Anthony, the technician that had visited, was punctual, type, professional and made every effort to understand the issue (we had a special problem having a pre-fab shower pan that was set up badly by a different plumber) and convey the plan of action and the following pricing connected with that. I was very satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the job.

My garbage disposal went silent for the very first time after 6 years. I did some trouble shooting on myself but still could not get it operating. Eventually I had to find someone to help out me. Yelp was my place to go. I predicted pristine plumbing because of it is located in my town and obtained quite good inspection. The lady who talked to me was professional and effective and I got an appointment for the next day.
Joseph was the technician who helped out me. He came on time and talked me through what could have occurred for my disposal and suggested me substitute with a new one because of its age. He was efficient and very professional. He offered to walk through all my bathroom faucets and pipes and gave me hints about the best way to maintain and fix issues I have.

Fantastic customer service. Their tech did an excellent job and comprehensive. He wore shoe went to be somewhat clean whilst servicing 3 of our toilets and covers. I am quite happy with the support that he provided and I highly recommend both him and the Pristine Plumbing.
Then they appear to do job if you have money to burn. If I had another day to spend on the device, I could have done the job myself (those valves only screw on) and could have saved $800.
Get three estimates, if you've got enough time. If you do, I expect that Pristine will be the most costly.
No complaint about the job done, but the bill was outrageous. Two angle stops were exchanged by them beneath my kitchen sink, along with the fridge supply-line and shutoff. Plumber-quality parts (eg. Dahl) are available for less than $100. 2 1/2 hours were spent by them . The price? $921.81.
Joseph is the most professional and humble guys you can meet! We had a clog in the sink and he came out immediately and also took care of the issue with no difficulties. I called several technicians ahead who couldn't make it or were rude over the phone however Pristine Plumbing is precisely that. . .pristine! Joseph is amazing and I will be using him from now on.

I had a crisis something and one bathroom was wrong I called Pristine Plumbing at 8pm and got a call back within 15 minutes. Norman took the call and really FaceTimed me to look at the problem while he was on another job and then he walked me through several steps to check to find out if he could only fix it... unfortunately, it wasn't a quick fix but he assured me he could help me that night. . Well told me the cost as it was after hours and made it had an answer and to my place did some troubleshooting. Norman was very scrupulous and clean hd little booties and laid out so my hardwood flooring wouldn't become dirty. . I highly urge Norman and Pristine plumbing
Update: Shortly after leaving my initial 3 star review, Denise contacted me from Pristine Plumbing who had been empathetic and super understanding concerning my situation. Customer support is clearly very significant to them she went out of her way to remedy the situation and make me happy. It's so rare today to come across companies who genuinely care about their customers and their satisfaction and therefore I'm happy to report that I'm no longer sad and will not hesitate to contact Pristine Plumbing again. 5 stars!

Pristine Plumbing maintained the day when I wanted a plumber to come out ASAP to deal with a leaking dishwasher in our rental property. The receptionist and the technician who came out the next day truly deserve 5 stars I can only give this institution a three star review, but their costs are. They were professional and thorough and I'd love to use their services but let us just say I might have bought a brand spankin' new dishwasher (or even better...a pair of Louboutins) for the cost I paid for them to fix the leak. I'm still sad about that to this day.
Early morning called them, they has not 1, but two technicians in my house in one hour! Excellent, professional, oh, friendly and honest so clean! I would 100% recommend them to everyone I know!

Bottom line: I highly recommend Pristine because of their expertise/capability/service, however you've been warned on price.
I give 5 stars for Pipes experience and wisdom to them. They were able to obtain the root cause of my low catastrophe that is water-pressure, and then desperately defined and implemented a solution that is successful.
On pricing, I give two stars to them. I believe they make the most of my own lack of pipes knowledge to jack up costs way beyond anything reasonable. In a catastrophe, I had been in the long run, so I decided not to challenge harshly and time was important to me.
Rey, and his supervisor (Dwain), get 5 stars due to their customer support (polite, dependable, neat/clean, fantastic communicators, and only very nice people to socialize with).

I had another quote For 2 toliets. This business sends a text to let you know what he looks like and who your technician is. They also let you know he has came. Robert put on his booties and was right on time. He went right to the bathrooms. He wanted to have a look at the plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms. No problem since this is an older home. He found that a lot wrong but was not attempting upsell me. I saw with my own eyes the leaks and rust. Robert went in each bathroom and checked out them. He also spent alot of time double checking the issues. He explained everything with fantastic detail. He also explained to us exactly what was required asap. He was very patient and precise to a tee. I invested much time explaining what we had and have not ever had somebody give me an estimate and come. In closing I would like to say to everyone looking to buy any property please take a licensed and insured plumber to the home inspection. It can assist you in the long term.
They were at my house the following day, and diagnosed it was really an issue that is electrical. They'd gotten everything working, however, said it was bound to happen. They offered a recommendation of an electrician.
End result? They didn't charge me for the trip. They were nice, polite and I will call them on again if I need their plumbing experience.
