I strongly advocate Great American Plumbing. They are dependable and very experienced!
We hired Great American Plumbing to set up a 50 Gal Water heater at our place of business. Alex was very helpful on the telephone, and recommended me the water heater that is best, to match my needs. I cannot imagine calling somebody else, the next time I need a plumber.

I'm so glad to get technicians I will phone (or email), and who I can count on, whenever issues arise. They have taken care of numerous issues for example repiping of the whole basement within my unit construction. They do good work and also the cost is very fair.

Alex answered my yelp request straight away and spoke my worries. He was able to send us someone . They came and fixed our Toilet in 3mins and was about the end of the plumbers quoted for the company. Highly recommend them!

Ahmed on the exact same visit also collected some information to permit Great American to supply a bid to get a bathroom addition.

They picked a time that sent a plumber out Ahmed, and worked for me. Ahmed was friendly, made certain that he kept our floors clean cleaned up when he was finished, beyond what I expected. Alex and his teammate Luke were responsive and super knowledgeable. I wish I found them sooner for each one of the issues we had costing us large water bills and running. . And eventually a leak that moved through our ceiling.

Was that it was a days labor with two individuals that demands specialized gear. In the end, it was only a basic leak fix which he did in around two hours. So the work was nice, but I felt like that he had been exploiting my crisis situation to overcharge.
I got around 1000 $ to get a cumulative 3 charged hours of effort, although the work was fine. One the first day that he kept the residents waiting and was around 4 hours late.
There was also the problem of those fees of the inadvertent charging of one, and that I had to call them to reverse that charge out of my card.

Do not waste your time and call another plumber!
I am speechless at their level of professionalism. I had an appointment and they did not show after they confirmed the appt. No response to telephone or text calls.

As of yesterday you have not contact Erin, myself or the condominium Organization or Insurance... Perhaps as of now you have contact our insurance provider. This happened. And NO... Erin and I have tried to telephone your office and we had been told the owner could call us back. No telephone!! Your organization has been dishonest to us and that I feel people ought to be aware of this before they call out your business. So I and another 9 unit owners in this construction will probably be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Best of luck.
By trying to unclog a pipe in a 3rd floor unit, their Plummers damaged 3 floors in our condominium construction. They refuse to supply us with an insurance infomation. Now I'll contact the better Business Bureau and a few news chanels. Mistakes and accidents happen but maybe not taking care of your workers and accepting responsibility activities is actually lousy organization. ....

These guys came the day I asked for support and were very thorough and able to work their way round my back deck for cleaning our catch basin out. I'd suggest them. These guys were referred to as by us for cleaning our basement drain pipes out. They did their work.

4 a.m. Along with also our basement flooded. After calling Great American Plumbing they were here within 30minutes. Installed a new sum pump and saved our cellar from needing remodeling. Best service in town. They care about their clients.

Smelled Gasoline and called Great American. A plumber was shipped by them ! For where gas leaked john came with his gas monitor reader to check. He travelled through the flat and could not find anything. He then asked to see the water heater. He waited for a couple of minutes and dialed the water heater away. Then we discovered the water heater dialing back on it's own. John decided that there was a gas leakage around that region. He then looked at the gas pipes and decided that they were old and corroding. John proposed installation of gas service. We ended using John install gas service for two floors (better protected and piece of mind). John came in two days to put in the gas service. All I could say ishe knew what he do and was very honest with pricing. I would certainly use them again and be sure to maintain his card! :-RRB- Thanks John!

I called Great American Plumbing at about 9 and John showed up to save the day.
He substituted seals, a pipe thingy, several other components and we were eventually leak free.
He found that water was gushing from pipes under the floor and investigated. He knew what to do and how to find the issue while the building and plumbing are over 100 years old.
The end result was great although there was lots of work and the price was fairly fair. Thank you!
When another plumber failed to show up at 7am to correct a flow in my apartment building I had been very stressed out this morning. I had been told by that plumber all would be well and he needed to do was replace a seal.

I have used Great American Plumbing a number of times - ! I ask for John. He's the very best at rooting through shrub roots and cleaning out the catch basin.

We predicted Great American Plumbing to run a cold water line for the installation of a marijuana filler. They were hired by us as a result of comments on the corporation and a quote that was below others. John showed up on time and was quite meticulous. His attention to detail was beyond expectations, explained to us what he had to do and and seemed to really go out of his way. John did work!! The next time we want plumbing work I can assure you that we won't call anyone else since he earned our confidence.

I had a backed up drain within my shower/bathtub and wanted a pro since all my attempts failed to emerge. I first tried phoning another 5 star plumbing yelper but it ends up that he I give John a call and does not support my area. John is called up by me and discuss my issue with him and he gives me an approximate cost over the phone and says that he can be over at 2pm. He shows up precisely at 2pm! Not only did he fix up my clogged drain but I asked him exactly what to do that I'd outside and he replaced a part that I broke and he was able to resolve that on the spot. Price was fair especially compared to the bigger companies out there that would have charge me at least double. I will definitely be calling John I have any plumbing requirements.

It would be wonderful to have a clean out. Not the other plumbers who didn't really want to identify the problem and lent high When I get one it will be from John.
But John charged $350 to spend about 3 hours after each rodding utilized the camera to see whether the roots at the sewer was cleared rodding the line and then. I advised him to go in again following one section was not quite clear. He did without complaint and place the camera in again and it was better. They also place Root X at the line and explained that I wouldn't have a problem again. This was. Plumber says that they will camera and stick for $99 bucks. But all he did was set in. And he said he didn't should pole because the camera poked a tiny hole at someone or the roots permitting the sewer to pass till it rained. He didn't rod. And when he had It would have been around for 3 minutes not 3 hours which is all that has been demanded.
These $99 bucks roddings are set ups for"discovering" all kinds of issues that require all types of bucks to fix.
John was not. Good job. The thing is that I could see with the camera for myself the origins that I watched were now gone.
John and boy worked very tough to acquire a sewer line cleaned out that was clogged for several years and all the plumbers who coped with it (Stewart Pluming, the Scottish Plumber and Perfect Plumbing all had very substantial rates or low rates and just didn't want to do the task, but those with high rates desired to substitute a portion of the pipes line to get a clean out for as much as $4000. John quoted 16-1800 for the exact same Job.
Perfect plumbing cameradidn't charge for anything and'd the line but desired $2800 to set out a clean in front yard.
Plumbers are pretty slippery I've found.
