The plumber I talked to told me he would respond and give me a free quote. He was shocked when I informed him quotes were being charged for by the other firm.
I phoned and they needed $99 to respond and give an estimate. If you accept their quote, the $99 is put towards their charge; nonetheless in the event that you turn down their quote, you owe them $99 (only for reacting to your home ). I wrapped and thanked them for their time.
In my opinion this isn't a fair business practice. This means they can give you a high quote, and you need to pay them $99 should you decide to turn down their quote. This type of locks people into having lose $ 99 until the job, or to accept their quote is started. Personally, I did not want to place myself in that position.
I cannot attest for their plumbing skills as I did not employ them. The one star rating is based on their business practices that they explained on the telephone to me personally once I called.
Is this frequent practice? Not according to my discussions with two plumbers in town.
I talk to some third plumber in town, and although he said there are not any warranties over the telephone (which I completely understand) he was at least able to give me a ballpark estimate scope for the problem I explained to him. I ended up hiring him, and he charged me the lowest of the quote range I had been told by him on the telephone.

This place would like to control my mom 250 bucks to change a stem in her bathroom faucet. The stem didnt work so they need to start the drywall, which takes fucking two moments, when she cuts off the wall open, they would like to control her at least a thousand bucks and thats. If you like flushing your money down the drain, Utilize this place. She was told by them they may need the drywall to start from the city, permits to cut a whole in your wall???

I called them I was having. There was A team member out to my home within a half hour. Fixed my problem immediately. Very professional and knowledgeable. If needed, I would call them again.

I can make knights plumbing my choice. They took good care of my difficulty with patience and Samuel was really nice!

With no hot water on Christmas Eve, I was in a panic. Googled a plumber and fulfilled Angie over the telephone. By far she is. She's really pleasant, compassionate, and she went over and beyond to not just solve my issue except to keep my company with them eternally. When Les showed up, he was not expensive, pleasant, and knowledgable. This really is the best business I have dealt with in years and I shall forever be a customer. I plan on signing up for their monthly membership.

This month, I've used this company twice! For my shower and once for my garbage disposal that is disgusting. They have been professional and courteous and explained my options to me. I recommend them. Thanks Richard P Jason moment and now!

Jesus, the tech was professional and friendly. He removed a dime out of my garbage disposal in roughly 20 minutes. Jesus got a 5 star review in my mind I only gave nights pipes a one star review because it cost $170! I did not look around, but I'm quite certain I could have found a plumber to take my disposal along with 20 minutes or less than that.

The tech was very nice and friendly, also quite professional. I had a leak in the back of my bathroom the next morning and they came out. I obtained an image of the tech before them coming that was fantastic! A bit pricey but quite trustworthy.

Jason did a fantastic job and even checked pipes items. He had been on time and considerate. Knowledgeable about his field. Did the repairs. It was good to have a plumber that I can trust.

My water heater stopped functioning on a Saturday morning, and that I needed to get it repaired. I tried to find a business that could fix it on a brief notice, but kept getting told that no parts will be available until Monday. I discovered Knights Plumbing on the Internet and called them. A technician carried the part that was needed in his van, and accully inspected my water heater showed up. I was quite happy with the response and professionalism of the technitian, and of course the curtesy he revealed. I'd recommend these people in a heart beat...

A 89 service fee is that may be put on the work in case you've got them do the fix.
I was quoted $140. Told I had an excess hose that cost. So there goes the support fee back .
NOTE: The house warranty wouldn't cover the repair because the former house owner set up a reverse osmosis apparatus and removed it when he left.
They came out the same day to do its working fine and the fix. Just wish it wasn't so much.

Desired thermocouple replaced. This part cost approximately $50. Tech was on site and also did a great job. He was there for less than 45 minutes. Service was excelent thats the reason for two stars. Unbelievably over priced for such a part and length of service. Was told that I would recive call grom manager about cost back rather than have. Invoice 11424274.

With leaking shower problems, had to turn water. It was after hours so I called first thing in the morning. They we are in a position resolve the shower with in 6 hours and to send a tech. Thank you Knights plumbing. I use if I have problems and will certainly recommend them. Pete Navarrete

I called to get a leaking garbage disposal on a Sunday. I stated that it wasn't an emergency, however they needed to help as fast as possible. I insisted that the following day was sufficient. Jesus (Hey-soos) came the next day with all the tools and components necessary for the repair. He was professional and pleasant. He provided an estimate, which I updated to include a better choice, I approved it, and he went to work. He completed the task . The job area cleaned up. Total price was just as proposed. Well done! We had a water flow in both toilets and Gene managed to find a plumber out the next day. When Rob came later than scheduled because of a different crisis, I was a little worried he would not finish the exact day as promised. We had been in a super time crunch because the rest of the repairs depended upon the plumbing being fixed but Rob worked to get it done for us and left us with working showers! Yay! The job ethics this man has are excellent! He cleaned up nicely after he had been done AND was back at 7am the next day for the repairs. Obviously I'm calling them to have my dishwasher installed weekly!!

I cannot say enough. The lady that answered the phone took my panic even and well had someone call me to talk to me. I was told I'd be the costumer to since they were all still with clients that didnt wait till after 1pm to phone they sent a plumber. No lie I guessed I'd be waiting all afternoon. Where to start, he was efficient knowledgeable and explained everything. I especially liked he was up front with the cost of this fix. There were I liked that everythingwas guaranteed and not any. Called Knights Plumbing after having a few companies come give estimates I was having water heater. Not only were they the technicians, the most cheap. Orlando and Scott listened to all our concerns and many many questions and I put a great deal of value, managed to answer all our questions and did not try to sell us. (They said hello to my handicapped puppy whenever they would walk his bed to the road back and on. that made an impression on me for 14, my dogs are my all. While not related to their work, this gesture is a contributing factor to my choice to continue to work with the company for future pipes needs) Thank you so much for your help.

Had a great experience with this business. On honest, hard working time and the part I loved the maximum CLEAN!! ( even wore shoe covers )!! Today, randy answered all of my questions and did a wonderful job! Would defiantly recommend for all of your plumbing requirements.
