Bill was good and professional to use! He was quite upfront and did a phenomenal job. A gas line was even installed by him from our home to our grill on the deck. For any plumbing needs that you have, I strongly recommend him!
Highway 103 Pipes (Black Hawk, Colorado) -The following day, another gas odor was smelled. I called Colorado Natural Gas, they flagged my wall furnace to the very same issues I called to start. The CNG tech said that my unit wasn't repaired and actually made worse.
-I cannot now turn my thermostat beyond the setting of 2 now, when I was able to.
Not HVAC techs or BBB accredited. False advertisement. Over Charged. Don't Use. Basically asserts to be a HVAC tech. Don't trust him.
-When I asked about over charging for the service, and pushed him on the dreadful work, he did not need to go over refund options or discount, and promised to be"orthodox" with his work habits. Despite charging 2 hours of labour for list of fixes above. It did not take him 2 hrs.
--a broken thermostat, that worked before his services.
Colorado Natural Gas gave me a second shut off notice in my wall socket due to tech work that was improper and returned after his service. The CNG tech also said this person was able to call his van out type and has terrible reputation around the area.
-I was charged $210/hr, the"premium rate" +$78 commission to create the excursion (standard fee), for simple repairs. He lives a mile away from me.
--measured gas outlet pressure
-The job shouldn't have been charged for more than an hour.
*When the job was"high rate" work, it should've been done correctly the first service call.
First service telephone, he created a smell gas leak in appliance that was not. Once I phoned him a second time and he returned to resolve the escape, I had to call another tech the following day, to come correct his job. There was a smell of a gas leak the following day.
--a brand new thermo coupler (lately was replaced by us, Wasn't needed to be substituted nor highlighted report by natural gas company)
This is not rate work. This is crackhead work.
$315 labour
-I provided water and soap to check the gas lines. He did not have gas studying gauge/meter required to take gas dimensions.
$18.88 was the total of thermo coupler
---------------------
Total was $411
-Don't supply an invoice instead a hand.
-Problems being a little leak from the appliance and an ignition switch. Report from natural gas company given at start of service.
-The very first time that the service call was performed earlier in the day. The issues weren't fixed.
I was charged for
I have a little wall unit furnace. After they installed new meter, was tagged by CNG for leak. Required me to call a service tech to fix.
$78 (push charge )
--and a dismantled ignition change, a new one wasn't installed during service.
