Ralph and his crew are great and I'd recommend them to anybody with plumbing repair needs. What happened son went dressing, he walked , I walked by, and saw a moat growing. . .right during the opportunity to get the kids ready to go to school. So called hard hat, and they came out!

You won't get a plumbing staff better. Raffi and his guys are professional, dependable and certainly take the trouble to troubleshoot everything thoroughly. From now we had Raffi over we had gone through 3 technicians that could not diagnose the loud noises coming . During the trip Raffi was not met so he made a few calls to find out what options we had, that was doing good enough of a job. Our problem is essentially the water pressure in LA. We had a commercial sized regulator. In order to put in this the pipes necessary to be sawed and soldered. It took three guys the pressure in the building is wonderful and but finally the job has been done, we had noises. Raffi and his staff are good at following up after the job was complete since they want to make certain everything is working perfectly. You are in the best hands with Hard Hat!

Hard Hat are honest on-point plumbers. Finding a plumber is a boon in an emergency. I relieved that they made time to get my situation sorted out and felt in good hands.

No words to explain my partner and I are for Ralph and Mike! We had a dilemma with fitting our new washer/dryer in our area and these guys came with a economical plan to the rescue. Before we set our appointment, I talked about the matter to a few of the guys, and he took the opportunity to listen to our situation and came up.

I used Hard Hats services, Raffi came out sooner than expected which was great. Authentic specialist, assessed the issue, gave his expert advice and we got it done straight away. Clean job, followed several days later to make sure, and done in time our pipes is still working. Great service and follow through. Highly suggested!

My water heater stopped working, but parts were still under warranty. I altered the thermocouple myself, and GE delivered that the master control valve to me, however it was a little more than I wanted to carry on myself.
Ralph allow me to install the valve over a Saturday, and was quite responsive, friendly. He is an honest person, and that I was so pleased with the repair, we gave him an excess baby gate he had commented he enjoyed!
