I hate leaving just one stars but you're just one person and I expect many people know my story vs. being essentially assaulted by you as you on your industry should have the courtesy to have at least a 7 day warranty.

After I'd given up on a kitchen sink, called Dumb Clogs later hours. I'd tried it - taken out the disposal, enzymes, warm water, draino, even a snake. In the process of attempting to fix my leak I re-installed my disposal. My sink was incredibly both backed up and leaking!
Eventually over the course of the time that she conveyed useful tips on pipe maintenance and what products to use or not (Hair and Grease with warm water , draino no).
And her charge was quite reasonable for the service. Highly suggest Natalie for your clogs that are dumb.
Upon departing she cleaned not just her gear and the mess from the job, but put back of my cleaning supplies under the sink I'd taken out prior to her birth for her to do the job.
Dumb Clogs into the rescue. Natalie was able to generate an appointment the next morning very thing. Since we agreed, she came on time. She begun power snaking the problem and had set up.
The snaking proved more difficult than normal, but she persisted and succeeded in clearing what seemed to be two major clogs. She appeared to be trouble shooting on the problems and assessed under the home. Very professional. Given the difficulty that leak and the clog presented she was quick to solve the problems.

I wanted to give Natalie a review that was favorable even though I selfishly cancelled on our appointment. She was the fastest and first to react and I adored her cheerful demeanor on a Monday morning. She even cancelled yet another appointment to rush to mine and is responsive. I Natalie!

While she was here, she functioned! It was a struggle and she repaired the issue, as well as tightened and altered the pipes that my husband had worked on earlier, although I don't understand what went on.

Not sure how this business has 5 star reviews. We contacted this business to help unclog a bathtub that drains very slowly (if at all). Natalie responded immediately and quoted us $150. She said she was completed, spent less than 10 minutes with all the bathtub, and came. It appeared like the tub was draining a *little* better (but definitely not entirely ), and it was hard to tell because it was vacant and she simply ran the water for just a tiny bit, so the tub did not really fill a significant amount to see if it actually drained well. We trusted that it had been fixed by her. Well it was back to the draining. I emailed her a day or 2 later to let her understand that it was not draining. No reply. We're out $150 and feel scammed. Beware.

AVOID! RESPONSE: My people been using it after a plumber cleared it with a snake therefore her helpless opinion that it was clogged that afternoon is dumb. This is how you'll be treated by her, argumentative and refuse to create it shortly after $23, as you can see here! Dumb pipes is an proper name.
Don't use Natalie. She has no warranties unlike other plumbers. Unless you would like to waste your cash Prevent her. Unprofessional. Doesn't understand her trade!
Toilet she utilized a Kinetic Ram in lieu of a snake which goes deeper down the line. Hence the fix was quick (10 min) and temporary. Just over one week after very little use, clogged again and she refused to come out again. I spoke to pipes and they said she is not a plumber if the pump was used by her.
This was a 6:30 am call, so that she charged me $400! Others stated snake for $250 and they could come out.
She had a snake there but didn't utilize it.

Natalie is a person, but she was not able to unclog my kitchen sink. As a specialist, I expected her to have the ability to diagnose and resolve a kitchen clog. I phoned Natalie at 8:32'm about a sink and tub. She explained she will be at my address within the hour, asked a couple questions regarding the matter and replied immediately. She phoned me back within the hour and said the project was finish by. I managed to cover telephone. What's good is that she charges a flat rate. I asked her to make sure I don't end up with unexpected fees. My tenants were happy and all is great. I'd definitely call her again.
