Andrew was amazing! I have used Hanson Plumbing and Repipe earlier but I forgot the way professional and honest they were! Silly me! What I thought could be an expensive fix proven to be somewhat fair. Andrew was such a polite and efficient plumber that when he was done, I told him that we had a couple of different repairs which we needed addressing and we would be calling him. A building is owned by my family and after leaks in the building, we knew we had to update our pipes. My mother was sitting on this project for two years looking for just the right person to perform the job.
Our family couldn't thank them enough.
By the time we called and talked to Bonnie, we knew there was something special on these guys. Not only were they attentive and kind to our needs, they demonstrated the utmost respect for our property, and were exceptionally knowledgable, approachable. His team and mike knocked it out of the park. They were professional, trustworthy and made this stand of a project worry free for us.
I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Mike advocated we use PEX instead of aluminum. Once my husband did some research and spoke to a home inspector we finally decided that moving with the PEX was the best thought, although we were somewhat skeptical initially.
Hanson Plumbing just finished a repipe of overall and our home our experience with them was quite good. Although we had some communication issues at the start of the procedure (confusion over how to type our email address) which led to a delay in getting the quotation, after we got it, it was quite reasonable. They were clean and courteous. The afternoon after the project was finished I noticed a hissing noise coming from one of those toliets, and although it wasn't necessarily associated with the re-pipe, they replaced the problem part at no cost (and came out quickly once I contacted them about it).

Bonnie was kind and very professional, worked very hard with me to set up a date for Mike to come by and look after the repair.
Mike is a great guy to deal with and work with. His employees are treated by him nicely and guides them. His employees are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Also Mike re-piped our house taking just two weeks to install the PEX pipes.
Mike and his crew did a superb job fixing our sewer line. They came in at 8 am and have been performed by 11.30 am. Mike knew exactly what he is currently doing. Even though a plumber marked the floor guided by means of a cameraas to where the pipe had been, Mike knew how to centre the whole in the floor to find the pipe right in the middle. They connected a pipe between the house line and the town sewer line and removed the pipe.

She will get you scheduled and if you'd like EXPERT plumbers and EXCELLENT service QUICKLY Bonnie ASAP! He is quite experienced and andrew does an AMAZING job and produces high quality work! I am impressed with his work. . .time and time again. Since you had broken off my realtor Andrew saved me plenty of money and time by handling a faucet replacement sinks. . I trusted Andrew to get everything and was swamped and my lease today looks and feels fantastic for my renter! Previously, he did amazing work rebuild everything and to repair the situation and had to remedy. Really quality and rate! I've utilized their services for. They provide assistance and great expertise and consistently go above and beyond. (Hanson Plumbing is actually my landlord's plumbers but they are so good I call them rather than my normal plumber!)

Hanson Plumbing saved the afternoon, along with my sanity, by reacting within a couple hours, late on a Friday afternoon. Andrew was less than half the price of our other quote, and managed to repair the matter with clean and professional company, within a couple hours. I strongly suggest Hanson Plumbing & Repipe.

CAUTION!!! Things got ugly after their man smashed his truck into a vehicle. He could show no driver license, his proof of insurance was long expired, etc.. And Bonnie is the one which got NASTY to us ... (I was never even angry about the crash - things happens. But Bonnie was HORRIBLE, she appeared so nice until... and watch out!)
Mike, in case you desire this review to come down, call me (no longer Bonnie, please) and repair this. (Hopefully, your guys did not smash into a lot of cars in April 2016 you can not figure out who to call.)

Do NOT do business unless you have a way to contact Mike directly. Because they mess something up - You DO NOT need to deal with Bonnie!

Hanson responded quickly to a growing bathtub escape. Andrew assessed and attempted the cost effective cure. Replacement components used. Bonnie in the office was also great to deal with. My first time recommendation and may call them. I started a Yelp accounts to give the review.

Hanson's plumbing was terrific! They got to our shower escape within a day despite the fact that they were booked solid Plumber Andrew was punctually, told us precisely what the difficulty fixed the issue, got the part, was and called us once he was completed. Friendly, honest, fast....definitely will use these again!

Affordable, efficient and also the job was done within a day! We had a slab leak and the insurance company was not willing to cover plumbing, together with that said we had been very concerned about that which was going to cost us. They came out gave a quote and had the job completed within 3 days. Professional and friendly. I will undoubtedly urge them!
