Really happy I called those men. We had been having issues with the toilet in our guest bathroom, they were able to find out it while being straightforward regarding the entire cost of the job. I love that there were no surprises or"add ons" later seeing labor/materials.

We request a quote on re-pipe our home Ofer came out, give the information to us. We feel it's the right individual to with, although explain about the process, gave the price to us, its wasn't the decrease bid we obtained. And that's was the choice that is right. Work was completed in the time frame. (others advised us it will be additional $250)

Wonderful service.We had a tiled bathroom flooring. We called 3 other people and each of their estimates in both time and price were all higher. This firm came out in one hour, pretty speed for late night, and had the problem resolved in roughly 45 minutes.This organization is very ofessional and a reasonable price for the job, especially considering the time and urgency of the matter. Would use this service again!

I called H2O, explained that an email had been prepared by me with photographs and specs, would he please share his email address so I could send through it and we could talk further. His response was one of paranoia'that are you , where are you calling from!? Why do you need my email!? What if you spam me!?'
Other quotes I obtained are in the 1500 + scope so I guess H2O should be inundated with work if they can turn away work and $$ with a paranoid mindset!
I shared my own name, where I was calling out, explained that I had prepared the specs of this job with photographs in an email, that would make things much clearer than a 10-15 min dialog... yes I understand that there are spammers, but guess what, Sherlock, there's such a thing as a'spam/junk' button on your email if you're really that concerned about spam.
Every now & then I encounter a company that does not have a site (little red flag) or their site just has an email form without a actual email contact. I dislike internet email forms as I am never sure if they get through and 90 percent of the time you can't attach photos / files . Common sense tells me I need to move on to another company, but there'come on, give them a chance, obtain their email and simply make a call. You never know'. Frequently, I regret that little voice and wish it'd just shut up:)
Didn't really get to do some work was terrible. I like to operate so whenever I get quotations for work, I attempt to get my ducks in a row, write a email and include as many photographs as you can. That way the contractor can quote based on the specs and graphics or they are already up to speed with what is required, whenever they turn up. I send the query together and then search their email info. Everybody saves time... everyone is happy.

I am quite fortunate to have found this company! We had an issue with one of our bathrooms that ended up really being a issue with the plumbing! These guys came out and did the work in such a manner. I really don't know much about pipes, but the issue has been explained to me personally as well as. I had been delighted with their professionalism and customer services. Their pricing was honest (Trust me -I asked about ) and they did a nice job. They did leave a mess! Would certainly recommend.

This company is terrific. I called to get a quotation and they offered yo come outside and examine the Nortiz tankless water heater. The owner spent moments and an hour checking the unit out. He got on the phone with tech support for Mortis and got some suggestions. He assured me the unit didn't require a $275.00 deep cleaning, as yet another co. recommended. I will use them again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was pleased with my bathroom remodel done by H2O Plumbing & Construction. H2O Plumbing is that, although it is hard to locate a builder that is dependable and dependable! A huge plus to have a builder that is a licensed general contractor and a licensed plumbing contractor.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Ofer continues to be our go. He is truthful with the repairs which need to get done and always quick to react. We had the DWP come to our house to let us know we had an underground leak that needed to be addressed this morning. We predicted he and Ofer was able to come out and look after the problem straight away! It is tough to find a plumber which you can trust. If you're looking for a plumber, do not hesitate to give them a call!!!

I had a problem with my sewer line. Ofer and inspect the lineup with the camera, his crew came over and discovered roots and cracks. They fixed the line with a lining technology without breaking up my driveway. Thank you so much for a great personality, very dependable and this!

Great support! Ofer is fair business man and this a kind. I called him to get a clogged shower and he gave me a quote on the phone without any hassle at all and told me he would get here within one hour. And sure enough he took care of the problem and showed up. He was reasonably priced and didn't try to gouge me. He gave me guidance for future projects that were prospective which was great. Free plumbing service then call them if you require a hassle and you will not be disappointed.

Ofer's work is leading, but it's accessibility and his customer service that is beyond amazing. He is easy to achieve, super accommodating and will explain whatever must be (or may be) performed in a ways which are simple to understand. We have never owned a house or re-piped, so the process could have been stressful and quite intimidating for me. As I'm not the best communicator, the experience was created by Ofer far better than I anticipated. He is my go to guy and the very first person I would suggest to any of my local friends/family.
