I had been known to Tui by another plumbing firm that was not able to assist me - . Tui managed to come out within a few hours and courteous on the phone, and was professional. Replaced my valve and hooked up the brand new appliances. Price was very reasonable given same day service. Tui responded right away, and returned to my home to look after it, although I did have a issue with the drainage connection.
Noticing my water pressure was low, he recommended replacing my 20+ year pressure . Had him do this, but pressure didn't improve. I have a valve.

Lo and behold I had to submit a different service request due to a leaky faucet. American Home Sheild assigned me the same plumber. Over the course of three weeks my Appointment was rescheduled three times. As a business owner you'd think that he cares about customer service and feedback. There is so much more to this that I can inform you but all I can say is if you're searching for a good? This is not the company for you.
Service had been requested by us . We had been assigned this company to fix our water heater. Upon inspection the plumber Tui had said that it would be addressed under our homeowners program with American Home Sheild and that we needed to replace the water heater. As a customer we expect service. I shouldn't be the one? Over the course of four weeks we had to call Tui to follow up on our water heater. The heater was replaced per week and that he didn't complete his occupation until 3 weeks later from installment.

Avoid. My home was just left by the plumber. We called due to a leak under our kitchen sink and had a consultation window of 10-12, he showed up at 1pm. When he came his very first words were"I don't have notes, what am I here for?" Well, I'm not sure why the company did not supply these details, so I asked, they were told by 100% my spouse. He asked what work He had been there for so that I clarified the matter. Within 10 mins it was decided I had a new refuge. He had me sign the estimate form, but the form was blank, since it appeared suspicious, so I took a photograph of it. It was sketchy he quoted me $150 for the first hour when we had been told $120 last night. I delivered my husband the photograph, while he had gone buying a new disposal and he telephoned the company right away. Not only did they say that he should not have had a receipt is signed by me, and we have an quotation. I took After he returned he proceeded to shame me , as he got in trouble due to the picture. I let him know it was my right and he proceeded to get to work. He decided it was a fantastic chance to recruit me Primerica, that is an MLM pyramid scheme not linked while he worked. This is beyond inappropriate, and chose to call his upline to inform them he had somebody"curious" IN THE MIDDLE OF HIM FIXING THE DISPOSAL. He did not understand how to take a charge card and asked for a test After the appointment concluded he explained. I wasn't happy but found a test and paid himtaking another photograph. Last, after registering the receipt he did not leave me to my copy, so he chased him down before departing and that he acted as if giving a receipt to me was unusal. I took it and thankfully sent him. I did get proof of the price of the disposal in the end. Go! HomeAdviser was so very wrong.

Tui and his sons came to replace an older water heater. They did a great job and charged a acceptable price. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how they took the opportunity to describe why and what they were going to do. They also charged a reasonable price. My spouse was so impressed that she had them come out to do some other plumbing work. Again they have been professional, effective, and charged them a fair price. I'd suggest them to anyone!

This plumber left this afternoon me hanging. The day, I chose, was told they'd be here between 7 and 9 am. The workplace also told me they'd call the night before. That call did not happen and once I called the office at 7:30 am and 9 am, they could get to the support manager. Lousy customer services!

Based on a reply in Home Advisor, I first contacted this company in 11/2018 about maintenance on a solar water heater tank. Talked to Tui who, after rescheduling three times came to our house. He looked at heater and told my husband that he (my spouse ) should do service himself because it's not difficult. My husband ordered a part from amazon that turned out not to fit in the tank.
I called company again last night to request service. Talked to answering personnel. Received email in 4 a.m. today saying tech would be here now between 2 and 6 p.m.
tui called this morning ab outside 7:30 a.m. to discuss request. I said we need service not ourselves and reminded him. After long conversation with my husband, tui told me where to buy part locally. Tui stated he wouldn't come to perform the service.
I received another email at 9:30 a.m. now from office requesting me to phone them and send photograph of heater to schedule service. I called and talked. She said email, saying tech would be here now between 2 and 6 p.m. was a mistake - new overnight answering personnel does not understand how their system works. I told her as it's clear that tui doesn't want to perform into the job that I am cancelling request and despite, recommendation from Home Advisor and some reviews on yelp, I am not going to call them .

After I left a telephone message called a few plumbers for a bathroom renovation I'd, I was called by Tui back. He was very fair, knowledgeable, and very nice . He showed up on time and did a neat and nice occupation and double checked his job after everything was done and cleaned up. For him to show up 3 occasions and every time the project needed his service was excellent. For all your plumbing needs, I recommend this firm.

Looked at the pipe leak scenario, clarified what he'll do, I inquired if he took money or charge (both, but now he didn't have his card reader that was OK with me an ATM was close by). Tui was quite patient with all my queries & took the time to answer them as well as showed me exactly what another dilemma can arise with a sample section he had, how he'd fix it, how much time it would take, & just how much he'd charge for parts/labor.

He was professional in his work, didn't mind while he worked, answering our queries, & very inexpensive, personable man although a soft spoken. Most importantly reputable. When a business says they will do exactly what they say, I truly appreciate.
We had a crisis pipe leak to be repaired. Yelp is my first place to go. I search for fast response, affordability, & very good testimonials.
I discovered Jewel's Isle Plumbing, took a chance & called. Available 15, calls to companies resulted in no plumber or no response. I expected Tui although another no response answered! (Sigh of relief) Tui was specialist, listened to my concern, I asked how much he charges ($95/hr); Tui requested to text my address & informed it would be a few hours as he was another job in the city.

Had the blot on my ceiling, and presumed it would cost my loved ones thousands. Utilize the home adviser program & discovered the very best plumbing professional (Tui & his apprentice) & dry wall repairman (Rory). They took the time to get it right; provided a good deal of assurance awareness & awareness for this inexperienced home owner. Through this experience, I learned more that there are still good people in this world, and on the maintenance of my home.

I contacted three technicians in the Ewa Beach - Waipahu area. Only one returned my phone. He was pleasant but couldn't assist because he had been booked up for months.
Tui called back within half an hour and was able to come at 8 am the following day. Tui was so professional. He had been on time, explained what needed to be performed and proceeded to work. He repaired our shower issue within an hour and his charge was very reasonable.
For many future plumbing difficulties, I will not bother trying to achieve anyone else. I will call Tui.

Jewels Isle Plumbing's Crew did a speedy and fantastic fix of of the Moen shower management cartridge. Will call them the next time I want help. Good prices and great communication.
