The support provided was quick and effective when they completed my sewer lateral. . .it was about a half a year work. The staff was very nice as well. I would highly recommend them demands!!

The evaluation of this job of chad was outstanding, and his bidding was reasonable. His crew laid an alternative sewer line outside and showed up on time. The job was done . The foreman was great and had been with him many years.
The job was hard, of course issues arose, and everything was handled as easily as possible.
The hard part tore up and replumbing the bathrooms, and coordinating with the workmen rebuilding the bathrooms that tenants were inconvenienced and in hotels the shortest period possible.
My expertise was Chad and Drainline Plumbing was outstanding, so I want to make a review although it had been. The sewer line beneath the concrete slab floor of four rental flats collapsed and had corroded. A line had to be conducted, a massive job that included renters having to be put up in hotels and having no bathrooms or kitchens for a couple of days.

My husband called that company late last night after coming home into backed up drain flood our garage. Chad was useful and assured they'd have someone out the next day (today) at 5pm - great. It is Friday, there is traffic, etc I know running behind, but wanted to make sure they were coming. Chad said he's stuck in traffic and he talked heading into our home. He said he'd call him to get an eta then call me right back. I said that was fine and appreciated the update. A hour later, no call back, no eta, nothing. I texted chad asking for the time of coming and he replies that his worker is currently coming and they can come the day. We are currently expecting a house filled with folks and absolutely want up our bathrooms and running! I know working behind but you understand before on that might be the situation. It is the obligation of the company to keep their customers updated and provide them the opportunity to seek other options if necessary. Instead we had to track down them to updates to be informed 2+ hours after they were supposed to arrive that nobody came. This is simply bad business and I wouldn't recommend these guys.

It says a lot that somebody take it to heart and instead of being upset could read a lengthly review and make things right.
This was a really negative review of chad and his small business. He came by and addressed every one of the complaints this morning.
He also took the opportunity to honestly and sincerely apologize for his team and himself. It was contrite and we deeply appreciated it.
He spent hours cleaning up after himself crew and made it all right.

-I took his word and paid him thinking it was complete.
-Both of his builder's 979608 and licenses 1009295 did not have some issues.
-they point out that he botched the job, When his job is seen by other contractors for the access.
-The job is incomplete and I'm going to have to find somebody else to redo the drain line.
-I found that the inspection actually FAILED and checked back with the City/County.
-before working with Chad Danelson and Drainline Sewer Specialist I must have read the Yelp reviews.
-He abandoned the road that the County has issued correction notifications.
-He began working with no contract. He still hasn't supplied a contract.
-He stated that the project passed review and was complete and cried.

At Oakland, I highly recommend Chad Danelson and his company Drainline Plumbing for anyone trying to convert from septic tank over into the Contra Costa County sewer service, Ca. Chad was to, moderately priced, and done the work quickly and fantastic to work with precisely the County specifications. He dropped on his birthday to guarantee the job was done and the cleanup had been performed to his expectations. Drainline plumbing is on the County's authorized contractor record which streamlines the license application procedure. The entire procedure from license application to sewer connection was less.

From backing up into the tub and toilet in an apartment paid Chad to prevent feces. When I requested for my permit I was screamed and yelled over the phone. He told me to get in line with other customers. The problem reoccured Chad called me yell at me and again to talk over, while the tenant was in the shower November BUYER BEWARE!!

Chad is a great guy and will do his best to finish the task if he knows he can. He doesn't do something. I would recommend him for drain line work and clogs.

Chad was our third quotation. He gave us a quote and didn't charge to camera the lineup. His quotation was cheaper than my second quotation and half the amount of the initial quote. He was so knowledgeable and explained me the entire process. Than I care to LOL I know more about trenchless sewer lines and sewers. He's a busy guy but he was able to do the emergency repair for me fast then return to complete the job that is entire. We had opted to receive our sewer line replaced versus fixing the one clay spot due to the trees in our garden with the trenchless. We did not want to manage a different clog/sewer repair soon.
If I could give 10 stars to him I would. Nice guy, hard working employees cost. He did collect a deposit from me after the emergency restoration. We did not need to cover him until all the work was done. So that they know they don't Mickey Mouse around everything was permitted.
We just moved into our home after a year of remodeling. The first time that I did the laundry room, sinks and our bathtubs . Talk about dread. We had a plumber come out. He couldn't snake the principal line due to tree roots. He charged us the line and quoted us an amount.

I am glad that I chose Drainline Plumbing to perform my job. Chad gave me a estimate to replace my sewer lateral and responded immediately to my first telephone. There was some urgency in getting the job done and he match the job . He shared with me that the city needed a grant available to help fund sewer laterals.
I get nervous when I have to call someone in to do some work on my home because there are so many people out there. Chad has integrity and is prepared to work with you. I will certainly call Drainline Plumbing. You've got a customer that is permanent!

Chad've be used by us on occasions. He is knowledgeable, prompt, focused and gets the job done fast and efficiently. He's fair and honest.

Had one chain business come and clear a clog in my main sewer line in front of the home, after paying for a single inspection and coming 4 days out I was quoted an price to get a project that was not-so-complicated.

I opted to go with Drainline Plumbing and Sewer Specialist and a very pleased with the selection and then contacted companies! I was quoted a cost that was competitive and has been treated due to the frequency of clogs as an emergency situation. They ended up coming out at 10 and were back-filling the hole! Looking outside I cant even tell they came for the brand new clean out; and the simplicity of mind not having to worry every time I do laundry or flush the toilet.

Had a great experience with his group and Chad. He was very responsive, on time, took good care of all the inspections and licenses. (We had to have a sewer lateral done on a home purchase.) True to his sentence. The work was done timely and the clean up was great.

I've not ever had a worse experience with any contractor. Chad seemed nice at first but once the work began they didn't show up the day they stated they would, left a large gap in the sidewalk the day before Halloween, when the work was completed (sewer lateral) my back yard was no more amount and we then found out that they pulled the license for the incorrect speech. It took weeks to get the issue resolved (many calls never returned over that time) with Chad doing a great deal of crying and cursing (at both my spouse and I) and blocked my number. He was so angry and aggressive earlier I posted this review I waited over a year. Never had a experience and I would, when I could give less than one star.

Had an extremely cordial and polite conversation when reserving the ceremony but here we're 3 hours past the promised ETA, clogged drains and sewer backing-up, and nobody is here3 phone messages have never been returned, and nobody has called to reschedule. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION OR GOOD CUSTOMER

When I managed a business land at the Fruitvale District of Oakland which had been bought by an out-of-state corporation, Chad came highly suggested to run. After analysis, it was to be a far larger job than expected, being that the property was 91 years old. They found themselves working at the middle of insanity as Chad and his crew started their pre-scheduled work that took some excavation, 5 to 10 ft down from the sidewalk, the construction and out into the street in International Blvd! Police, firemen and several press crews from various news stations, in addition to curious bystanders, suddenly appeared, emerging and around them as a result of Ghost Ship fire which was happening almost across the street, but having the ideal vantage point to record out of. In spite of the great number of distractions around them, they continued to work diligently and professionally, remaining on track, and finished the work as promised, on a timely basis, regardless of all of the individuals and action surrounding them. The tenants open their companies were able to return and were restored complete use of the building's pipes without barely skipping a beat! All had provided with no understanding of the set of events which was transpiring as they prepped the area and had transpired. The BEST part. . .his bid to perform this job was way below what his competitors had quoted, every describing tasks that are identical to be carried out! His company and the services they provided maintained an excellent level of professionalism throughout. Whether your needs are small or large they come HIGHLY suggested!

I called Chad back and set an appointment. He was able to come out and assessed the project. His initial quote was reasonable in comparison to other businesses in way and the region below a couple of. In the time his site stated he would conquer other quotes.
Chad was worried about performing my job in the price on account of the permit process in my own county. I stayed without a relent on him and am a stickler and he finally came . I might have gone with somebody else but I'm incredibly happy I did the research and stuck with Drainline. The project was complete in a day and the crew were incredibly professional. The cleanup after the project has been amazing. The job site when they were complete was cleaner than before they began.

We bought a home and it had a sewer lateral to be completed after closure. Requires the lateral be complete to standard and tested within a few months. The county would do and put a lean on 16, if it was not completed. After speaking with Chad the time I was prepared.

We were advised by another plumber that snaked a clog which we had a pipe that was broken, he advised us our lateral sewer lines ran into the front part of the home. He was not willing to touch it. Two years after we're in a place. He came out in the time, had the appropriate camera to be able to see what went on down there. Turns out the lateral line does not run into the front of our house but on the side (we're on a corner). There was no break. There was rotting cast iron pipes and a flow where the lateral line from the unit that was rear joins the house.
Long story short, Chad and his team did a fantastic job. They did a fantastic job. And if we'd known he gives a reduction to cash/check paying clients, we'd have taken advantage of this! Definitely will use his firm.

I had a great experience with Drainline. I had a sewer lateral replaced in Oakland. Their quote was the finest, they pulled on licenses and were ready to do the job in 1 week. On the day of this job, they had machinery and the manpower necessary to do a job. They completed the job to the satisfaction of City and EBMUD of Oakland inspectors and successfully negotiated all of the hazards. Add me to this list of satisfied customers.
