Keith in KW Boykin plumbing is a life saver! We were having septic field difficulties and Keith took the time solve it to us and to learn just what the problem was. Other companies weren't interested in problem solving and also we were experiencing recurrent troubles with our septic. They needed us to replace the pump although We'd started working with Septic Blue and the drainage area issue wouldn't have been solved. We would have been stuck obstructed drainage area, together with another broken pump, and be $3500 poorer if I'd chosen to use Septic Blue. Keith was managed to squeeze us into his schedule and work on our problem before it was solved. Keith has checked in a couple of times to be sure no issues have come up. I could not be happier using K W Boykin plumbing and I highly recommend this company!!!!

I had a call out to 3 different technicians all leading rated on google and yelp above a plumbing issue I was having. The issue in question was black tar/mascara such as rubber. A laundry list of issues came up for chances, when I googled the issue. Wanted a $99 fee per hour and the charge to fix whatever they advocated. This fee did not charge and they were available the following day. From the minute they came they were professional and courteous. The issue has been found to be my growth tank. They said the bladder inside of it had exploded. But more than simply telling me exactly what was wrong and charging me, they took off the tank and showed me that the issue. The tank was tapped by the plumber and the pitch like material was flaking out all over. I was glad that what looked like a issue was resolved quickly and affordably. I asked them to flush my water heater because the price was so good and fill and they did not charge me at all to do the flush. Between time and money saved and the professionalism this is. They sent me advice about the warranty for my size water heater tank. Thank you Kieth and KW pipes!

Keith did an outstanding job. For replacing a water line that supplies water from he quoted. His quote was quick and true. When the job was completed by him it was for exactly what the quotation was written for -- no openings. The job was done amazingly well and in record time. They didn't waste any energy getting right to work and came on time. Keith is quite nice to use and I strongly recommend his job and his client service to anyone in need of a honest, hard working small business owner that offers plumbing related services.
