I had a few problems with a leaking garbage disposal along with my kitchen sink. I asked for yelp sent a quote through 5 regional firms and yelp a quote request. Green Tech responded right away with a price. The rest of the companies prices were extremely unreasonable or the other firms would appear late or cancel me for their"free quotes" they would not do over the yelp app.
He was extremely professional, knew exactly what he needed to do and seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable. He was extremely quiet, clean, and quick. Kyle was so quiet in fact the time was napped by my two year-old son. Kyle cleaned up after himself and gave me a complete explanation of what he did, and gave me a few pointers about my previous garbage disposal.
Fixer upper house and this one small fix has been one of my finest adventures. No joke.

Had a clog in my bathroom. Tried using the plunger but didn't work. Called plumbing solutions charge for solutions to come out and that I needed to schedule time. However, I asked them when they could come out and saw good ratings. They made a fast apmt right away. On site, they even had discount for work they do, and they don't charge any service fee. In about 30 minutes, a plumber named Tim arrived and fixed our clogging bathroom within less than an hour. Tim was knowledgeable and friendly and nice. If we have some plumbing difficulties with our residence would highly recommend this company for any plumbing solutions and will use them.

Can not say enough about the company. Had a crisis and they responded right away. The plumber that they delivered (Kyle) was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. Made suggestions to save money too. Extremely use again. Thank you Kevin!

I actually didn't anticipate that that Tim will have the ability to do my toilet. He arrived on time, that's extremely valuable to me personally punctuality! He's able to do my toilet and left a workplace, cleanliness hits the place in my heart. And he's very polite and educated. . I'd recommend their company without question.

We had. I called Kevin on a Tuesday night, and he spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to diagnose a problem. Nick came out and spent 2 hours free troubleshooting the problem, the next day. He arrived today and fixed the issue. These guys are knowledgeable, great with masters of the craft, and communication what's wrong. I can't say enough great things about them, and we are going to be looking.

I'm not saying anything that others haven't already said, but after discovering that I live in a place of the city that Green Tech doesn't service, Kevin spent a substantial amount of time with me on the phone helping me know the advantages and disadvantages of different sewage back up prevention alternatives. And later, after I had talked to some other people who do my area to service, he assisted to clarify and interpret what they advised me. I'm only bummed I can not give him my business.

Highly recommended. Go with these professionals.
He helped put in the dryer vent, which had been within an inconvenient space and would been able to be completed with no help and went behind and above.
Couldn't rate these folks greater. Had them come out to a gas shut off valve that was behind a wall, and he had been skilled at cutting on our walls just where necessary to re-install the valve in a space.

Kevin was fantastic - called me back on a Saturday night seeing my Ejector pump problem and agreed to be there on Monday morning (no period and a half). His man Nick came on Monday (early, so that I could get to work), identified that the matter and was performed within an hour. Nick was great and showed me mended & the matter it. They were great & would definitely recommend & use them, although my only issue is no discount for Yelp.

Amazing service! I contacted Kevin on a Saturday about a sump pump which n't discharged all of the way into the end of the pipe. Kevin walked and assessed the outside pipe was frozen over the phone. By producing a relationship that was shoddy, I fixed the problem but created a new one. Kevin said he'd swing by to have a peek when he came he ended up running a brand new PVC pipe from the house until the spring when his team can come out to do the repairs that were needed. He saved me from a cellar and is a lifesaver!
What a business! I am hoping I do not have too many more pipes needs, but if needed I'll choose Green Tech for certain!

I had an issue with my sump pump plus I emailed 4 plumbers that are unique . .Kevin wrote me back immediately and said"call me on my mobile, it is possible to fix that yourself no problem". . .and he was perfect. He walked me through what was a simple repair when he can have charged me to come do it himself.
Here Green Tech will be my go to plumber for the foreseeable future: ethics and honesty.
Needless to say when I wanted another (albeit more complicated) fix about a week later he was the first person I called.

I can't say enough about Kevin, Dan and Green Tech Plumbing. Next up, the installation- Dan came on schedule. He went right to work in the cellar, a guy that was very friendly and very honest . He notably wished to do a top quality job and wasn't hacking or in a rush to finish, and he got right to work, although we talked a bit about my setup. We went up to install the recirculation plumbing after installing the pump. The repair is amazing, I get warm water the cost was quoted.
I reached out to several plumbers to install a hot water recirculating pump to get water to far away taps much quicker in our dwelling. I knew a tiny bit and investigated systems. I messaged Green Tech through Yelp (in addition to other plumbers) and obtained various answers. Most physicians wanted to charge me a fee ($50-$100) to come *look* in my system alone. SureI might have the fee applied as a charge IF I used someone, but my situation appeared simple enough that I didn't require someone to come look at the system before working on it- it was a simple pump inserted in my warm water line in the hot water heater. That's where Green Tech really shined. Kevin messaged me very fast, talked about what pump, actually was nice with me sourcing the pump on my own as I had a lower cost- there left me shocked- that had been so nice with it and even encouraged me to go that route. He's clearly an honest guy, and that's why I feel so strongly about writing this review. We messaged back and forth and settled for the setup on a fee. All the plumbers again wanted a service call just to observe the pump, or I had to telephone them. No thanks, communicating is won on by Green Tech.
I highly highly recommend Green Tech- for their stellar online service and communicating (5 celebrities to Kevin) and to Dan, our tech 5 stars as well. I would absolutely not hesitate to call them again and will definitely do that. Green Tech does absolutely all right, although so plumbers get so far wrong on how to conduct business. Thank you GT!

Easy to work with, quick and professional. They came to assist me with an easy toliet fix and also to look at a bathtub drain. Dan was very friendly and knowledgable. I wish I'd seen the Yelp voucher before they came over!! Regardless, would hire them at a minute to do anything else!

Great company to work with. Our sewer line job was complex, however, the team kept moving until all was solved. Great pricing that is reasonable, and customer service. I strongly recommend this team.

New water heaters and knowledgable support installed. Would have liked installer to observe that a new valve was needed, but that wasn't what he had been there for.

Kevin came out to inspect my pipes difficulties and developed a plan of actions. Chaun came now to perform the job; he was professional, very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. While he worked, he left me with a clean toilet and kept wiping down the area. I was given a concise invoice by Chaun when he was done and the fees were fair. Was above and beyond any I have had from company's. Kevin were kind and courteous, and late at night on a Tuesday, he and his his men were here at appointed time another day to fit my program. They made sure to reveal the issues in my sewer,needed to have main line cleaned, movie is amazing. . The hydro jet machine they had was phenomenal to watch in action, you see the roots and 2minutes later they're gone unbelievable! Do not bother looking anywhere else they are the ones I would call.

There's a reason this is a five star business. I called to help at my property with a gas leak. The communicating of green Tech was awesome but I think they have one thing that most firms do not. The techs that show up to your site are nice and really knowledgeable. Over the span of 10 years we have undergone numerous attitudes, particularly because of my lack of understanding in this arena (which is why I called them in the first place). The fix has been so obvious and something I should have just completed with the turn of a wrench but I couldn't figure it out. I was still talked to.

I will definitely have this company in my list of favorite number in my phone...
1 from 5 contractors who allegedly contains 4 and over stars of reviews couldn't give me an estimate over the phone - rather they'll explain to you just how much $$ it cost for them to see and then go from there.... Indications of ripping off your hard earned buck.../
Because of this I was being honest to them about my finances and they provide me a substantial discount...
When water backup occurs on your cellar, if your knowledge is limited and your bank account is in lack of greens - green technician pipes will ease you down...
Green tech is so upfront with their price despite the fact that they haven't seen the problem yet - this is what I predicted honesty in service due to experience.... They ask for the address and they search it in the web and they figure the assessment based on the distance of your house towards the primary drainage...
The owner who appears to take my call has that gentle calm"fatherly" tone of voice. This eases my nervousness out. Everyone else has this unprofessionally demanding full of danger like approach...
The fix only took a hour...

Our plumber, Tim, arrived right now. Him walked and pointed out the areas of concern. He made certain that the ejector pump worked secured up a leak from the tub, then correctly sealed the ejector pump cap. He gave me a good idea of how a water supply can conduct to our fridge, which is in a hard-to-reach location.
Tim was friendly and professional and represents Green Tech Plumbing very well. I plan on having Tim come out soon to install water filter system and a garbage disposal.
