I cannot say enough nice things. They have been wonderful from beginning to end. While I really don't need another issue with my plumbing, if I did, this is who I'd predict.
I cannot say anything other.
I've been dealing with our home warranty company daily when they arrived, and another plumber that didn't fix the problem. I've been frustrated and annoyed for hours BUT like my house/bathroom/life is important and as soon as I spoke with the folks at this company I felt appreciated and heard. It was needed following a single day of annoyance.
I spoke with Iris and told her my problem. At 7:08 I got a call from Christian (the plumber) who gave me a quote and a estimated time of birth. He saw my difficulty, arrived on time, and fixed it.

Good service but couldn't finish the job.
Called for a clogged drain and was advised by the answering service I would be given a call back in 15 minutes in the on-call plumber. I received a call back and Sidney let me know he'd arrive at my place within an hour. He evaluated the situation, spelled out that the contract came on time and got to work. Regrettably the snake nor the auger he had in the truck had a head and he was not allowed to go to the roof and also clear the congestion in the pipe, therefore he was unable to clear the congestion. He cleaned up after himself resetting the toilets with fresh wax bands and caulked back them in place. This could have been five star review Sidney had the tools to finish the job, or was licensed and bonded to have the ability to clear the blockage from the 33, if.

Tuesday the crew came with"Ray", the supervisor who made me quite confident the job was going to be done right! I am quite delighted with the end result. Thanks to Johnny and the rest of the crew.
Johnny readily scheduled me. At 7:00 a.m. Johnny came and assessed the situation and came up with a program. He said he could prevent damage but there would be holes.
At the time this was the firm that called right back.
My concern was not merely but what my landscape would look like later the leak. I've a waterfall feature in the yard, nearby the leak.
One week ago on Sunday, there was a leak between the meter and my property. Called General plumbing and rooter and talked with"Johnny." Johnny was very valuable and helped me save time and money, by suggesting if I could, that I turn the water off at the meter. The water had turned off. His honesty made a difference in my decision. Because most companies would send out someone to turn off the water and charge around $300.

This company cares about their customers. The service was completed, they did an incredible job. Juan was really helpful and made sure everything was done. He did an excellent job taking care of us and we'll definitely be requesting him. We had a job that is very complicated and he did an excellent job and made sure everything is working.

Update as of 9/24/19 - More support. Sewage backed up into my yard and somebody else was able to emerge within hours of my phone. I appreciate the prompt and expert support 12/10 would urge!

I appreciate that they don't charge a call-out fee, but won't technicians (any plumbers) provide a ball park estimate over the telephone and save us a great deal of time.
I declined because I felt that they were asking too much, nevertheless, you could have more disposable income than I, so...
Before he arrived, I'd already cleared everything out from beneath the sink so he had easy un-impeded access to the pipes, and the guy who showed up needed $326 to eliminate a one week old, clean, plastic P-Trap (U-bend), which takes ~1 minute, no tools needed, and manually snake a slow draining kitchen sink (using a $10 re-usable snake). I've done it myself and it's basically a job; if this!
In this case, they're asking $650 per hour with this very straightforward task that pretty much anybody can do themselves (that I just didn't want to get dirty now ) and this had been about a week day afternoon, not a crisis call-out.

Danielle and ray are an pleasure. Evaluate and I sent a request to come our sewer line along with issues we were using with old. He was at and incredibly responsive our home in under 24 hours. He returned with an estimate 24 hours and was allowed and completed the job the same week.
Not only did they have an incredible turnaround, but were also incredible advisors. As we had with different providers, they had been quoting us higher for work that did not have to be performed and Ray and his staff and less expensive and improved approach that was the solution.
I could recommend them and will use them for our work moving. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Johnny did a fantastic job and was instantaneous. Recommend. My drains are flowing again and in record time.

Johnny Morgan has the Pipes powers of Thor with the calm demeanor of Bob Ross! Thursday at 9 pm I became distracted by the sound of my husband not only stirring the toilet with all his might but also the stench of sewage that is old. Not only were equally toilets but there was sewage coming up from the shower in 1 bathroom and the bathtub in the opposite. Yes. . .poo in bathtub and the shower! Mylocal Concord plumber was phoned by me. They were listed as being 24 hours for urgent issues. After my phone was returned by the tech he would only respond to issues and said that he was booked the night. . Could it wait until the afternoon. After plumbers we came across Rooter and General Pluming. The phone was answered by A great lady and informed me a tech would get back to me. About 20 mins later Johnny Morgan called me, discussed the problem and what he was going to perform and told me that the price all. He was in my home in under 30 minutes (it is 10 pm by today ) and worked tirelessly to try to unclog the huge clog I had in my sewer pipe under the home caused by baby wipes. After a half of sheer determination and a hour he explained the news that we need another cleanout. My old home has one in front. We couldn't flush the toilets or use the shower although thankfully my poo ponds had receded. He said that the he would come to perform the job was early Saturday morning. He showed me how to use his pump that was massive so if we needed to perform a number two or the pee smell became toxic we pour down the cleanout in the front of the home and then could pump it out. He let's use this piece of his gear for our benefit.

Fast forward to Johnny and Saturday morning was here early and bright. He squeezed himself through the Coraline doorway that led under my home, cut pipes, additional plumbing, lifted pipes, braved black widows and the sewage stench in the RAIN and by HIMSELF (Thor). He was fair, courteous, quick and kind. He explained everything he did if he had to step out for supplies, and when he'd return. We were given a discount on the work by him and it was really a discount after calling around! He left our home that day a friend and I will be calling General Plumbing and Rooter from now on!

Our house was at the crisis scenario water valve at the toilet was broken and could not stop the water that. Even though it was the heavy traffic time, the exact same individual who diagnosed our tub came to check and went out to purchase parts he needed and took care of the worst component needed to repair. It wasn't simple process. Need to determine all 6 valves at the space of condo and I needed to phone HOA as crisis but the plumber waited for the timing to fix and even tried to discover valves in our condo. As herself can not be fixed by by truly care about the individual like me who's in trouble the plumber's attitude was great.
I want to share my gratitude to Jorge who took care of our water heater in the bathroom. Thank you very much Jorge! You're the'physician' of the house plumbing issues!

Allow me to only say Johnny Morgan has been an absolute joy to work with. We had a burst pipe on our front lawn and appeared on yelp for recommendations and known as General Plumbing who picked up the phone straight away and within an hour Johnny came to our home to take a look at the situation. He was comprehensive and courteous and went above and beyond to be sure the task was done. I suggest the team and Johnny at General Plumbing.

Christian is the man!! General pipes managed to come within half an hour of my call and unclog our bathtub drain after phoning around to 8 plumbing businesses. Talk about service, I highly recommend these guys. So of you have hair issues like me, give these guys a call!! Thanks Christian!!

I got a response within 30 minutes, and messaged on Sunday through Yelp. They could not give an estimate because I looked into changing into a tankless heater to me. If I gave my telephone number, they said, they'd call in the afternoon. There was A technician sent and came in roughly 90 minutes. He clarified the pros/cons of a tankless heater. A tankless heater would demand routing power to the outdoor water cupboard, and I would need an electrician. I might have opted for that under different circumstances, but I had been needing getting water. I went with the 50 gallon tank. It had been installed that afternoon and took about 6 hours. This includes the opportunity to go get the water heater. The technician spared time while he went to the warehouse, by draining the tank. So far, all is great, and the water heater seems to be functioning fine.

Johnny Morgan from General Plumbing deserves a big thank you. My parents, in their nineties, living in their own residence, had up everything yesterday. Obviously, it was a nightmare.

My brother and Johnny Morgan connected and arranged for him to come out today. He was the very best. He explained. He listened to their feedback and continued to speak with them, throughout the process. He found sheets of adult wipes that wrapped around the auger, that caregivers had dropped from the toilet that completely plugged the toilet. His camera found issues but he focused on a direct and temporary solution to ensure hospice would nonetheless have the ability to wash my Dad. I simply so appreciate this man, that I need to discuss our expertise. The house is old and we're happy General Plumbing will return to look at long-term issues. We got the right man for sure, at General Plumbing. He's fantastic.

We had a flow outside the house beside the water main. I had no idea what was happening as I have never needed plumbing work done before. I was hoping to talk to somebody who would explain what they have been doing so I could learn a few plumbing.
Johnny is a great plumber and I recommend his work!
Johnny made a best guess was a pipe but couldn't be convinced unless he dug this up and came by for an evaluation. In addition, he noticed that the builders cut a few corners since they were building the house (unnecessary PVC piping underground when everywhere else was copper).
After his evaluation, I asked a friend to assist and thought it'd be a simple fix. My buddy and I got some substitute PVC piping to resolve this pipe which had the leak's part. It was indeed the PVC piping that caused the flow -- just as Johnny anticipated and deciphered after digging out the pipe. We dug out the plumbing, cut on the bad part of this pipe and replaced it with our own PVC piping. We abandon the piping alone for the adhesive to seal. However it irked me that we have replaced PVC with PVC and the fact that even though it works, this was an amateur task and there is no guarantee that was going to.
We predicted Johnny again and asked him to come by and also to repair it correctly with aluminum pipes and for all. He managed to come by same-day! He did a fantastic job, giving his honest opinion on unique methods, comparing and explaining every bit of this project along the way.

Johnny had a terrific attitude and all smiles although he needed to operate through the night. Highly suggested.
Super responsive and friendly. I had requested a quote through Yelp and got a reply within minutes. Our tech, Johnny, came finished by 10pm and completed after 11:40pm. All this on the eve of this 7/4 holiday.

I reached out for a quotation early on Sunday morning after I had an problem with my toilet and got a response! We set up a while in the day for Anthony to come out to repair it. Though he delayed and got stuck at a job that day, his communication was fantastic and he guaranteed that night, he'd get to my home.
He was able to track down and repair the issue and came! I have dealt with multiple plumbers with an unique plumbing problem at my home but Anthony was by far the best I've worked with. I will certainly be using him again, would highly recommend to anybody, and if necessary!

This company is wonderful! I needed some work done in the office on my toilet and the woman, I think her name was Danielle was super helpful and had great costumer support!! They guy who came and fixed my toilet did an amazing job and got everything out! I didn't catch his name but he had been very helpful also. I recommend this place!
