We're quite pleased with the service supplied to us in Georgia 5 Star Plumbing. They even supplied a tracking for our phone at our house coming as to him and were very prompt on getting back to us with installation schedule! Very wonderful feature! We had purchased our Badger 5 garbage disposal to the installation, without realizing that it was the wrong model with plug. Thank goodness that a Badger 5 had been bought by Jiv without the plug before his arrival and had it in his truck. He walking through the installation and installed it graciously offered to swap it out to cost. Showed us the way to unlock it if it had issues, with the little wrench that comes with the device. Really friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable tech. Will definitely call on him should we have any repairs he can help us with later on. Would highly recommend him and his firm should you will need plumbing solutions. Prior to entering our house, he even put on the blue shoe covers. Very polite, respectful and honest of your property. Happy to have found his firm to help us with our garbage disposal issue!!! Will continue to keep their amount!
An expansion tank was replaced by them in my property. I was a bit high but apart from that I thought they were very professional and am happy with the outcome.
