Would advise using another company for plumbing needs telling you which you need to replace things which aren't needed to make money off 35, as you will just rip off my. This has been achieved by seeing other reviews.
2-21-19 we paid down our sewer tube for a CAMERA video. I asked the video and NEVER got, they claimed they forgot to push record, or camera that was wrong. 3 occasions I asked for this!! Supposedly the Camera was going to mark the place from the pipe that needed the repair. They INCORRECTLY marked where the cube was in WERE OFF and pipe 18 FEET!! I took of two times of work and saw ripoff and all their incompetence with my OWN eyes. They did so as I stood out from the backyard the entire day. Consequently, they DUG FIRST INCORRECT HOLE, found pipe FINE/NOTHING WRONG(SEE PIC) I stored the absolutely pipe they cut! . They had the balls to approach me for ANOTHER $1900 after THEIR MARK WAS 18FT OFF AND THEY SCREWED UP OF WHERE THE REPAIR/BLOCK WAS! (SEE PICS OF 2ND HOLE/WHERE REPAIR WAS NEEDED TO BEGIN WITH!) So they wanted a TOTAL OF $3800, because of their UP, cuz they dug two holes and cut in two places!!! And would only pay the 1900. So a 6 hr project took them 5 DAYS TO COMPLETE!! As called them 3 times to return and backfill the two giant holes with dirt and put sod back(SEE PICS of the job on that!! Horrible) then they would NOT document all of this, as sure makes them seem INEPT as they are! ALL invoice and to be documented on the job order when we asked. We were WARNED about this company and didn't listen, do yourself a favor and DONT hire them, you will waste thousands of dollars like we did, and have incompetence in techs and family owned company who dont provide customer support or competent service or honor, as even tho their job order they gave us says. All repairs guaranteed with fresh installion(along with the pipe was fresh that they put in) for 1 year. Of they said NO. I called 2 other pipes companies and they informed me YES pipe that's replacing the old repair is known as new install and coated in workmanship and material defects. If we do tell the TRUTH what occurred for what theyll receive their attorney. now, we were threatened by them? Us telling what occurred the reality? Go ahead! Good thing for TAKING OFF AND CELL PHONE PICS WORK SAVING AND THEN THE PIPE YOU CUT. The truth is that the truth and dont need anyone to have to go wasting thousands of dollars because the place is accurately marked by your cant and have a GOOD PIPE CUT! From the way paperwork says KATIE was the technician on 2/20/19. I beleive the two techs were known as Jojo and Art. 2/21/19
