I called this men since it wasn't cooling enough, to repair my AC. Every other company told me that they were reserved for the next two months but Dave called me and said they would have someone over the next day. Day comes, I get a text they would be late and their van broke. If you ask me Fantastic customer service.
Claudio mended the AC in half an hour and ended up arriving as the tech. Super friendly and nice guy. Would certainly recommend them. They're professional and fast. The price seemed fair for me although I am not an HVAC pro.

For getting a super guarantee market completed really want to give a shout out to Claudio, Dave and Gabriel.

This company is FRAUD. They understood my AC had a leak and that I need a condenser unit. They lied and said that I was able to simply"patch it" therefore I would go with them and save cash. Such liars. I have proof that I have an active leak.
The owner posted is a lie. The tech did not return back to my own home and put more spare on. Such a scam and liars that are these. Never ever use them

So happy with A-1. My air conditioning went out last night and I called a couple places first thing this morning and had been advised it would be a few days until they could come out (it's in the high 90's). I phoned A-1 and was transferred to technician Claudio who said he would be here between 10:30 and 11:30 am right after his customer. He came at 10:45 AM, was professional, pleasant and it took approximately 45 minutes to finish everything. I'm happy and sitting in air conditioning. Would highly recommend!

Claude came and attempted a capacitor, which he charged $400 for a part that was 30. He tried to sell me on a unit if it was a must. Got another opinion and it had been just the capacitor ($30). I feel cheated and robbed to come out. Its incompetence or a scam that is sneaky, and he wasnt even favorable. Shady sale tactics probably.

The care staff was very timely and professional. It just took less than 20 minutes to him to resolve the AC. He was also transparent concerning the issue that the AC outage was a result of a burnt fuse. The customer service was also quick to follow along with the encounter. I would hire them again.
