Henson's Plumbing Service

Daryl LCleaned up and was very courteous the entire time. I today will just call Henson's later on and, have had other plumbers before. . I recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I phoned them, they set up the occasions, Mike Lopez told me what he was going to do and was specialist, on time. The job was completed by him,
Henson Plumbing Inc is now my go to plumbing company.

Hensen put a proposal to remodel the upstairs shower together and took care of it. The price to redesign was a lot in my opinion, but I decided to have because I've had some experiences coping with Dave and Pearl Hensen do the job. It took approximately 4 weeks for Henson to begin working on my bathroom. Pearl the reasoning that has been given to me by Pearl was they had a good deal of bathroom remodeling jobs they currently worked. If Henson tended to maneuver their diagnosis towards the remodeling 17, I wondered at the point. Since I've had some great experiences with Hensen in my conversations I dismissed my apprehensiveness.
Once Hensen began working, it took them about 4 weeks to finish the job. The final product looked to be done. I did find a small gap between the shower they installed along with the hardwood floor. I've called them at least three times since then to have them come out and fill that in with grout, but every time I call now, I reach a helper who tells me that Pearl is busy speaking with a client and she'll have Pearl call me as soon as she's free. Thus far, for the last 3 times I've predicted, NOBODY from Hensen has called me back.
I've had some experiences with Hensen. We had a shower that is hard to diagnose problem with a leak in our upstairs. My discussions with Pearl were great. She is a wonderful woman. Henson came out to the home to diagnose the flow and was able to discover the origin or the flow. The remedy required me to remodel our bathroom, which was a hit to my wallet.
When they gave me the exact proposal to remodel my shower they would guarantee that their 20, hensen has promised me. Thus far, I have not seen that. I am left with mixed feelings . Looking back, I think I had my best experiences with Hensen when I was first starting out with them, then finally their only remedy for my problem was a complete bathroom remodel, then followed by Hensen more or less blowing me with any issues that have popped up. I really hope this is not the pattern with other clients.

I Don't Know how this companyIs getting any stars in my opinion, my experience is still getting me shaking I'm so angry, both water heaters went out so my husband called that business since they've done nicely for us in the past, a guy named Dave came to my front door I opened it and he introduces himself appears in my home notices stairs and says" oh are the water heaters upstairs?" I say"yes" he is say well they didn't tell me he sounded quite mad I said well I'm sorry but they are and my husband would of told them when he predicted ( he did), then I take him upstairs to see them and he says"oh these are 50gals not 40 your husband said that they had been 40 see sticker under, I told him that is what the sticker said I also told him my husband gave the woman"pearl" the serial number from the tank, he then says oh u should Find a tan water heater that is what

My expertise with Henson Plumbing was excellent. They are professional, communicative and work that is very good is performed by them. They handled my project as expected.

I have found the best plumbing service in Contra Costa County, maybe even all of northern California. They are tidy, professional, and quick. Pearl took real good care of us. She had a technician out to our home in no time at all. The rate was extremely fair and I was not charged until the whole task was done (and done well). Wonder if you're wondering which plumber to use for your house you have found the best at Henson's.

A substitute kitchen faucet was set up by zach. Very courteous, quick and professional. Price for a professional was less than a handiman are.

We hired Henson Plumbing on a recommendation to perform any replacement/restoration of a brand new house to say. This outfit is topnotch and our for all.
- The leading office (Pearl) was amazing in her scheduling, honesty and coordination

Awesome customer service!! We had a filtration tank that is leaky, so I called in and spoke to Pearl who had been the BEST!! She contacted the vendor, was able to replace the tanks at no expense to us (seller flaw ) and kept almost daily contact with me in relation to the replacement being done. Obtained the tanks, Pearl made it a priority. I would suggest Henson. I've never had a negative experience. In the women that answer the phones, to Pearl, Mike, Matt and all the way to Tom Henson, they've always put the needs of their customers.

I have done business. They installed the Enviro Water therapy system and took the water softener out. The water is wonderful.

I wouldn't recommend ever using a company that attempted to merge me from Highway 4 and has major rode anger evening.

They were fantastic. They helped me my kitchen sink and came. They were friendly and kind to make the appointment and at the appointment and cleaned everything up.

I had a plumbing emergency and known as Henson's based in their reviews. So glad I did. The operator asked a great deal of questions to find out precisely what my needs were, and was really useful getting that information over . I fully expected to have as it was getting late in the afternoon to await service. Within half an hour of making the phone call I had a tech out. The issue was assessed by him, and started to work straight away. The work was of, and comprehensive, clean superior finish. I could not be more happy with the service or the repair. They got us without running water, as our house was. I would recommend Henson's to anyone looking for a go to plumber in the future!

What an awesome company! From delightful and professional Pearl at work to the tech that did the second tech that repaired the issue along with a crisis repair. Had Henson's fix our Navien water heater. This is the water heater to fail in our house in less than a year. Henson's fix was faster and much cheaper than our first experience (same repair, distinct business ) and they also went the excess mile and investigated what may be causing the failures.

They start leaking and when you have two toilets , well that is a crisis. The people at Henson's came the day that I called at the time frame requested. They fixed both toilets and the cost was reasonable. Do not be afraid to use this company. They had been first rate.

New home owner and Pearl failed an assessment to get Matt fully prepared to receive my water heater to code, replace a defective garbage disposal and install the APEC water system with filters and then install a new toilet. They were both good. Matt has been very effective and did everything the right way, no shortcuts. Good work, great value, really nice people to use coming to the region. I'd recommend because they were quite thorough and no openings or charges Henson's.

On Tuesday May 22nd at the day hours a sound that was booming was created by that my water heater. I observed a pilot fire which was noisy and fluttering and went outside in the garage. I decided I had to call a plumber, after troubleshooting on the internet. Henson Plumbing was called by me the Following Day in the morning. I spoke to Pearl and explained the issue. She asked for my model and serial number to call the maker to test on the part guarantee and knew my problem. Within 10 minutes she phoned back to state the part was arranged and was under guarantee. She did say I would have to cover the labor. She called on Thursday and said the part came earlier. Can there come a plumber out. I said sure. Mike came out and installed the part and was completed in 20 minutes. Because of Mike and Pearl my difficulty was solved. Thanks Henson and their specialist people I will call back on issues. Jeff
