I didn't know my day would start out like it did yesterday. Toilet backed up and came out through my bathtub that I went directly to YELP and FREAKED out. So I chose to attempt to get another quote he left a terrible taste in my mouth. At 2:45 P.M. named Hendricks and in 4:30 P.M. Joshua shows up and by 6 P.M. tasks as done! I could not have asked for a better employee and outcome. He was knowledgeable fantastic price and customer support was great after what I had been previously quoted. I use and will definitely refer again.

Me: Okay. Let us do it if that is what you imply!
In addition to all this, my floors was all scratched up because of Josh's snake machine. Wait. . .there's more. . .To make things worse, his vacuum was not hooked up properly and the top came off, which triggered a dust storm
2nd Plumber (Josh):"Yeah, I am pretty confident it is going to solve your problem."
After the hydrojetting, it didn't solve my issue and I'm out almost $400. The sink was still clogged!! I suggested it might be from the P-trap. So the plumber discovered it was obstructed and have a look.
Like one of the clients I got duped into becoming a my line hydrojetted. I only wanted it to be cleared and had a sink. I had a nice experience since she was really responsive and nice dealing with Chelsea. The story begins below:
If they were experts, they would've looked in the P-trap and I would be out about $100 or so instead of the cost of this hydrojetting. I requested to speak to the supervisor and was unhappy about it. I talked to the supervisor (John or Jacob) and that he refused to make it right. He insisted that I need to pay the price of their hydrojetting, though that isn't what I called for. He did not want to work together with me.
I wanted to use these guys in the future, but after having to deal to use me personally, I could no longer recommend or trust these guys. Please be careful using and the hydrojetting it may not solve your issue, if you would like to use them.
1st Plumber (Dustin):"I promise using a hydrojet to your clean-out line would solve your problem." He did not have the hydrojet together with himso that he contacted the plumber.

******LATE ENTRY*****I have to say Hedrick and Young Plumbing came in my worst of all demand. A plumbing problem on a Saturday night in 700PM!!!! As a homeowner I tried to make a minor repair and I realized that I was stuck. Together with three small children and off the water, I had the issue resolved quickly. I contacted the answering service and over a hour I had been speaking to a technician Don Swan. I told my dilemma said I had been on the ideal path, but lacking the resources that were necessary to complete the job. He arrived within a hour and a half of my telephone and solved my issue. He showed how to repair the matter later on. To get a late Saturday call out, I thought it was going to be expensive, but it was really reasonably priced. Mr. Swan, you're the guy and I won't hesitate to use Hedrick and Young Plumbing again!!!!!!!

I have had Young, Hedrick & come out for items second and to get a clogged pipe to get a garbage disposal install. The two times there came a young guy Dustin out, he got the jobs done and was very professional.
I'm exceptionally grateful for the promptness in them getting into my home and getting the job done fast. If I want any work that is upcoming, I'll be calling them back .

Matthew Hodkinson is a perfect illustration of customer services. He clarified the whole issue and had a lot of patience. He came on Sunday and helped fix the issue.

I highly recommend Hedrick & Young Plumbing. First, someone answered the phone once I called. As promised, they had someone out on time. Ray took care of it in a professional and prompt manner and recognized the issue. He managed to describe. The cost was very reasonable.

I would love obtaining that work completed as speedily as possible and to provide a shout out to Ray Salas because of his concern about the line issue. Also a shout from his helper whose name escapes me. I would like to thank Ray and Jayson for remaining cool when my renter began losing it. These gentlemen are wonderful and I am glad that I contacted that company cure and to check the problem.

I called Hendrick and Young to support my kitchen sink. We received top timely and notch support . He was very respectful and educated and offered advice and insight on how we could prevent our issue from returning and house plumbing systems in general. The cost was very reasonable also. It has been our telephone to H and Y and it is good to understand that we could have reasonably priced and dependable plumbing support if the need arise.

Joshua is a fanatic had our water leak restored and water back on in less than 2 hours. Vince explained step by step what needed to be done as far as restoration and was extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company! Extremely amazing Support

Very excellent and professional service. Vincent came to fix our broken valve in our shower which was leaking due to old age. I would recommend their services to family members and friends.

I called these guys to take a look at a water heater that I couldn't get to light. The plumber looked at it for more than a moment and told me I needed a new control valve for $850 (installed) and it would take 1-2 weeks for. Or I might find a new water heater for $1400 installed the same day. I called service winners rather to take a look at it and they had it lit and functioning in no more than two minutes. He was amazed to find out that a plumber could not figure out it. What's worse is I need to return it and had ordered the part for $130. Time and money for a fix. Not quite honest.

- He was the first person in order tell me this keeps happening and how it can be fixed.
- They reacted on yelp.
Wonderful support. Superior people. Super impressed.
- He fixed my sink super.
My kitchen drain clogs a few times a year (even when I am nice for this!) ... Unfortunately it decided to clog two weeks ago. I liked and really called a plumber who I'd worked with before. . .he said he'd be here today. . .and he no showed. I texted...I predicted. . .but got no answer.
So I reached out to Young & Hendrick. They were near by and had good reviews. The whole procedure was 5-star.
- And he put all of the things back beneath my sink (that he completely did not need to do...).
- They sent.
- They could come out IN THE NEXT HOUR!
- They gave me a fair cost.

I am not sure if Janet is an ANGEL or maybe the sweetest human in the world, BUT I obtained a TEXT within 30 minutes in my call... NOT 3-5 hours later.... WHAT?!?! I Began to shout, REALLY ULGY CRYING!! I am not sure how she managed to alter the schedule, but THANK YOU!

I called your business, I spoke to a kind lady (the plumber said it could be Janet). I inquired if she had anybody who could come now.... She would be able to get someone out to us later on, although she had another job lined up after that one and said that all her guys were on jobs. She booked an appointment and said alright. I felt it would be fixed, not exactly how I needed it. However, it would get fixed now. NOW....how do I clean these dishes and finish cooking. ????
The costs have been amazing, the ceremony OUTSTANDING, SUPERIOR, EXCELLENT and not enough could be said about it!!!!!
I get a text, with a time and also the technicians name....then and when I click the link it takes me into a PICTURE. If I was a single gal living on my own... that kind of item would certainly make me feel much safer. Jesse Ramirez, appeared pleasant and well groomed in his picture. I knew who'd be showing up by name and face.
He came on time!!!!!!, when Jesse Ramirez came He was considerate, helpful, CLEAN, respectful, well-groomed, not smelly, and there wasn't any pipes butt-crack (LOL, I had to throw that in there) and he is only just sweet as could be!
Saturday started as a series of crazy events which could have made any individual go insane, but me stressed grandmother out! Cleaned bed. . So, at 4AM I started my morning, I figured why not get a jump start on my afternoon because we were going to have a family reunion at our home starting at 3pm at which 33 people were coming. Oh by the way, we'd just moved in the weekend ahead (what am I thinking doing this, you ask??? I DON'T KNOW... I really like my loved ones and I am crazy) Between putting the last bit of stuff off, cleaning, cooking, dying eggs, which makes salads and preparing the 100lbs of meat for the BBQ... my kitchen sink decided it did not need to empty. REALLY?!?!?!? So needless to say I wake up my husband... who just started laughing because we all know if something like this will happen, it'd be this afternoon... So we plunged, and plunged and used Drano and plunged some more. We believed we got it... BUT No... needless to say we did not (#*&*). There were a few words stated that really should not be repeated, but of course... that they were not fine.... Eventually my husband said the dreaded sentence..."Well, see if you're able to find a plumber (one which may come last moment, now and resolve this), I must still put the remainder of the furniture in the home so people have somewhere to sit now".

Professional, Honest and Thorough! Brandon and his crew are consistently 5 star. Plumbing issues are very stressful, I literally would be missing without Young and Hendrick Plumbing. When there was 10 stars I'd give them 10. Usually I do not write reviews but I have for this moment, as they're professional and super helpful. I called them and the receptionist asked for a few detailsgave a price that was good and sent tech right away. The Tech Dustin did really excellent job came on time, cleaned up and returned the things back. He answered all our questions and gave professional suggestions. I had been impressed that time already, therefore when my mom's kitchen sink clogged, I called the company. This time they sent Technician Ray come to fix the issue. Considering that the clog is hard to clean up, Ray needed to run the cable out of upstairs kitchen sink and downstairs outside drain for times, until there is no clog in any way. Not only the sink cabinet cleaned up, additionally cleaned the clutter up out of downstairs drain. He answered all our questions gave professional suggestions. Not just he did his job, but he called next day to be certain there is no more problem.
I was touched by your company service which I never got from any other businesses. Thank you for your patient, caring, and professionalism. I will use your company from now on, and definitely recommend you to all of my relatives and friends. ^_^

Refreshing customer service! Vince and Vincent have been at my house more times than I'd like to count due to numerous plumbing problems. They are THE BEST! I have such gratitude for their hard work, honesty and genuine client care. Thanks guys you're my two preferred people/plumbers!

My husband and I, we could not be happier to have Jonathan as our plumber. If we need a plumber in the future, we will definitely request for him.
We had a leaking shower faucet on Saturday, as Yelp requested, while I sent out 8 requested quotes with the image of this faucet. The majority of them replied but unable to fix it except for this particular company. The owner had his plumber contacted me and asked for my phone number. Jonathan was the plumber that showed up and gave me info and quote (free), best of all, he could do the job on the next day, which was Sunday. How great is that? Lol.
Jonathan replaced my faucet and did a wonderful job on fixing. (FYI, I was able to opt for the faucet which I'd like). He cleaned the place up thoroughly after his work was finished.

So let me start with saying I lease my property. We had yet another and have had flows through the last few years. The home's owner contacted Plumbing & Hedrick to perform a quick fix and get a quote on repiping the house, our pipes are over 25 years old. I was impressed off with Jared and Vincent who showed up exactly between the time they said they'd. Very polite and professional (they even smelled good)! Lol Then Jason get the quote to the person who owns the house and the manager came out to take a second look. The owner is the most easy to deal with because like anybody handle himself or he tries to discover a bargain. Jason was quite patient while talking to him and quite detailed in describing value and the costs we would be receiving. I was frustrated having to manage this problem but Jason, Vincent and Jared went above and beyond helping me out to get. Most folks would not have taken time like they didn't help out. Much like myself, they still have families and you can tell they take care of their customers like they'd need a person to take care of their loved ones. Sorry for the long review but I highly recommend them and am so impressed with these guys! Thanks so much!!
