. After being told someone would be right with me, on hold for around 15 minutes (btw being checked on by the female was diligently trying her very best to get someone on the phone) I told them I would call back.
It turns out this proud Yelper (in fact ) was suitable. The"tech" Mike now thinks that he just has to"Recycle" that the"SYSTEM" which should clear up everything.
I phone back, after 45 minutes and speak to Don. Hmm, hard to tell.
Subject: Your plumbing review.
I have used Geers on two different occasions today (running bathroom and bathtub escape ) and the two times I have been very satisfied with their prompt service and comprehensive repairs. The situation was explained by both plumbers but not at all a way and the issue was rectified by them fast and efficiently. They.
Lately we had James from Geer's Heating & Plumbing install a water valve replacement and a new water heater. James was capable and efficient. I found him to be honest about what needed to be done. In monitoring us geer's was great. Geer's would be highly recommended by me.

I hired them to install two weeks and my water heaters in the morning there was a torrent of water coming from the unit's rear. After shutting my water off I noticed the plumbers had not connected the back flush drain into the sewer. I fixed it myself wishing I'd done the job myself and saved $400.
Outstanding, knowledgeable people! Had a bathroom. David fixed it for free by giving me some easy and straightforward to follow directions.
Hello,Eight decades back, Dave took a machine assembly that extended it into the length that was perfect and was much too short for my intentions. I have been using that same set of hoses since then.

I truly do not have the words to describe my amazement in artistry and the ability that both Don and Dave have.
I took the assembly into the shop and Don, in only a couple of minutes, had essentially created a new hose using the proprietary connector. I swear the guy is a magician! . (smile)
As a result of age, one of my washing machine hoses sprung a leak, Now. As a result, the proprietary-sized connector was destroyed.

I really could go on and on about how much I appreciate the professionalism, ability, and kindness of both Dave and Don but suffice it to say that I am truly their number one fan.
Were it not for both of these gentlemen, my life could be a great deal harder as their attempts have allowed me to streamline my daily routine.

Geers Plumbing installed a valve that was clean out . They had all the equipment like camera along with hydrojets to do the job nicely and provided a extensive array of services. James, the tech was professional knowledgeable and meticulous . He kept everything neat, clean and was very conscientious about doing putting things back AND a job after he was finished. (Digging up deep trenches is a messy job)
Geer's Plumbing was phoned by me because we had a flow which I guessed was behind the wall in another floor bathroom. I was thankfully able to obtain an appointment that day. He identified the problem that was not supporting the tub wall but in a pipe that could be retrieved from the garage. He fixed it and cleaned up after himself. James was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The Pipes of Geer would be strongly recommended by me and ask for James!
Pipes is a plumbing business that is fabulous and plumber James is outstanding! I have been utilizing Geers for close to 25 decades and they have been very professional clean and they do a great job. I recently had a new water heater, I phoned at 7am, James was efficient, showed up at 8am, explained everything set up the water heater and swept the garage up. I can highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs in Orange County!

I am writing this review for my parents that have employed Geers. The 1st time was for a leak where you turn on and off the water close to the bathroom. I wish I could remember the guys name, but I do n't, anyhow he didn't charge my parents since it was a simple fix that took 15 minutes and came out the problem. Awesome. Over Memorial day they discovered the ceiling below the upstairs bathroom was wet. We struck a whole in the ceiling and drained the water. Called Geers, they came out along with the technician knew just what the problem was. Took an hour to fix. In addition they had a name for someone to come out to fix the ceiling. He was excellent, although I is an independent contactor or'm not sure he works for Geers. Total Geers are outstanding. If they are remembered by my parents I will update with titles of the technician. For taking good care of my parents, Thank you Geers.
Because they are filthy body hurting 19, jobs that are A bit pricey as most of plumbing should be. NOT something I want or COULD do. But Geers is 1st class in client service, RELIABLE, professionalism, and they do the job right the first time. In addition they possess an infinite inventory of plumbing products that you can't find at Home Depot or Lowes. It will not hurt that they are less than a mile from my house! I'll always use Geers for any of my plumbing (and electrical) needs.
I turned to the water at the kitchen & in seconds the stream ceased later today. The bathroom faucet - same outcome tried. I understood what the cause was & ran into the garage to find that David had neglected to open the water shutoff valve. It opened that the water could rush to the water supply lines. I called told the girl & Geers. She inquired if I'd hold, so that she could try & locate David to come out. I clarified that didn't help me now & that the heater, under stress, without any relief, could have burst & caused over simply having no hot water, before or AFTER Geers Plumbing had come to"fix" the problem. I hate someone when I am working on something watching over my shoulder, so I'd left David telling him as much. You are now warned.
I asked , since the LED flash diagnostics about the controller directed a"reset,"he can attempt to reset the controller. He said it could not be achieved & proceeded to begin removing the whole pilot assembly & detach the wiring in the controller, saying it was more than just the controller. I advised him that I understand today's repair folks begin versus attempting to repair, because it's expedient. He said I was the blunt customer he has ever met, to which I said," I am 76, retired & don't have lots of money to burn" David insisted that the controller pilot assembly required to be replaced with the pilot assembly on the ground & him out the door to recover the replacement components, I agreed. I inquired what the cost would be & he advised me to the penny looking at his cell phone,"$605.02." I had shown him a printout of the controller eBay at $89 & he said,"that's on eBay, not here" If he could have just replaced the thermocouple, rather than the whole pilot assembly AND the controller & he assured me that wouldn't have fixed the 31, I inquired. Now, pay attention!
In 2009, I had a water heater is installed by Geers Plumbing. Yesterday there wasn't any hot water at the faucet, so I checked the water heater. It was off, so I tried several times to light the pilot, after the directions on the controller. No luck. With tons of different chores I decided to request Geers to check it out, believing that, having installed the water heater & pipes fixtures, I might find a break as a repeat customer. Quite naive, I understand.
I took him to the water heater & he tried like I had, lighting the pilot.
