Their team was friendly, polite, highly-experienced, patiently answered all my queries, and cleaned up after themselves. Having the option of paying by credit card was a nice benefit.

After finding a significant hot water heater leak that occurred I called Joseph Kaufman Plumbing first thing in the morning and got a call back within an hour. They and I had among their plumbers, with an assistant and hot 31, respectively .
We do not want this kind of thing to occur to anyone!
This review is long overdue--but I would never suggest this plumber. Consumer beware! We had a brand-new bathroom put in, and our contractor used this plumber. Within a year, we noticed our grout was stained around the toilet--but there were no apparent leaks (when we requested them to come back and check it out). Then we noticed a crack in one of those tiles. Didn't make sense. Approximately 8 years later, the ceiling below this toilet had a large damp spot, just to discover that the plumber hadn't installed all new parts with our brand-new toilet--he'd used the old"O" ring, which was causing slow leaking over the years; consequently, the stained grout and cracked tile--and now a new ceiling below and extensive work. Lazy operate on two accounts.
Joe and the team are great. I've used them several times for jobs including small service work just like replacing toilets, frozen pipes ect. Chris in the office is educated and friendly and Joe and the men in the area are as well. If you need any plumbing help I would recommend calling them

By far,my favorite plumbing firm. Business and joe Kaufman has replaced everything out of taps,toilets,and disposal water systemic my property. Each replacement was completed my house and efficiently was left neat and clean. Starting off speaking with Chris,then. Dealing with the onsite staff has always been simple.
If I could give a 0 I would. Left two messages to get a pipe that burst perhaps not one call back! Do you run a business and not call clients back? Would never call them again, not like They'd respond anyway
Kaufman pipes is excellent. We had them come to our home. We also had a problem with our furnace, while they were there and they checked it out while they were there for no excess charge. Professional and cleaned up after themselves, could not even tell they were there. The water filter functions and has been for the previous 6 months.
We had a significant plumbing job. It entailed replacing two bathrooms along with the cast iron main drains in the home. We're happy not just with their quote but the professional, knowledgeable way. We'd had others come in, but knew immediately that was the man to the job. Nick was the plumber who worked tirelessly with us and we were impressed with his amazing work ethic and serene manner. We couldn't be more happy . It is so wonderful to know we've got a person to call on in the future.
