Due to his expertise and exceptional eye, he brought to our attention that we had pitting holes at our gas lines (scary) which were a few feet from an our water heater (also frightening ).
We had a water heater burst and got in touch with Paul on Friday. Paul came by after his long work day and went beneath our house to a 2ft large basement. The offenders were found by him and made a promise to come back first thing in the morning.
When and if you need a professional you need to call or email Paul.
They went beneath and mended the pipe when he returned with his son. We had running water. Woo hoo .
Paul went home after we agreed the plumbing should change and wrote us a contract. We and his price agreed and he went to get new pipes.
He worked all weekend and now my wife and I feel confident that our house will be fine and safe .

Needed some pipes moved for a dishwasher. Paul called back and came out the next day for a quote and the next week with his son to do the job. The house is old and bizarre but this did not phase him. He knew how to deal with this 400 pound concrete sink that had to be removed (why did anyone ever make a sink from concrete???) . Call him for your your old victorian plumbing needs.

Mr. Walker is THE BEST!I phoned himand he moved over to fix the issue the same afternoon, in a matter of a few hours. The price was far less than what I was quoted with different pipes (who were not knowledgeable about the type of difficulty I was having.)

Wow! You're in good hands with Paul Walker. We were known to Walker's Plumbing Services by a plumbing supply company professional whose opinion I respected. Paul responded promptly and courteously, set up an appointment, came on time, assessed our problem, provided us with a very fair quote, and preformed the crisis perform fast and flawlessly. What more could I say? He is a person that is really wonderful!

My kitchen sink was clogged, and would only drain if the garbage disposal conducted. He had been booked via the weekend, and he got right back to me personally, although Paul was called by me. He walked through a lot of things I can try even though I wan't a customer, because I'm pretty handy. I needed to call back several times, and every time he had been helpful and patient. In the end, I couldn't fix itself, so I scheduled a time, and consented on his rate that is quoted. Paul showed up on time, took care of the issue, and abandoned the place clean and neat. I really don't write many reviews, somebody has to really impress me or piss me off. Me really impressed!

Paul Walker redid my own water heating system and I was incredibly impressed . I have recommended him to acquaintances and friends and they are as excited as I am. He knows his stuff. He reacts fast seems to know what the issue is, and fixes it. He was this week and I was reminded of what a pro he is. And also a really nice guy!

He is the very professional, honest, smart, well informed, polite, educated, thorough, and fair (did I say fair ) plumber we have worked with. In the past 10 decades, we had to take care of our landlord's technicians and Department of Building inspectors, whom were unintelligent, sexist, dishonest and had zero knowledge about our heaters. 1 inspector in the Department of Inspection did nothing while my landlord mistreated and threatened me and stood there. In fact, at the Rent Board hearing, the judge agreed with Mr. Walker's opinion rather than the expensive plumbers hired from the landlord or the Department of Building Inspection.

I had an excellent pipes experience with Walker's Plumbing Service today. I called Mr. Walker mid morning and we arranged a time to meet. He told me once he had been on the road from the preceding job, he would call me to status. He came when he said he would and called timely to provide the upgrade to me. He quickly assessed the problem (that was somewhat extensive within my mind) and effeciently completed the task timely. I was delighted to find that he services Castro Valley. Tomorrow, he will complete a task for me . Integrity, trustworthiness, effecient, professional and fairly priced are words that I will use to describe Mr. Walker.
