I jumped from bed to see what was wrong and I was woken by my wife around 6:45 AM with a scream and discovered 2 inches of water in every room in my home expect bath and the master bed. I turned my water off and went outside and known as Kalka pipes. Kevin found my water leak and arrived in under a half hour. Kevin helped me drys the home and replaced the part move some furniture from their water, also gave me the title of a business that cleans up following water damage. That is about the 4th or 5th time that I've used Kalkas Plumbing throughout the last 10+ years and... - Paul T. Removed and disposed of hot hot water heater. Installed new hot water heater, expansion tank and pressure regulator. Who's gonna call? My husband attempted to deal with the water spewing into our garage while I hit"The List". What surprised me was that day, that they completed the task! A day that started out ... - Lois W. They set up a water filtration system, and replaced the coils in my HVAC. I was very pleased. A potentially serious problem was caught by the service guy before it servicing my heating and air conditioning units in addition to happened. AC konked out so Saturday called Kalka morning have a long wait to get a weekend appointment.

Great s around great company and service individuals. Sarah was the best plumber I have ever seen. And I used Jesse and the hvac side as well and mike were professional and polite and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company
Work done was very professional. The plumbing problems was solved quickly. The work place was brought back to where it was before the job started.
I had the worst experience with Kalka. I hired them to fix my air conditioning compressor. Several mistakes were left by them and I needed to find another air conditioning company to come out to correct all the problems they made. They should have warrantied the compressor. The compressor wasn't charged correctly, it was overcharged by them by 2 pounds and 10 pounds of refrigerant needed to be removed from the company. They neglected to flush the line place to see if it was free of restriction. He said that there wasn't any oil in the compressor and no filter drier has been installed when the other air conditioning company came outside. Because the air that came out wasn't cold ultimately, the air conditioner wasn't fixed.
We can't say enough great things. We have had great service from them. They offer. They are prompt with requests for service - are quite professional and very knowledgeable about the services they supply. We're very fortunate to have them as our service team. They're the ideal. Kevin Kalka has been to our home many times - that he really cares about your own problems and solves any issue right away. His service staff is wonderful too. - anything and all caring needed to solve a problem. We highly recommend them.
Kevin and his team are not only great in air conditioning but are a few of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. They are honest and straight forward. They do work. I have a boy with medical conditions who is very immunocompromised. They were aware of his needs and went above and beyond to accommodate for him. They've always worn booties in the house, the admit my son and are so tender and wonderful with him. Medical parents could attest to it can be to have strangers in the house and this company was absolutely amazing with our house. We have an wonderful air conditioning unit that works. I have to give a recognition that is unique . He had been our technician. He has personality and such a heart. He made us feel special and like we were family. I felt like I had been his brother, like he had been taking care of me. He gained my hope and felt secure with him about my loved ones. Thank you Kevin, Ryan and the entire team! We called Kalka and they were able to get a professional and very competent plumber in a little over an hour to our home.
While attempting to change a busted outside faucet, we had a Sunday emergency for a pipe that I cracked. The crack was within the stucco wall.
He managed to make the repair with minimal damage. We're pleased with the response time and the work.

Support from Kalka. Mike and Jesse came out and did a good job they blew it out were really neat and careful, and cleaned up after themselves putting things back as they were in the house. Another excellent job, well worth the cash.
The people from Kalka responded quickly along with our A/C went out during the heat of July and fixed the . Kevin and Ryan tag managed it and teamed the issue. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and couldn't ask for a better experience. They're professional and that I really don't feel like I'm getting ripped off just like some other firms I have worked with. Highly recommend this company !

After hiring another organization to locate and fix my steam shower and once they diagnosed the steamer is dead or not repairable I contacted Kalka and they sent out Kevin and his team. In less than 10 minutes he discovered the panel has been burned out, he took the old panel, replaced itvery neatly done,

My hot water heater control went out. I believed it was just the pilot light, but after two days of trying to repair it, called Kalka after-hours following day and they came out. Jason and sara advised because my system was 10 years old that a new system would be expensive in the long run. They went and picked up all the components and got it allowed, installed and back to hot water within 3.5 hours. Very friendly and professional. I couldn't be more happy . It's also nice to have a female plumber on employees. Thanks Kalka staff for taking care of me!
My AC broke in the Most Popular part of the Summer. Kalka Heating and Air Conditioning came down right off to asses the situation and offer me a honest and just quote to fix it. I had been quoted rates that are substantially higher from companies who tried to sell me a lot of things I did not require. Kalka Heating and Air Conditioning was quick, professional and gave a great deal to me. My AC works good and my electric bill is considerably lower. I will certainly use them again.
This past year, my ac system broke in the middle of summer. Kevin came out instantly, on a Sunday, as mine was 36 years of age and I ended up purchasing a new device! They just recently followed up for support, and Kevin came out again to keep everything current. Always pleasant, and I appreciate my house is kept tidy, not in disarray following service. I would give them a higher score if I could!!

I bought there Home Protection plan and highly suggest it for preventive maintenance on your own systems once you receive a AC Tune up Furnace Tune up and a Water Heater flush. Great Service
This firm is the worst when comes to client service!! We purchased two steam units out of them and have trouble from day one. We'll always receive a date when called for solutions and no technician would appear nor a follow up call. There appeared to be a top employee turn over speed as well. We'll report them .

This company is made up of thieves they're trained to tamper with your unit to state it is completely broken and has to be replaced or changing parts that will cost you a few grand.
GUESS WHAT! My device is currently working immaculately it required the honest man less than 30 minutes mend it and to understand what is wrong with it all it needed was a new capacitor. The price with installation? $150!!!! SHAME ON KALKA.
I to describe my frustration and anger concerning this business that they are crooks and this is robbery. This company was called out by my bf and he said they charge $90 only to come out and conduct. He saw that this company's decal on our actual AC device (must have serviced the device in the past. . Not by us)... A man by the name of Mike arrived to our home around 5pm and shot him about 15 minutes messing with all the cables mind you he started touching another unit that was working perfectly. He came and said the electricity box is burnt and needed to replace it, and THAT WAS $479... oh it gets better... he said if you want me to find out WHY It got burnt up it was an extra $200. . At this point it is 6:30pm and we are unable to call another company to come out, my bf consented to pay the above figure... he then moves back the device for a 25 minutes and he then came inside to state that he needs access the attic because the fuse had popped. Oh and above allhe says it can't be repaired tonight because you want a new compressor that the current one is broken and a new compressor will cost $2kto 3k and now he states we might also buy and install a whole new device... COST? And the Finest PART IS HE SAYS my opening is Thursday. . .and this is Monday night.
THE VERY NEXT MORNING, now... I phoned a company called --CONNECT HEATING AND AIR--company in Orange County and judging with their testimonials YELP, I was hoping they'd help...I told them what had occurred. . At 11 am they sent out a technician... TURNS OUT THAT KALKA had crossed cables and by crossing I mean purposely TAMPERED with it to make it completely not functional,... look I'm not a technical person but I am human and that I understand when my gutt is telling me how someone is being dishonest. From the moment that the KALKA man said it is going to cost you another $200 for me to find out why the device broke down that was supposed to be coated.

We had a problem in our upstairs bathroom that turned into a difficulty in our kitchen that is right below on the first floor. Kalka came out within an hour and rescued us.
