After my husband passed away, I had a great deal of plumbing problems that I had repaired. Knights Plumbing came to the rescue. They were efficient and didn't attempt to push me anything extra. I'm happy with the work that when needed, Les has finished in my home and will work with him. I'm happy with the personal service I received from him and staff.
The email was sent by me Friday and never heard back again.
A 2nd gal (Sandra) understood of this email and stated if I could call back Wednesday ~ she would follow up with the supervisor. Now today I called again, got the same gal and now they do not do this...I estimate is what she said. Completely felt brushed off Truly? A plumbing firm that is respectable can not put in a pedestal sink in a toilet; that is odd but thank for wasting my time Wednesday.
I phoned and talked to an Ashley regarding a pedestal sink installation quotation. She was very kind and gave me an email I could send pictures to in order to get a quote versus having them come out (since We've bought the sink and the old one is already gone we had new flooring installed)
I phoned Tuesday to affirm did I not have the right email? I did never got an email or call back!
To be honest I Am fearful of trades people I'm 3 for 3 over 5 years

Fantastic service but prices. Was quoted $2.5-$6.6K for water heater parts & labour and ended up only spending only $1.5K through another vendor and its working just fine. Not sure what the mark up is for?

I explained my issue and I predicted morning and wanted to be sure it could be the day mend. The admin said she'd call every time a technician was in their way with in a hour!
They came and check it out and that I gave 5 stars for service response call and Jason was fantastic he clarify what was wrong and it was going to get mended!!

Knights Plumbing delivered us Rob, who quickly assessed the difficulty (a terrifying amount of roots near the home drains), revealed us together with the camera, then moved over his recommended alternative. We followed his advice and chosen to get the pipes by the home replaced and a brand new"clean-out" placed in. Knights, the same day was able get to work and to pull the permit; Rob was done at the day's end.
Before I called Drain and Knights Plumbing, I read many testimonials. And I am happy to say I discovered all of the good reviews to be true. Additionally, I discovered that everything the company promised on its website (apparent, written estimates; working together with you to develop the plan that best works for you; on-time service) also held true.
He also gave us wonderful advice for moving forward and creating long-term strategies for the maintenance of our home (which while fresh to us was built in 1957). We signed up for the Royalty program and Rob immediately went on generally being amazing and just draining the water heater. He also showed us where the city explained to get them cope with the flow that has been outside our property and takes more than the drainage.
Knights' customer service is very important to me, while I know that the secret is to get quality plumbing in your property. Not only did Rob do good work for us, but he was very patient and ready to explain the options for us three times (badly --he went with us as many occasions as we asked until we fully understood that the situation). I believe it matters to know why and what work has been performed. This way the price makes sense (and we thought it quite reasonable). My husband and I are very satisfied with Knights. Keep up the great work.
Jason was my service guy's name. He was upfront about what needed to be done and honest. He priced matched me with no questions after I showed a lower wtitten quote to him. The job was clean and completed quickly. I will utilize knights plumbing and will ask for Jason.

This company charges $99.00 to get a quote that I paid after I was advised it would cost $452.00 to replace the main water valve that I rejected. It cost me less than $30.00 for the part and installed it my self.

Get quotes! Definitely shop around for better bids. They tried to sell me. TheIr quotation was VERY pricey. Knights Plumbing actually called me asking me to take down my Yelp review. Knights got to Yelp and it was actually taken by Yelp down Disappointed to do this, in Yelp. I only tried to help the general public from getting OVER CHARGED.
Rob out of Knights Plumbing came out of me calling them within two hours. He troubleshooted the issue then explained all of my choices. He did a thorough and professional job and I highly recommend them.
I had a toilet that is slow draining and a plunger wasn't likely to perform the job. Knights Plumbing was called by me and explained my problem. I had been told how there service asked if I wanted to proceed and worked. I did and was told. I guessed this meant within the week, like the companies had said. I asked for a time and to my surprise was told they'd be there that day. I received a call later that afternoon and was told that my tech was 25 minutes away. After he arrived (on time), he had been clean and professional looking and put on booties before entering our property. I explained my problem and then he went outside to assess out where our sewer line connected to the city line. The problem was that there and he contacted the city to come correct it. I had been worried I went to cover a visit and then have to pay for another visit if the city did not fix the issue. He got the fees waived and called his manager. I'll definately use .

$99 charges should you not wind up hiring them, to come out to get a quote. The rest of the businesses I called gave a quote for free. This company gave the quote among all four quotes I purchased in Tracy for my home. I ended up paying this company and went with the other company.

What could I say about this company? All for doing nothing, they needed to charge 100 bucks! I know I had been advised that before hand but 423.00 for a 20 second job! Damn! And the mindset of man Orlando was not good in any way! He got upset because I called the office saying the price was ridiculous! He went tender with me believing I'm a softy after I told him I can not call the office! But we were provided a discount of 25 bucks by the manager les. Haha lol! Merely to call the manufacturer for us to get the component was 125.00. All in all I have ripped off but when I did not do the job he wished to charge 99 bucks to come so I had to go with it. But man $423. Not suggested. So they wan na charge up the ass they are all on commission! Once again don't go here!
