Big props to Ronnie @ Harry Clark the crew leader and the whole team. The same day We'd gray water drainage problem that our 15 month old water heater died due to a manufacturing defect. Not merely did Ronnie diagnose the problems in under 10 minutes, but he put me on the phone with Brian who guided me away from expensive choices and redirected me to the maker.
Can not suggest Harry and Ronnie Clark plumbing more.
Ronnie advocated, then jumped on the phone with the producer and obtained agreement to get a no cost replacement. Wow!

I recently phoned Harry Clark to perform some challenging ducting for my HVAC unit. Came on time and did a fantastic job. Ronnie was great!

I can't think Ronnie fixed my toilet! Though the bowl was cracked and the pipe between the tank and bowl was leaking, I wasn't ready to place it out to pasture. Ronnie called around and found replacement parts. With patience and skill he was able to stop the leaks. Thank the Harry Clark team and you Ronnie, I couldn't be more satisfied with your exceptional support and willingness to go the extra mile to save a very special toilet!

The plumber we got was an idiot. The plumber has been compensated to find nothing, after which we ended up paying a roofer to do the plumber's occupation a substantial sum. We are unhappy. Harry Clark Plumbing was known as our townhome by our realtor to determine there was delicate water damage in the bathroom roof, a bulge in the paint captured through a house inspection before listing the house for sale. The leak was not currently busy, and we had already moved out. The plumber researched, said none of the pipes leaked, and that it was probable that the roofing. We contacted the homeowners association to acquire outside a roofer, who found no difficulties with the roofing but decided to check the upstairs bathroom as a possible cause. The roofer moved to the upstairs bathroom, turned on the shower, and instantly discovered the leak. Great job, roofer!

Another outstanding Task by Harry Clark & Co. in Oakland! I had a leak in my toilet tank. Part of the issue was that the tank just held one gallon of water so there wasn't a lot of quantity to flush the device when I turned the deal. Another issue is that the commode was at a tight space beside my shower stall, and the handle on the left side may be attained. Isaac advised me to substitute tank and the commode because of wear & tear and came by initially for a quote. While he had been here he was thorough in his assessment tightened my pedestal sink. The following day Ron carefully measured the existing unit and surrounding region for a perfect fit and arrived punctually. The friendly office staff called the following day & said their provider had found a model with a right-handed flush & bigger tank. He installed the new things which fit perfectly. He tested several days to the flush mechanism before finishing the procedure after the water was restored. I'm very happy with my new commode and also Harry Clark & Co. continued outstanding service & attention to beautiful detail. If I could give then more than 5 stars, I would!

I'd recomend Harry clark for anyone.
We just moved to Bay region and working with Harry clark team proved to be a fantastic experience.Every one in their team is accountable and productive. David lee is quite professional and prompt.Armando and his brother are competent .Daniel is lively and inspirational, Brian is professional and prompt.

As soon as I checked the meter reading contrary to our last bill, it was really TEN TIMES greater (roughly 1300 gallons per day)! The water line from the primary to our house had sprung a leak.
Long story short, we predicted Harry Clark. Their office person, (supervisor?) Daniele, stated that they were super busy, but once I told her our situation, she stated she'd find a way and she figured out a way. An estimator, Frankie was sent by them and he left an estimate. A good deal of cash, but a significant job. He came back the following day to walk through what needed to be done. He was clear, and answered all our questions and concerns. And if we asked how soon the job could be done, '' he said"tomorrow," that was a Saturday. These guys (foreman Martin) were quite polite, friendly, and efficient, and we were only without water for about 4 hours. They had to dig out a trench but they replaced the sod and they mended our pavement where tree roots had been pushing it up, though they had not needed to break into it.
We've worked together with Harry Clark in the past-- they replaced a sewer line, installed a furnace and a water heater, in times. I don't find any, so I'll just start off by saying that we have been quite happy with all this work, although I thought I would have written a summary of these before.
The next time we need heating or plumbing work, we are going to be calling them again!

I recommend buying ductless split air system I highly recommend Harry Clark Heating, and in case you have trouble keeping your home comfortable and Plumbing to do the job.
They set up a Mitsubishi split air system in my Oakland loft. The support was professional, friendly and capable. The quote that I received was more than reasonable, the installation was very clean/looks good, if you have any issues, and they stand by their own work. These guys have experience installing this technology, and it really being slow to catch on here in the US it's hard to discover a great deal of folks like this. Plus--I've AC in the summer and warmth in the winter in a home that is difficult for temperature management.

Ronnie was fantastic. He gave a lot of customer information assessed our furnace and showed us how it works. Very friendly man, good support.

This provider is the very best! I used them to acquire sewer lateral compliancy on a house late last year, we purchased in Berkeley. After I sent the contract, started the project they arrived next day and it was completed over two weeks in the town of Berkeley WITH approval. Understood the organization and the owners of Harry Clark on first name basis--obviously this firm knows what to do and how to work efficiently and has been around. They are astoundingly professional and they abandon our yard just as it was found by them. Every company that gave me a quote for this particular job did not guarantee to replace and was way above their cost. I will be using them. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT HARRY CLARK! You are the bomb.com!

Nick and Kevin weren't only efficient, but they were super considerate and conscientious , which is always valued.
Harry Clark Plumbing and Heat is a firm that is true and tried. They were originally recommended by my realtor when I purchased my property. They use state of the art products, and I've had them put in my energy efficient furnace, which is fantastic. Recently I had them put in. They are fairly priced, not out to gouge like others that gave estimates (some even charge to give you a quote!) .

I hired Harry Clark to substitute a 60+ year old furnace with a 95% efficiency model that was fresh. Don patiently answered all of my queries and came out immediately to do a quote. The installers showed up on time and I got the job for about a month afterwards, scheduled and completed the job without any complications. The installers walked though the job they did, the safety features (gas / electric shutoff) and the way to change the filter. Harry Clark filed the paperwork for the Oakland license and the job passed the final inspection. Throughout the process I had questions I could call their number and a person answered the telephone. When I called in with questions, brian was especially helpful.

This is a review. When I purchased my home, I was a client of HC since 2000. Because they purchased it fresh in 1927, the family who'd owned the home used HC and were retired plumbers. What can be better? They served my home well over the years (toilet replacement, gas line installations for dryer & toaster, old heating repair, leaky kitchen, installation of central heating). Just one error was forgetting to put the furnace filter within my heating unit which caused the motor for HC to dismiss out-luckily it was under warranty so Carrier needed to cover, not HC. This was a shocker and a minus. The replacement of a tankless water heater of this week does not compare. Said he had cleaned up and would I like to cover now. I almost did. Thank goodness I did not. There was a weird smell coming from your water that is hot when I turned it around. I moved down to look. The piping appeared like a marble roller or drop coaster . There was newly cut pipes & garbage, as in old, a heap of screws, and other crap. A pipe has been left leaking. The door has been left wide open and light left on. I called HC to inform them that was unacceptable and to send over a man to correct this mess. I asked that come back. I had been told that the co-owner would return to my home at 8 to meet with mepersonally. He did not arrive before the man who did the job worked on the device to fix the mess and was there and 8:30! When I tried to clarify all of the issues that I saw, the co-owner dismissed them "A lot of little things." Yes, a lot of little things that for $3000 should not be there. The young man who tried to do the job was equally dismissive,"Mistakes were made," and stated there was no pipe leaking. The installation's day, he'd turned the water off to halt the pipe. In which the flow was to wash the soap off my hands apply the water and that day I had to go down to the crawlspace. (He'd forgotten to tell me he had turned the water off again.) So no I'm not lying about the pipe. A lovely man was, Crispin, who was quite professional and listened to me. He made the device installation look like I had paid a real plumber to do it. However, terrace and the rear steps were left as if a person was performing oil changes back there. Seriously? So I had to phone to whine. I had been told they would work on getting up it and then asked could they receive payment. After that day, someone called about how I would love to cover. How about performing the job totally and professionally? This was the third strike. HC you've lost my business. Along with the $200 you took off my bill does not really do anything. I hope we can learn from this-me-get bids and not be so trusting- and - clean, professional work first time, kindly listen to your clients, and hassle people for cash after the job is done.

Replaced our furnace. Fantastic price, and excellent work. Would recommend for HVAC jobs.

Nobody enjoys calling a plumber it's because of some circumstance. I had garbage disposer, THREE situations in a row: toilet leaking and my dishwasher'd backed up with greasy, milky blech. BLECH! Called Harry Clark and, this day while they couldn't come out, offered a rather quick appointment to me. I was driving home from work when John - the wonderful PLUMBER - called me 10 minutes. Seriously. . .who calls BEFORE the appt. ??? John was the professional and all of my plumbing problems were fixed past my satisfaction and quickly. I shouldn't be so excited about a garbage disposer however I'm. Thanks Harry Clark and JOHN!

The work this week, Jaime failed at our East Bay property was 5star. He implemented successfully, gave some thoughts and choices and recognized the situation. Could have been a significant problem but I wasn't worried. He put my worries and was a pro.

We contracted with Harry Clark Plumbing for a 4 day sewer lateral replacement. Their crew functioned 4 hours/day for 3 days then disappeared for 3 weeks suggesting that they couldn't progress because the City of Oakland did not have available inspectors. When I talked to Brad, the owner of the company following their completion, he advised a part of the delay was that they had not received the license until fourteen months following the start of the job and that they, therefore, couldn't get an inspection scheduled in a timely way. Additional to this he advised they had some job management failures as their staff was impacted by difficulties of personnel. So that I just hung up when I suggested that the costs of these kinds of internal issues driving performance ought to be the effects of his business not his client that he became aggressive and insulting. I will call his staff today to pay our entire invoice (I'd asked that they consider a 10% reduction predicated on getting open pits in our lawn for the whole period of the postponed job ) and I strongly urge any of you reading this review to think about employing a more professional company for your plumbing requirements. They are definitely out there!

I would highly recommend Harry Clark Plumbing for almost any Pipes, Heating or Air Conditioning Restoration. The technicians are amazing and the office staff is excellent at getting back to you.
Harry Clark Plumbing was a joy to use. In the middle of the couple of heat waves our AC unit stopped working all together. They made two trips the time to change out the second time and a capacitor to install a kit that will reduce the first draw on the 30 Amp circuit.
They were prompt, professional and most significantly as happens with AC repairs they did not immediately try to upsell costly gear that may or may not be needed

Very helpful staff helped me in redesigning my home heating system.
