I have experienced the fortune/misfortune of working together with Joyful Sam couple of weeks, and I have been really delighted with both results. First, he and his crew mended an old shower diverter knob. A different plumber stated this couldn't be fixed by them, and yet another refused to come out without me agreeing to an exorbitant and exorbitant fee, and take a look. Sam fixed it easily and fast. A couple of weeks later Sam's crew came out and replaced a water heater that died. Although Sam himself was out of town he still answered the telephone and coordinated the repair.

I have been using sams for my pipes services for over ten years. You may function. You will be impressed by prompt and accurate they are when giving a quote. Sam takes pride and is enthusiastic. I'm quite delighted with there services through the years.

I have had several recent pipes crises. These guys went to get to my home quickly. They know their stuff, and are nice, honest, reliable.

We might not have been referred a much better plumbing service. Our drain line in the laundry area was clogged so awful that the water could water and drain was spilling back in the room. I called Happy Sam's Plumbing and he immediately sent out guys to our house. They arrived about 7:15pm. They snaked the drain clean and restored our washer back to usual. They were really polite and cleaned up. Happy Sam is the man Should you need a plumbing service or rooter service!

Bait and switch operation. Brother gives low quote over telephone, Sam comes, says , that's too low, it is more than that. At the home he is by that time and we want the flow to stop so we have the job done. This occurred not once but twice. Was going to give him a second opportunity due to those Yelp that is good testimonials, but got duped.

Estimates all around the place. Didn't like the way they do business. Weird. You need to give your quote the very first time, would make you seem like you are currently running an ethical company!

Good experience every moment. They are fine and will honor their work, 1 call back was handled.

Al answered promptly, As soon as I called Happy Sam's. This was a Saturday day and he gave me an appointment for Monday. Later on, he phoned me to inform me he had dispatched two of his top technicians to take care of my needs. I was grateful, excited and surprised. These guys were AWESOME in the moment they walked right into my property. Immediately, they took matter into their hands so that my appliances fit flushed to the wall by rerouting the valves and assessed the job. They were friendly, professional and they didn't leave a wreck to me.

Happy Sam's was incredibly professional, and amazing. We had an issue with our bathroom that not merely did they appear within one hour, but were able to locate, buy and install a new (non-standard size) bathroom within one day. When they said they'd arrive, they arrived, they were hands-down one of the greatest plumbing experiences we have had, and remained within the projected pricing. Will use them again and again.

Charged me 1k for a lot of minor stuff - contacted a plumber because have come undone. Maintaining my business elsewhere. So should you.

Don't write them a check. Two deceptive charges appeared in my account although mine were not cashed. The pipes work was OK.

Watch out! On the lookout for a plumber to get a major job at my property. In the procedure, yelp that is checked found Happy Sam's, and reviews. I am sure they're ok for jobs but for jobs they're NOT LICENSED.

They're easy peasy and really lovely hard employees for their own company. Sam ought to be proud these men are and are fantastic, and I encourage this business. I really appreciated how effective and delightful they had been as well as their comprehension concerning what went on. LIfe savers!
Not just were Andrew, Raul and Chachi were very professional and took care of this problem free of hassle, they made it look super simple, and they did an wonderful job, saved our bathroom, and just like that, were in their way.
I called them, they solved the issue and then gave me a fair price to get someone out by the end of the afternoon and to my delight were there over the hour! They had been the very affordable plumbers I called about.

Chachi, Raul, and Andrew came out and solved the problem, no questions asked, just did their job with a grin and even supplied some genuinely useful info on how best to prevent this from happening again, why it was happening and if it does what we need to do to look after it, or where we need to go to get the supplies we need for a reasonable price.

They completed a comprehensive job for us replaced cast iron sewer pipes. We're very happy with their work!

Homeowner trying to tackle a plumbing problem on my condo. Business & raul made it easy on me. They kept me in the loop every step along the way and they were quite honest. Price was fair and from what I heard from, they did an awesome job. The job was it seems to have been fully resolved and a complicated one. We'll continue to keep an eye on the previous plumbing issue/leak to make sure it was really fully resolved and upgrade Yelp. But all in all... I am delighted with the service and honesty of Happy Sam's.
I'll use Happy Sam in the future if needed and I suggest you to.
Bonus: by promising a reduction in exchagne to get a 5-star review a great deal of service businesses purchase their yelp reviews. In all of our discussions of the price (between Raul and myself) he never once tried to purchase a Yelp review. So all of the Yelp reviews are REAL.

First a clog, then the next day a water heather went outside. The guys were at caring for the circumstance quickly and showed up both the days. I manage an apartment so getting water was important. One of the guys drove to Corona to get a part. Finding a follow up telephone to ask if everything went and I liked that the service was a wonderful touch.
My parents needed a water heater 20, now, although I've used Sam's for the building I handle. They fit them and my parents were pleased with the price and service. He adjusted the water pressure for them. It is amazing now days to find a good business that you can trust.
