On the Friday after Thanksgiving (which - let's face it - IS a vacation ), I had a fail at the nozzle linking my hot water into my washer. I could not get the water ended up using a escape that is nonstop, and turned away. Since it was on so tight I tried to replace the nozzle and could not get it.
$230 was a little price to pay to get the leak stopped, although yes, I paid OT prices. I could not permit it to continue until Monday!
Lakewood Plumbing had a person who dispatched out somebody, and answered the call that afternoon. The plumber that came - Greg Rodriguez - was one of the fellows I have ever met. It was a joy!
Several plumbing companies tried, and outside of that I called one returned my call, along with deemed my difficulty too little to be bothered by on a vacation. (Damaged laminate flooring - that cares?!?!)
Thank you, Lakewood Plumbing! I genuinely appreciate what you guys did for me!

Had a leaking faucet in the bath. Tech was charged $420 and here 45 minutes and did not break down the prices. Just...$420. Holy moly, although got the job done.
Will not use again and wouldn't recommend.

I asked them to come repair a pip leak that leaked from an upstairs tub down to the cabinets. My tenants noticed there was still some water (now less than previously ) leak from that section of the pipe. I called them + 10 days after, without charging another 130 $ for test and they refused to come and reassess the situation. They stated it was because the call from me was beyond which"30 day guarantee" period. If you're a plumbing firm... and you just insure your work for 30 days, that's some helpless lousy work you're doing.
The pipe leaked before and more there was a leak. Because they only fixed the part my tenants pointed 20, But, I do not believe it was actually evaluated by them. If you're a good plumber, then you would check for ALL the leak inside that area (literally visible), if they'd just filled up the tub and emptied it to check for leak, it would have been seen. But no. And they said they would come and fix it for a starting price of 130$ + other labor and material fees (which that part I was ok with but you shouldn't charge an initial appraisal fee for an area you failed to fix in the first place).

Lakewood Plumbing arrived as requested to check at my AC which was not cooling. 1st guy was chatty, but cleaned my filters, charged 319 dollars and said for certain I didn't need freon, which I requested when I made the call. I called back. . .AC not working. Rescheduled for after week. Got a call at work, two hours early stating technician at home. Rushed home. Tech opened machine took readings, said pressure too high and drained so9me pressure (freon). Then said needed compressor, under guarantee, but store may not wish to do it if AC co.. Was not good under guarantee. 3 days later I receive a quote to replace compressor for 2000. With note had to signal in 3 days. Called another firm, who arrived to evaluate, added freonAC works. Go figure. RIP off org. Don't use them!!!

Emergency services? Not one that I have been able to utilize.
I have called this business about a half a dozen times and either all their techs are busy"until next week" or they show up.
Make sure you call a different company before wasting your time with this place.

My contractor tried to fix my leaky toilet sink 3 times (out of his own remodeling work), and could not get the job finished. So... I decided to call a plumber rather. $ 250 was quoted by the one! I phoned Lakewood Plumbing, and it was fixed by Marty for $140. It was a busted valve. I will use him , efficient and fair!

We had an issue with our boiler which another company wanted to charge us $12,000 to replace. I called Lakewood for another opinion and Ray came out over the hour to have a look. Not only did he initially quote us a much, much reduced price to replace the boiler... after he checked it out he said he could not do that because the boiler functioned just fine and simply needed a regular cleaning to deal with problem. It's that kind of integrity and honesty you don't see enough of those days. I could not recommend this place highly.

We had one of these days. The kitchen sink was not draining. The Disposal was working but it would develop into the sink. Ugh! Searching underneath I dreaded trying to handle it myself. Neighborhood was the Lakewood Plumbing office so I called them around 2:30 pm. They were able to get a person to help us a little after 5 pm. The guy called to let us know he had been expected to arrive. In less then an hour he snaked it out directly from under the sink. Considering all else has been working fine there was no need for anything more. Drat. . .wished I'd used those shop bought cleaner more because it has been over 7 years since that sink was stopped up. Ah well, the good news is someone far more experienced then me did for us the task and that they were quite prompt. Cost was $155 therefore I believe it reasonable given it looked like an urgent issue. They have been prompt and the task has been done in a time that is pretty speedy. For that I'm thankful. Plumbers aren't what you might choose to use all of the time but when you need them I like the speedy service we received. When there is a job well done and timely what else do they deserve however, 5 stars ! I will keep them in mind the next time we need any plumbing work done. Pleased!

We'd Lakewood plumbing come outside to diagnose and estimate for a disposal restoration. Within 5 minutes of looking at the disposal that the gentleman suggested that the seal was not good on the disposal and it'd spat out (therefore causing the leak). Then he quoted me $489 to substitute the Entry (this includes parts and labour ). This is incredibly large and if I challenged him with this he was quite rude and extremely short. We had service so it's disappointing that they'd give this quote and utilized Lakewood in a the previous many times. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Lakewood Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner over one year ago. The a/c has not worked since I turned it on in June this year. Lakewood responded each time just replaced the whole central ac unit to me and I phoned. It is reassuring to find a company that takes great care of the customers of it when there's no money.

Back in OctoberI had Lakewood inspect my 2 HVACs and come out. Their service tech, Bruce K, was quite thorough and walked me through what he inspected. He had been comprehensive and honest. I will certainly call Lakewood when an issue may come up. Will also request to do any services.

I am not an expert about technicians, which I I trust Lakewood Plumbing. They're available 24/7, fair, informative, helpful, and their technicians are client centric. Plumbing issues are dreaded, but the pain is minimized by these guys. Love'em

I was coping with a crisis problem (to me anyhow ) where I needed a hot water heater repaired or replaced ASAP. The tech advised me that he was on work that went to be an additional 4+ hours and he wouldn't recommend waiting. My house has been under contract and going to have a review and I did not need water damage together with a hot water heater leaving an impression.
I'd like to not understanding the tech's name which I talked with (Greg maybe). These men did not do some work for me, but the reason behind the 5 star review is a result of the fact I was told by them they did not have the time to come out and made a recommendation on who to call.

Not sure I can rate them since despite their in line form they do not contact you. My friend also attempted. Fourteen days. I moved on.

Furnace quit functioning. Called on Monday morning to get it repaired. Later on Monday got a telephone call that someone would appear that day. Bruce, the technician, showed up and diagnosed the problem. Desired a component that wasn't on the truck. It was too late to get the component and return that day. He'd get the Furnace to operate but not at 100%. Got a call on Tuesday that he was returning in 30-45 minutes. Got part replaced and the furnace currently works at 100%.
High score according to: (1) quick response, (2) telephone call to notify of when Bruce would appear, (3) Bruce showing up on time, (4) Bruce obviously qualified, (5) Bruce explaining just what the problem was, and of course, (6) getting the entire repair completed quickly.

I am upgrading and upgrading my prior review. I had a boiler replaced by Lakewood roughly 10 decades back. After servicing requires that were numerous Lakewood and I agreed that mistakes were made by the original installer Brian in designing and installing the system. Lakewood was coming in providing a design that is far better to eliminate the system and replaced it with a design. Though the replacement system wasn't affordable, Lakewood covered costs associated with the prior installation labour that was poor and provided a price along with agreeing to cover maintenance and provide a labor warrantee. This time I had a better experience with the team who were timely, responsive and professional.

I have family in another state from the heating and plumbing company and they wouldn't be in business any 28, when they ran their company this way.
We had used Lakewood Plumbing for some plumbing maintenance difficulties and the support people were always nice but they weren't inexpensive. We had a problem with all our air conditioning and they couldn't do the service call for 4 times (understandable since I am certain that they had been swamped as a result of the hot weather). When the service rep came it took him no longer than twenty five minutes to diagnose the matter. He suggested that he did not have the part and could need to order it (this was on a Thursday). We had been told that he needs to be able to put in it no latter than.
Well over a week went by and that I followed up to check on the status of the support call. Two messages left imperceptible (with guarantees of a call ) and that I needed to call again the next day. I had been told that the parts were but they couldn't get out to put in it. Very disappointing!

We had them set up a out, and the guy showed up at 6am and installed the whole thing. As he cleaned up, we had been out and up at 8am and we never knew he was there! Additionally, the work was done the right way the first time.
We had them out to our home a couple times for a variety of things about a month ago or so. They were quick, clean, and best of all when they said they'd and ended when they said they'd, they showed up.

I upset that I was taken advantage of by Applewood Plumbing & Heating, although I am not the kind of individual to poor mouth companies. I AM the kind of person to urge companies and I will recommend Lakewood Plumbing & Heating to everybody!
Phil from Lakewood Plumbing & Heating came out to repair my AC. They came out, and I had wrongly been utilizing Applewood Plumbing & Heating and overcharged me to replace a thermostat however I was in a pinch and wanted it. I phoned Applewood again, and they came out, he told me all the problems he found with my AC (that was supposedly checked 2 days earlier ), and the cheapest fix was $650 to perform the bare minimum, and $3600 to repair everything, but I'd get 20% if I purchased the club membership.
I was quite uncomfortable with this, so I stepped to call my dad. He uses Lakewood to support house and his office construction, and he said to tell Applewood I needed time to think about it so they would leave. Lakewood was contacted by him, and they sent Phil out. Phil determined that I needed my AC unit cleaned (that Applewood did not mention), that I needed fresh valve caps and some freon added. My capacitor and newcomer were working fine (Applewood stated they weren't ). Applewood also stated I had a freon leak (that I really don't ). Thus, my problem was fixed by Lakewood . Applewood desired ten times that to fix"everything" and the majority of that was bogus!

You're just as strong as your weakest link... Lynette is severely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Some of the others like Torrey are amazing but once again, she ruined it. Won't be using these guys again until she's gone.
