Service repairman showed up immediately and was quite pleasant. His review will be 5 stars! I was told I had a new garbage disposal and it would cost $525 for labor and parts. I ordered the garbage disposal they went to utilize for $95 on amazon. Company ran!

Fantastic work by Jason, unclogging tree roots out of our main line. They are not inexpensive, but they do react!

We've had success in the past with Roto-Rooter we can not recommend going forward. We noticed that our sewer drainage supported up in the cellar, RR came out. They corrected the issue, however, left a mess. We had to have Serv-Pro come & cleanup the mess outside. An additional $250-$300! :(

Scheduled my appointment for 4 - window and specifically stated I would not be accessible until 5pm. Got called 3 times, was told they are there at 3:30pm. I tell them I was fairly clear about being accessible after 5. Apparently I was not clear enough because"they removed my own ticket". I phoned back to find out nobody came. I was able to have a tech here at 8:15pm (Rick). He did awesome. He was polite, comprehensive, and insightful. He has 5 stars. RotoRooter shipment gets 2 stars. This is my house that's had a significant sewer repair and Roto Rooter has taken care of me . Initially, I worked with Glenn, who came out immediately to help assess the problem and determine what had to be done. I felt confident with his recommendation; he was clear, quite thorough and specific regarding the problems going and what my options were. Josh and eric came out to perform the work, plus they were easy to work with, effective, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I called a couple of times they were fast to get back to me to answer my own questions and after the work was done. I would recommend Roto Rooter for any sewer issue you're having, big or small!

We called on a Saturday morning and needed help to our home in a couple of hours as promised. Our technician, Matt, was friendly, prompt, and very helpful in giving some suggestions for the future to us and explaining what needed to be done.
Let us be honest, no one would like to have a sewer line. But when it does happen, what you need is a professional to call, and that's exactly what you get from Rotorooter.
Prices were reasonable, and while we hope to not need them again shortly (!) We will not be afraid to call again if necessary!

I had frozen and burst pipes and also called Roto Rooter. Someone arrived after two weeks and found several pipes that were exploding. They said it would be $1800 in complete also fixed the first floor. However, they said that the pipes on the second floor had at least 10-15 holes and he could not just cut and patch them. He suggested to substitute them. And the price will be for example replacing water heater, $6500. We agreed because we wanted this issues to be solved and trusted them. I told them to maintain the pipes so they can be shown by us to the insurance adjuster. However, as soon as we had a last walk through with the project manager, we found that the plumbers didn't leave all the pipes in home, along with the pipes in the second floor that they promised to have 10-15 holes do not have any holes or damages at all. They informed us lies to do unnecessary works to charge us more money.

On his trip I had an automatic shutoff valve is installed by him that I'd bought as part of my home automation program. This system will shut off the water main if there is a leak in almost any bathroom, sink, washing machines and all other locations in my house where there is water (there are leak sensors at each of those locations). He did the two tasks and great work were completed.
Yes, the price is yes, we they did call and reschedule the job that is original, but in the long run, the job was top notch and works good. I will request Robert for all jobs.
I had a catchy part installed in my own shower (thermostatic valve) and had a higher level of experience than my basic plumbing skills. The producer advised me that some plumbing tools were required, ones I didn't have. Robert Johnson analysed the issue and came. He didn't have the instruments that were known for but tried the ones he had. They didn't work. He went into Home Depot to buy the tools and I wasn't billed for the time. The correct tool did the trick along with his plumbing knowledge came into play as well. He noticed our water pressure was very significant in doing the job. He offered to test it and discovered it was almost 4 times the normal pressure and the ruler on the main had to be substituted.

The work itself was done economically and Terry seemed very knowledgeable. He was very professional and explained everything. It took less than an hour to get my kitchen sink to drain.
Yes, their rates are very significant. ~$275 an hour is not affordable. They will not tell you some sort of estimate over the telephone that the estimate is free. It would have been nice to have a ballpark number before waiting for somebody to come. I only needed it done fast and in, although I'm sure if I'd attempted to find a few quotes I might have had my kitchen sink pipe unclogged for cheaper.
When I have a problem later on, I may or may not rely on them. Next time I will certainly try to get a price quotes before picking someone to do the work.

I am very pleased with my recent encounter with Roto-Rooter. We had another for a camera inspection, one for cabling and 2 specialists out. Both gentlemen were fair in their recommendations and helpful. Thank Glenn and you Josh for a job well done!

Jim came for a first consultation. Based on our taste and his recommendation, we decided we want the sewer . Another tech, Nick, showed in a timely way. He performed support, and explained everything, really professional. Considering their gear, how could it be, although the support wasn't cheap. Company, highly suggested.

About 20 minutes later, Don cleared the drain and clean and left work area. A coupon that was healthy was provided by the online advertisement. The serviceman was timely competent, and even patted out barking dog.
A Google search presented Roto-Rooter for aid. The operator has been courteous and quick, presenting us. About ten minutes after serviceman"Don" called to say he was on his way. 20 minutes after the call Don came at our door. He was courtesy and friendly, quickly diagnosing the problem and getting to perform.
I'd utilize Roto-Rooter and Don again.

Within one hour of the telephone call, Roto-Rooter had Patrick out to solve my sewage back-up issue. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me in detail that is good. In addition, he gave me good tips to stop back-ups. Within one hour Pat's arrival, my basement no longer got swamped with waste water and the clog has been solved. My house guarantee sat on its hands, and I would have been waiting to even hear back by now Roto-Rooter was in and out of my residence. Worth the price for employment well-done!

Don was fantastic--he helped replace a toilet spout that my cleaning woman explained in detail about what, and inadvertently broke that he would be doing. He was rather clear regarding cost, and gave advice on how I would go about looking into a tile pro (I'm totally a novice at this). He was productive and friendly alongside being very educated. I wish there were more service techs out there like him!

Last few days I had experienced a sewer back up, had someone out within a few hours and I phoned in. The service professional, Josh, was quite helpful and took time to explain everything he had done and found. In total, it did not require more than an hour effective. I would advise Roto-Rooter to those that experience a problem.

Such speedy and great service. We don't have enough time or the energy to deal with long wait times and have 12 day old baby. From the time we found the issue with our sump pump to installation of the new one took over two hours. Michael, our serviceman, was polite and answered all our questions. Do not waste your time and call them!

Thanks so much into the Roto Rooter Team! I had a pipe burst 12/19/16, on Sunday. I am a single mom and was not certain where my water main was located. The Roto Rooter Team contacted a plumber to repair the pipe and sent someone out right away to assist. The plumber was quick and professional! My issue was fixed in under 3 hours and that I was able to come back to normal. The help is genuinely appreciated by me and know who to contact, moving ahead!
