Called Oleg back and he Came another morning at 7:00 a.m. he unclogged the drain from a blank out access I had on the exterior that Bonnie pipes could not find?? He also followed up using a camera to reveal what the inside of the pipe seem enjoyed and advised me of their ideal path to take. Hydro clean out or replacing the pipe. I made a decision to replace since it had been corroded a pipe which has been a galvanized metal and could break. I did not wanna deal with the headache of a mess in the future. He cared for this license process with town.

Pipe fixed, concrete and fill done. 3 holes along with a pipe of 12-15feet set up $4100. Seems reasonable. They worked on a Saturday for us. They have been both clean and professional and they carried the time with us. Favorable and got the work done!

We had a crisis plumbing issue along with the plumbing firm we have used previously was not able to come out until Monday. We could not wait till Monday since we had to shut off the water line since we believed we had a busted pipe inside the home that poured water down our ceiling. Called Oleg out of Global Plumbing Sunday morning and he arrived at the time he said we would later that day. He identified the problem and turned our water back on once he determined that the leak wasn't by a broken pipe (but by an improperly installed overflow bathtub drain installed by a builder who claimed to do pipes ). He revealed us the escape and showed us exactly what he was looking at. He came out to make the repairs as soon as it completely checked to guarantee that the leak was fixed and was convenient for our program.
While he was here, we also had him inspect an outdoor water line which was suspected of a major escape (the town recently came out to tell us that we had an unusually high volume of water usage and they guessed that an outdoor broken or cracked pipe). He found a few leaky areas along with a pipe under the water shut off directly under ground. He coated the pipes and replaced all leaky and the pipe valves with quality stuff. He also rechecked the water meter following the repair was back to normal.

Friday morning awakened to walk into water coming from the bottom of my beautiful kitchen island. I called and he didn't have time before Monday. So began calling all 5 star plumbing companies from Yelp. I had time and no-one called at least 20. I eventually got to Global Plumbing and also called them. Oleg, the owner replied and came within an hour. He followed my desire for not doing a lot of damaged to cabinets, and my brand new center island, and had been extremly professional, on time. He stoped the water dryed the surrounding area up. Now I have water for the rest of the house except for kithen and he'll be back Monday to correct the pipe. I am rather thankful I know he will be my go and that by possibility, I called that company. I urge Global Plumbing to anybody who needs one.

He was professional, had a van that is well equipped. . .and he was really personable. I don't know if the cost was reasonable or not. But I'd gladly pay for any service which was done timely and well.

Came out to our house. Super friendly and helpful. There was really nothing. Its a drain that is touchy that we have had problems with before. He explained it was probably not put in properly. The best part? No cost!! Honest! If and once we have problems again we will be phoning Oleg again.

Oleg did a great job repairing the water heater and making sure it was securely mounted along with having the proper growth tank. He noticed some issues with other water pipes in the garage which we had not noticed and repaired those as well. Was on time and specialist, would recommend to anyone looking for installation or repairs!
