After he left I did not know the water heater could make sound while it receives the air out and I called them back concerned. He told me that it was just the air bubbles and came right back out everything that was assessed. He also told me and the woman if I have any concerns please do not hesitate to telephone. I would like to recommend John Owens Services! I called this afternoon and they came right out. Duane was able to repair it, got everything fixed for a very reasonable price, while before he started the work of the worst case scenario, describing's.

UPDATE - in response to John Owens response:The simple fact is that the technician accidentally obtained the system temporarily operating while assessing what was wrong - to get John to bill this as a"repair" and also want to get paid to come back and ACTUALLY fix it by replacing the component seems like quite a dishonest - and needlessly greedy - company practice.
There wasn't any"fix"... The faulty component that wasn't changed leaks water over my driveway 24/7 because it still needs to be shifted... Yes, there is heat but obviously it is not fixed.

And I did not have your technician change the role because he did not possess it in his truck... He hunted for it for 10-15 mins and if he did not find it said I'd envision a replacement later.

Called yesterday regarding our water pressure and Tim was immediately dispatched by them to suss. Within 30 minutes Tim was at our house and figuring out what the issue was with our 25 psi water pressure. Within 10-15 minutes Tim had us back up and functioning using 75 psi water pressure! We within 35 minutes all had that system balanced out and moved into our radiant in floor heating! Since it stinks taking a shower that is a trickle!! John Owens Plumbing and tim, Thank You

Customer support friendly. Our AC went out through the week of the summer, called JO up and he sent a tech within a two hr. Window and he diagnosed and repaired it about an hour this type of relief to have a office that was trendy again. Thank you for such great support. Dependable Tire and Brake.

I had a great experience with John Owens Services, Inc.. I called he & 4 businesses had the best rate for quotes. It wasn't my primary reason for moving with him . He was the only one prepared to fit me. Temo, the tech, showed up & was prompt, professional, courteous & solved the issue immediately. That included installing the new part!

When we actually got close to beginning his portion of the job, he became more and more difficult to work with. I called to confirm his beginning date per our previous conversationhe essentially explained I was not ready and he didn't agree with my method of installation when we were finally ready to begin. He became more and more aggressive told me that I do not understand what I'm doing, and explained that I would never finish my job. He would not stop talking so I actually had to hang him up
At a pinch, I was referred in Radiant Way who kept me and ended doing an wonderful job to Bernie Cameron. I would highly recommend Radiant Way. My renovation was completed by me and it turned out great about.
I tried to employ John to install a new heating system in my house as a portion of gut remodel which I recently completed. I'm an architect and also consider myself pretty savvy in regards to building systems. John gave me a bid on my job but I got a weird feeling at day 1 from him. I proceeded to move forward with him as my choices were limited within this construction climate that was busy and he appeared to have great reviews.
Quick update to John's response. The roofer came back 3 days later to complete his roof and then tarped the roof the day the radiant piping was installed. The roof is warrantied and the roofer didn't not have a problem with this method. As soon as the walls were enclosed the interior was dry. Additionally, I only hung up the telephone because John wouldn't quit speaking. I hope it is clear that his arrogance is, demonstrated by his inability to accept some possession of the situation, even after the fact at his Yelp response.
The capstone is I received an automated email from John Owens asking me to get a review and to consult a friend. John, thanks for the reminder to inform everyone what an asshole you are!!

Among our two air conditioners, an older model, was not as cool as the other. I asked a contractor buddy and he advocated John Owens Services saying that it was established and had a reputation that was fantastic. Among the technicians came and I was surprised by how knowledgeable and competent he was. He went and serviced the unit and it ran like new. I highly recommend John Owens Services. I was not disappointed in their solutions and hope you won't be disappointed.

The young guy (Chris) who came to my house to support the heater was very nice & very professional; if I need heater service later on I will definitely call them again.

An Excellent experience with Alex, Randy, Tracy and the team at John Owens services. We had a heater setting issue JO services hadn't one but TWO people back into my house before noon the next day to fix it, due to Tracy's fast and kind action. Could not recommend more highly.
I obtained four AC bids to put in new AC in our home in Novato and this was the best one-Alex explained entirely what we needed, answered my many questions and wasn't too"salesy" (which was amazing ). He talked my husband through performing the electric (he is an electrician) and they scheduled the install very fast. In comparison place companies then never even got around to sending me a bid, schmoozed and came outside.
The install was completed by randy in two weeks, was communicative about what he had been doing and was so pleasant with my children!

I'm extremely delighted with workmanship and the service of John Owens team. Grateful to their hard work on our new radiant heat installation to Cesar and Ramiro, days and spending hours under our home in a three foot crawl space , always emerging with a smile on their face. The job walked before we began to spell out the procedure for installing the inner workings of the system, radiant heat, as well as understand our needs. He has been responsive and also escalated our program. He called around to make sure we had what we needed and all was coming together. I'm so glad we chose John Owens services for our plumbing and heating function.

Mike was helpful in getting our water heater. He initially spent it. He came back another day using a replacement when that didn't work. When he attempted to repair it me didn't charge for an entire day of labour and parts. He was there when he said he'd be and polite and competent. Highly recommend their services. I want to get back them to service my furnace every year.

Chris Burke, my tech, was professional, prompt and incredibly informative. He showed me pictures and walked me he discovered during the AC and furnace support. He was very forthcoming about the condition of our equipment and did not attempt to up-sell me anything. I would recommend John Owens Services to a friend!

I did some study and John Owen came highly recommended - . Everybody in his office was useful friendly and super-understanding about coordinating the work with the renters. They handled everything including the scheduling of these systems test and allow inspections. I have discovered that by moving with the long-established household dynasty businesses, hyper-inflated pricing can be meant, at least in my situation it almost failed. Rather, John Owen installed the exact same specific equipment that another firm proposed at a cost that has been SIGNIFICANTLY (bold and underlined) better. Cooling and heating equipment that is not working is a hassle, but I advise you not to panic and go you make it from a big name firm, and at least get another opinion from John Owen. I'm walking away from two care plans together with all the other guys, from now on John Owen Services is the only HVAC company I Will work with. Great pricing, Fantastic people, great communication, great workmanship.
An experience replacing furnace and the A/C unit at my rental property. The company I have used for twenty years that installed the gear that was older, and maintained it annually, gave me a bid that was significant.

I had John Owens services out to my home to replace my old furnace and also my 23 year old leaking water heater. I really had a fantastic experience all around with the corporation. From they're friendly office personnel to installers and their knowledgeable support techs. The bidding I received was very affordable and competitive with all the companies in Marin. The builders did a fantastic job installing a new Top efficient furnace. Having a baby in the house. I wanted to make sure my furnace and water heater we're going to be safe to operate for several years without having constant failures to come. Thx J.O.S

John Owens services recently serviced and repaired my own home HVAC system, and I couldn't be more happy with the experience, start to finish. When my unit went out they were able to schedule understanding, a technician that was instant, and considerate. He explained the recommended repairs, and he provided pictures of my system that he was able to clearly explain exactly what occurred with my own unit. The cost was more than reasonable, and the ceremony was more than top notch. The job took two days, the moment, and John himself functioned along with the tech. He was committed to seeing my job.
