I had an issue where somebody who was helping me had to leave town with a kitchen faucet set up but unattached and a valve leak dripping. They came in and figured out the problems (including dealing with older"brittle" pipes) and fixed them straight up, added installing a new valve.
***Adding one more thing - notice how a lot of these 5 star reviews are out of women. As somebody who works from home, I am the person in my family who deals with a great deal of repair people. So many are creepy or misogynistic or condescending to have in your home. These men were not; in my experience they were kind and funny and respectful. In case you I simply wanted to incorporate that portion of my experience. ***
Allow me to throw my 5 star review up here for Simon's excellent plumbing, too. Michael and Jake abandoned, and they were wonderful.
They, along with Mark, were quite communicative and up front about what the issues were and what the prices would be. Any plumbing problems in my future, I'll call them. I have just been in the city for three weeks, but I've a plumber for life!
They were incredibly fast thank you for the outstanding service and also for being on time of this appointment I created and amazing. If I need any plumbing services, I will for sure give you guys a call. Possessing a toilet isn't a joke and I loathed it. Thank you and take care of the issue. On a Saturdayour sewer pipe overflowed flood our laundry room. After calling almost a dozen plumbing firms with crisis hours,Simon's Excellent Plumbing was the only place that was prepared to come out to a Saturday and not only did they come out they were there within 30 minutes. The tech that came out, Luke, incredibly educated about solving our problem; and was courteous; effective. He patiently answered all of our questions and worked diligently. A huge plumbing issue like this was a new experience for us. After he fixed the issue he laid out the facts of how we should proceed with our pipes in the future and managed to give us estimates on many different jobs. I feel he didn't try to oversell and was honest but instead stated what he felt was the best choice to keep plumbing lines. I will always be grateful for how quickly they came out & did not make the most of an emergency visit with exorbitant prices. I would certainly recommend them.

While I had been the General Manager for a movie theater business, I had been found out about Ryan. The space in was quite old and in need of repair. Like with any construction that has some age to it, naturally there were going to be maintenance difficulties, the most common dealt with were plumbing problems. It was just like fighting an uphill struggle. We'd mend one urinal/toilet, then would break down. I used plumbing firms and was always given the run around. Technicians would appear late (if at all) then what got mended would normally break down a few days later. Naturally fix a fix they had worked and they wouldn't want to return. So one day I gave Ryan a telephone. He fixed a couple of things for us and showed up. He was so polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing and showed me how to stop certain issues. I am no plumber. Lets make no mistake about that. But Ryan did his best to dumb it down. I felt confident in his job which I gave our accounts to Ryan. He became our move to plumber. Anytime we called, day or night he would appear and solve any problems we had, and always guaranteed his job. I referred this plumbing support to friends and relatives and they have had 0 complaints. I would recommend Ryan and Simons superb plumbing to anyone out there searching for an superb plumber that is reliable. The Best out there.
