After we lived in Woodstock, we had a crisis and could not get in contact with property manager so that I had to leave 3 messages. I waited 3 hours after calling the 'emergency property problems' number before I called Scott Plumbing.The young man explained he was on another job but could be there in 2 hours; he showed up much sooner than anticipated (awesome).
Fixed the issue and was cleaning up as the PM's man shows up(never called to say he was on the road and TRIED to chastise me for being patient and calling an external service provider). The gent out of Scott Plumbing was nice and considerate, worked quickly and also told'our' plumber the repairs he did was a crisis repair and could just hold until a replacement was made (cheap, old water heater at rental home on last legs and flooded the utility room, garage).
If we no longer rent and buy a home, they will be our plumber.They are great, I highly recommend this company.
Great fast service! I managed to find an estimate on the telephone & program for the next morning. Matt was here 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, fixed the toilet in no time (20-30 minutes ), and it had been 65 cheaper than the telephone quotation. Would definitely use again!
This morning Matt and I called Scott Plumbing and talked at 9:00 AM. He was on the job at 11:30 AM and I got the work done for the cost quoted to me by The Big Boy plumbing firm.

I called one of those Big Boys for whom I paid a $50.00 service quote call only to be told that the charge to put in MY water heater would be almost $900. Yes, install not market me their new. I declined.
Don't get me wrong. They don't do work that is cheap. They do quality work and are licensed and bonded and insured. They charge a fair price rather than a price gouging cost.

The water heater flooded the basement and in a rental home I own go. It took until almost 6:00 PM to secure a replacement water heater (the one that failed was below 100% warranty) but I had to get it installed.
