Great and professional Support from John Clark. He fixed a leak under my kitchen sink at 8pm. Two plumbing companies never called me back and also a third stated," we just work on water heaters" Therefore, when Bob from Mr. ROOTER not just answered the phone, but stated a plumber would be at my home in an hour, I was very greatful.

If you need any plumbing repairs, I strongly recommend this company. We had running water we could hear but could not establish the area of the flow and Larry discovered it . Larry was on time for the appointment, quite informative and professional, and the cost was reasonably priced. We have a quote for $500 from roto rooter to get a camera inspection, and $181 was just charged by Mr Rooter. We will be utilizing Mr Rooter for any repairs in our future.

Additionally, I liked that there wasn't any charge for an estimate, they estimate once they can troubleshoot and cost the matter, when the cost came in too large, the quote could be only rejected by me. I like this!
Juan who arrived to our house was very good, at first however he did not give up, he kept trouble shooting and conducting equipment in various parts of the lines until he obtained it. He was professional during the time. The cost was reasonable and came with a 30 day guarantee.

This plumbing company was good. I have a house that is rural and employ lots of companies/contractors to perform work, from pumps and fencing to roofing and air conditioning. Along the way I've experienced poor work habits and some poor professionalism.
I would like to give kudos she's the gal who answered the telephone and aided schedule an appointment for me. She had been professional and very easy to speak to.

Top marks. We had a nail hole in a tube. The technician was on right time and he was quick, accurate, courteous, and non-destructive despite it being a job. We were without water for daily. Another plumbers in the city said they would just be able to come out the next week. Will definitely be using them again in the future (hopefully the need does not arise, but if it will.)

I opted to check prices on the internet and discovered exactly the exact same part was priced $16-$25. I received a call back from the tech trying to explain their costs to me when I called to question them.
They offered to send a tech and also were unable to give a price to me by telephone. I asked the tech and was advised they come out to investigate at no cost. He sat down and gave me quotations to replace the two things and then just one, after inspecting the things. In NO TIME I advised a $191 service fee was there. Based on the written estimate, it appeared the bathtub spout was going to charge me $241.36. After compelling us to add the membership, the total price was $306.96. Remember, they replaced the bathtub spout with diverter.
I wouldn't recommend this company. If you choose to use their service, then be certain that you get ALL info upfront before you authorize the work.

Pricing. . .well I can not say they were reasonable or irrational but they have been laid out on a chart so you know what precisely you're paying for. I enjoyed that.
They will get my business the next time there is a plumber needed.
Plumbers are almost always late but the scheduler called me. When Joshua arrived he was tidy, professional, educated and did an excellent job.
I used their web page to request service for a bathtub on Thursday. Within an hour their scheduler schedule a technician for Friday and called.

Today I met the best plumber on Earth Mr. John Clark from Mr. Rooter Pipes. I love my plumber John and this organization he explained everything to me the how and why he took time out to reveal exactly what he had to do to my residence. Service professional John Clark just left our house he did a great job went above and beyond with his services. After he left I found it already done and went to clean out the tub from food balls that were from the pipes and the grease. I would highly recommend his firm and John for anyone that has plumbing needs.

Thank your Tech Mark Dominguez along with you Mr Rooter. We are living in an old manufactured home. For the last 3 months I have been dealing with a backed up bathroom and bathtub. Everything that is tried to fix it ourselves. Eventually I got the name and phone number of the preferred plumber .
Mark did an wonderful job and explained everything.
It took a while and that I was ready for it to be awful. But Mark left about 4 PM and arrived at about 11:30 AM. He had to cut out all the piped from into to main system and it wouldn't clear. Well after years of prior owners dumping grease down needed to Jet scrub all our plumbing lines.

I will never use another plumber again.
They showed up on time, every time. Always took the opportunity to describe things, and did a fantastic quality job. Given the nature of the work, we'd at least 10 individuals over from the company over the span of a week. You can clearly tell that Mr. Rooter takes client service and professionalism critically. Everyone of the employees we met left a fantastic impression and did a great job.

I had been given a quote of $634.00 to replace a main water closed valve. The tech Josh Celestine seemed like a man that was good so I trusted him enough to give me a reasonable price. He told me they don't charge by the hour charge for the job. He never showed me that the pricing on his book. I told him that we live paycheck to paycheck, which will place us. He dropped the price down to $500.00. Clearly. This informs me that he's not being honest about their pricing and numbers that are calculated if I bite and determine. Due to time constraint and we had water I chose to have him do it. . This provider would not suggest this and is not honest.

They charged to unclog a kitchen sink $300. This company isn't pricey and professional. Dumped garbage and the sink water in my neighbors front yard. Cost and this adventure was terrible!

This company charges greater than 400.00 over other reputable plumbers in the area to replace water heater. But if you think that can afford the cost and can't wait, then go ahead and have Mr Rooter perform the work. They were professional and responded quickly. The man who did the work was polite and very devoted to doing exactly the way they need to be done. I couldn't have had a better individual doing the work. I wasn't so pleased with his boss who stated that other technicians did not have out the inspector to look at the work or did not do the job to code. I'm afraid I really don't believe that!

From beginning to end, Contrary to Knight's, this firm was professional. They arrived when they said they'd. They phoned me to tell me that their plumber went to be at the time that was scheduled, and he had been!
I hired Mr. Rooter to emerge and extensively assess our pipes and their condition, due to a few outlandish claims of busted pipes created from Knight's Plumbing, aka Rooter Professional.

He showed me I had NO damage, as had been maintained from the crooks in Knight's Plumbing. He went over some minor difficulties, but assured me there would be no major rush as the repairs were not critical in nature.

I'm very lucky to find this company to assist out me immediately. Today, I received an urgent call; they found lots of water in their driveway. I searched Yelp, I remembered I saw Mr. Rooter cars on road many times. So, I called Mr. Rooter at noon. Leetta picked the call and left the arrangement right away. Quite quickly, John went to the property. John is an honest and experienced plumber. The issue was checked by him, and explained that that issue has been belong to the City. I'm impressed by his ethics. Some money could charge me, but he did not charge me one penny. The two John and Leetta are very beneficial! They try to save me more money later on. I believe: with these great staffs at Mr. Rooter, this company will grow very fast. I'll definitely use this company again. I strongly recommend this company to ALL!

I had a great experiance with this company. I was coping with a line for a few days with a different pipes comany. They replaced pipes dug up my yard and left me without a bathroom for almost three days.
The plumber that reacted was wonderful. He put a camera and discovered a lid in the pipe. The pipe perfectly closed off and caused the sewer to back up. With the help of the Public Works department and Mr. Rooter's camera they were able to eventually free the blank out lid. This was two months ago and I have not had a problem since. I intended to write this review sooner, but just did not get around to it.
But they definately left a lasting impression.
I can not tell you just how much of a relief it was to finally have a working bathroom. Due to Bob at Mr. Rooter.
