Lawson Family Plumbing

Today was a day I was fearing for over a month. The kitchen sink had a clog and with a drain that is slow. Lawson was chosen by me mainly and am thankful I did. Me ripped and harassed me for giving them a bad review to the point of having to delete my post. So I was anxious.
Chris was the plumber that came . He was fixed the immediate problem and very comprehensive. Very grateful for that. At some point we'll require a power wash and will be sure to call Lawson's.

EDIT: It's obvious that this company takes customer satisfaction very seriously and they did whatever necessary to make things. The shoddy work which has been done on 6/21/18 came with a two year guarantee on the parts and the labour and they're processing a FULL refund as I write this. They are also devoting a new statement to reflect the correct guarantee information that we do not have any problems. It's refreshing to do business with a company which requires no hassle or work to be performed on my part and takes prompt action. I had been given No runaround, No explanations, No snark. Thank you to be answerable & upstanding professionals. In my book, problems and honest mistakes are almost always forgivable when the company does the ideal thing.
Was wonderful. He understood the matter and was quite apologetic and understanding.
One would believe as rare as there is a unsuccessful perspiration joint, it would have a guarantee. An individual would believe they stand behind their job a bit more. We had an AC put in with its a MUCH more complex endeavor and a workmanship guarantee. If Lawson isn't sure enough of the work to give it a real guarantee, then I am not. Oh, and that $400 fix, well it has just got a 90 day guarantee. Seriously! If the job has been done right, it'll still be holding 50 years from today. Not for 3 weeks. We have been a customer for nearly a decade, time to a number of ways.
I hate to give bad reviews but occasionally something just rubs me the wrong way. Lawson camera to fix a leaking pipes install from a year ago. The flow appeared to be a awful sweat joint. There are countless homes and companies with dozens or even hundreds of joints each with copper plumbing. There might be 100's of millions of perspiration joints which have gone without a flow. Ours failed at a year or less, but they charged me $400 to repair their work since I predicted Lawson just over a year.

OK. This was a Sunday morning at 11am. Along with the service tech was there in under an hour.
To state that Lawson Family Plumbing is great, practitioner, responds fast isnt enough. Nevertheless, they did. Plus they're!! I dont have a"visit" plumber so when I discovered that the garage water and flooded sprouting out from the heater, I caught my phone, hit Yelp and called.
Definitely will phone on Lawson Family Plumbing again if desired. It is wise to give them a go and do the exact same.
So we used the garden hose to shower, saved $400, and chose to wait 1 day. (Actually, the wife did!
He clarified that the device was still under factory warranty because it was sunday since it was only 3 years old BUT, we would need to wait until Monday to find the warranty cost.
This is nothing. Every review column is full of tales about wster heaters or air conditioners that fail or crack during the time!
Its ARIZONA! You'll have hot water if you use the garden hose!

They responded promptly to my request and contacted me. Their excellent rating at several platforms is well deserved. The technician, kenneth, gave me a quote without needing to exceed price. He left the area clean and did a fantastic job installing the bidet that is wise. I would definitely hire them.

Lawson was used by me in a previous residence so that this review is long overdue, and they had been great. So I scheduled an appointment which Lawson accommodated the next day, I had a garbage disposal issue. There arrived called Dishawn A tech to my house and solved the problem in under five minutes. I was not charged a nickel, not a trip fee. That's what I call good old fashioned customer support which is rare nowadays. This continued a pattern (a good one) from if Lawson came to my previous home years ago. They do not nickel and dime you, and just do the work that's essential in a way. I cannot suggest Lawson enough and they'll be the sole plumbing service I use for.

Service that is great, we are first time home buyers and we know nothing about plumbing. it took to be completed it took longer trips coming out we thought. Everything is working today, they replaced a bathroom, adjusted our piping, and fixed our master shower that was leaking. We loved the guy that came and helped us out. We'll definitely call them again with any plumbing problems, just hope it does not have to worry for awhile LOL

Pleasure! They did a excellent job replacing our corroded shut-off valves. One of those techs even pointed out that a minor leak from our hot water tank that we didn't notice. Quality support all of the way through!

I called Lawson thing in the morning to have them come to my home after finding water from an unknown spot. They sent Jason out to my home (he was amazing ) by 1pm the same day. He did not charge me because he discovered the source of the flow right away and was able to identify the problem. He promptly explained everything that was going on, showing images of this piping from the attic to me. I received a quote to the repair job via email. I would recommend Lawson, they have been prompt, courteous, and easy to utilize.

Kenneth was able to locate the leak and fix it with expertise and a smile. I called and they arrived out first thing this morning and had the work done in under 2 hours. Could not be more happy with the customer service and repair.

Excellent Support and quality with Lawson Family Plumbing. Easy to program, on time and acceptable pricing (you get what you pay for). Bill was my plumber who replaced two bathrooms. He was consultative and specialist. My bathrooms were left pristine, and the new"thrones" work great! I will certainly utilize Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Completely Happy with Lawson Family Plumbing. Showed up on time (actually beforehand due to a cancellation) provided estimate for re-seating a bathroom and substituting several shutoff valves under the sinks. Completed the job and took the opportunity to answer questions. Left the home as clean as they found it.

Called on a Saturday afternoon with a clogged Bathroom. Was told that a service provider could be out between 3 and 7 PM the same day. I was thrilled. At about 1:15, I received and was it OK to come. Everything has been taken care of with courtesy and professionalism. I will certainly use Lawson family plumbing again.

Fantastic support. The reason I did not give 5 star is as they are busy, due to scheduling the appointment. The service was touch resolution for our water heater problems.

I called for a water heater problem that has been reoccurring and they sent a tech out . Mike showed up and got with a service rep on the phone and also did some minor alterations to what was very helpful in describing what he did and may have been causing the problem. I have found my plumber to use later on. Thanks again, fantastic customer support.

Quick and Friendly.. trustworthy. . We will use them.
Plummer was right on time and predicted. My worries eased and was really friendly.

They provide good service. I have an old toilet that was prone to having continuous water problems that are running. Previous plumbers weren't able to repair it, but this area was. Since since they are my toilet is old and has issues, Lawson Plumbing came out a couple of occasions and they were the people who could repair it. No problems since then, and my toilet has been working. They also came to fix my sink and clogging problems . No problems since then . They're on the cost range that is more pricey, but they do provide the job!

Did a great job installing a gas line from outside ( where the propane tank will be) to inside my kitchen for a new gas range.
Acceptable courteous and cost. Deffintley would use them.
