And functioned, they deliver service that is expert and top-notch expertise from the call to their efficiently run office to the evaluation of repair and problem. A few years back, Justin was called by us in after two companies' techs could not figure out why our gas furnace wasn't working. A real estate broker recommended Just-In Time is called by us. Justin was the only person able to recognize the problem. He mended the furnace in order. Recently we were contacted by the water company . Justin recognized the source of the flow in the primary service line came out on a Saturday, created the repair, and got us back to status - all within a two hour interval. We could not be more happy with this corporation. We unreservedly recommend.

They returned when they stated they would, did a great job, cleaned up and the heater looks great and works great!

This locally owned company is exactly what Sonoma County is all about. My son and future daughter-in-law lost their home through the wildfires in Coffey Park. This company treated them like family. Them get a few funds together in order that they could find somewhere to reside with their two small daughters. I have spent days trying to get someone to come outside to look at my furnace/heater. Just-in time super responsive, and was prepared to come outside. They in fact could come out sooner than anticipated showed up prepared to repair my heater. The heater was a quick fix, so me did not even charge. I was so happy with his support and mindset I had my pipes is inspected by him from the kitchen and that he sent out his co-worker Mike to complete the job. Mike arrived an hour and re-plumbed the kitchen , scrubbed it and got rid of this system which was in there.

We had a leak in our water line operating under our (long) shared driveway and hired Only In Time to repair it. They did an outstanding job and the end result was great. We were actually out of town although the work was occurring but were kept informed of their progress. Kirsten sent upgrades including images and overall the experience with in Time. Highly recommend.

This company sued me for $10k (after amending first suit to signify additional damages) and lost. They lost. I was sued by them within the review I wrote. Please read it. The ordeal started in late January with a certified letter, a visit by the sheriff another letter that was certified, and was concluded on in Small Claims Court in Santa Rosa. It was. And the review was maintained by me throughout this ordeal that was trying. Also, I opted NOT to countersue, rather trying to take all those street there's in situations like this. Following the fiddling attacks, hurled at me, however, and the lawsuit, and this professional service supplier casting aspersions on my character and integrity, I don't have any option but to amend my score. They tried to intimidate us from the beginning. It had been bullying, plain and simple. That can't be adequately overstated by me. But please, draw. I will probably be submitting a complaint.

They did a great job and helped us with a few difficulties that were septic. They were on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently at a sensible price. I would recommend them highly.

I contacted this firm late on a Friday night within minutes I had a reply from Kirsten, through Yelp. After gathering a little bit of advice within another couple of minutes, out of me, I had a consultation and their service fee info. My appointment was for the following Monday. My heater difficulty ended up so that I ended up not needing the appointment, resolving itself. What I could say isthe communication was outstanding, the response time was great, Kirsten was very friendly even when the appointment was cancelled by me and the service fee was the most reasonable of all the companies I'd researched. I appreciate should you follow along with the repair recommendation that the service fee is applied to the repair. Based on everything I experienced, I feel confident'd I ended up needing their service, I would have been just as satisfied.

Justin has been used by us now and wont hesitate to use him. They are fast, efficient and the price always defeats the other quotes and requirements we get from different companies. They have saved us heat when out in the dead of winter and with ac in a wicked heat spell in summertime. So thankful for Kirsten and Justin

I used Just-in-Time Home Services today for the very first time for a plumbing repair in a rental home of mine in Sebastopol. Both Kirsten and Justin were accommodating and helpful to my tenant along with me. What is more, once I phoned Kirsten to settle up with my credit card after the job has been completed, she stated that Justin told her that the job was completed for less than originally estimated, and my bill was $125 less than I had been expecting to pay. It is a true breath of fresh air for a landlord to find an honest, capable and reliable firm such as this . I will certainly be calling them.

Took the guy 5 minutes to fix furnace he wouldn't tell me the price of. Charged us $400. Seemed shady. Would not recommend.

Justin is the best and his title says it all... We had a water heater go out on a Friday afternoon. I called several different plumbers and no one operates on the weekend. I got a hold of some other organization and they offered $2,200 to get a brand new water heater. Justin mended the water heater for $185 and came out and did it. He's got a fantastic office manager, Kristen who makes the entire thing convenient and easy. I definitely recommend Just-in time...

Kristen and justin get back and also make things a priority. They guarantee their work, which is huge! I have a home and 2 rentals so they are almost on speed dial. They do things to code and have always been fantastic.

Emergency assistance with our water heater in our lease. They came out as promised which is huge for me, together with me Over the phone since I was not onsite worked and tenant allowed them in. Business was conducted economically and got so our tenant wouldn't be without water, a brand new water heater installed same day. Highly recommend.

Richard knocked on my door the morning after. We went upstairs to my hot water heater that was hot hot. He using explained his repairs and the issues, then got pointing out exactly what why at each step and exactly what he was doing. Fantastic guy; individual, careful, really educated and meticulous. And for a very reasonable cost ($185), *especially* thinking it was Saturday morning.
I am very impressed by Richard in particular, and this business generally. Just-in Time Home Services are my go-to for plumbing issues from here on out.

I highly suggest Justin for furnace function. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, got the part and repaired it. He and Kirsten are beautiful to use.

Justin and kirsten the owners are amazing. We had a significant problem with our septic system. They showed up on time, early. The issue was recognized by justin quickly. The job was much larger than initially anticipated. Because their job is, nevertheless our system was somewhat older so some components needed to be arranged, the job would have been done the exact same day. After the materials were here they got the job done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend Just-in Time Plumbing. Do yourself a favor and call them.
