Had them come out to do a backsplash, which came out absolutely perfect. Their flat rates are super fair. The staff and nathan were good at answering all of my questions to assessing and completing the job. I fixed it and had also some tiny odd jobs here and there they took a look for me and I wanted their own opinion on! I highly recommend!
Don't let the"100% response rate" fool you. Despite requesting a quotation 3 times, they never got back to me. The first two times, they emailed me (through YELP) that they needed more info, and asked for my phone number... but despite providing it, the two times, they called to actually give me a quotation. The third time, I included my phone number in the YELP quote request (in the event the email responses I sent got blocked for a reason), but this time they didn't even pretend to answer. Absolute silence. Too bad I'll never know how their pricing contrasts with community handyman companies, or what sort of work they perform.
