Fantastic job to leak detective for locating the leak in my own pool and adjusting it! This is the identical leak that pelican bay pools didn't locate and also told me it wasn't in the skimmer. Guess what guys, it was in the skimmer!

Great job by the team at Leak Detective to locate my split pipe coming out of my pool. Quickly repaired the pipe and the kids can use the pool to the weekend. Fantastic job guys!

His son and this guy came and were there for 7 minutes. Of the plastic piece broke off on the side of the pool that's used to make water flow towards the top skimmer, while checking for leaks. He not said anything about it left the broken bits lying round the pool, gathered payment, and removed. I have heard nothing since and phoned him back. Zero proficiency, flat out breaks items in the pool, and horrible customer service, doesn't mend them or get new bits. I suggest this guy moving forward is not used by any one. I would believe any other firm wouldn't do this and be fine with it. In the end I'm out $225 for 7 minutes of the time and am left wasting my time to go buy (from my pocket) the things HE broke while trying to ascertain a simple flow. I love how some of those folks say he is a really nice guy. Could not be any worse of a person. He's just dreadful all the way round.

Man I'm so glad I Phoned Leak Detective. They we able to come and figure out my leak issue with my pool. Oh I must mention I called another"reliable" leak company the identical day and as of the writing they still haven't called back. I am happy they did not. Lyle was set back but specialist. He explained everything and gave choices to me at the conclusion of the process. I finally have!

I had a problem for some time. Another company decided there wasn't any problem and spent more than a week checking it out. No matter how the leak continued to the point where I had no salt. While keeping me informed about the scope and the cost of those repairs, brian took care of our difficulty. He and his son showed up when they said they were quick to locate and fix our escape. We predicted multiple businesses and Brian actually was out to our location to execute the work before any of the other companies even called back.

These guys showed up assess the problem. Fixed the problem and we are gone day. Highly recommend these guys hence the reason they were given five stars by me.

I didn't know what to expect but he showed up on time found the leak below the slab and was able to come first thing to fix it. He was able to fix the pipe whilst cutting at a size gap in the floor and he billed exactly what he had anticipated. He did a good job of cleaning up after himself too. I am really satisfied with his job and while I hope to have another leak below the slab, would surely make him my first call.

I can't say how amazing this provider is!! I have an elderly father that had a under the concrete escape and Leak Detective was there immediately, finding the problem, dealing with the insurance provider and staying along with these, keeping me updated on the status and were above and beyond my expectations!

A real winner! We looked for someone to come to our home to find our escape for a few months before finding the Leak Detective. It appeared like the other men weren't interested in the business. They had no follow through. 1 guy said he needed to come back and came out. We never saw him again. Others never responded to emails or our calls. The Leak Detective was on it straight away. He responded, came after he said he'd,mound the leak repaired it, and reduced the cost as it was easier than expected when he gave us the estimate. That is what customer service is all about! Highly suggested!

Kudos to Leak Detective and to Brian and Lyle who offer a service to this client that's upfront, fair, and fair! My daughter had a problem with her pool dripping water because she bought her home three years ago. He discerned that the problem of leakage centered around the automatic system, when Lyle came out to assess the problem. Lyle ascertained that the problem was really the basket and system and checked every part of the pool to detect any leaking. He showed us that the automatic basket was disintegrated and jack-hammered the decking surrounding the basket and sand and the dirt around the urn had eroded to the point at which water was continually draining from the pool. He reconstructed the refill system by putting in a new urn, connected the water lines, place in the float valve, and finished off the reconstruct with a new seal, pay, and decking cement base. Lyle demonstrated understanding of what needed to be done to fix the problem, courtesy, and the highest qualities of customer service. He quoted us a sensible price for the work to be done and stood from the quote, delivering a finished product that was done and addressed the difficulties that my daughter was facing with the exorbitant quantity of water she had been losing each day from her pool. Lyle was patient, optimistic, and congenial at all times; he answered my questions and explained all the procedures that he do to reconstruct the automatic system. I would recommend Leak Detective to pool owners that have a problem with leakage and want professionals to help them tackle the problem. Thank you to Lyle who did a fantastic job on our behalf!

Out of the blue I have a water bill. I called the town of Phoenix outside and we trouble taken the problem to discover a leak in the pipe which the pool was stuffed by auto. I had two different plumbers out for estimates on and they scratched their heads rather than being straight on agreeing just how much it would cost to repair and that this was the problem. Out of frustration I found Leak Detectives on Yelp and went with the positive review and called them. The next day, they came out. Brian worked very hard that afternoon ensuring that it was just the car fill on the pool (he assessed that the skimmers and in floor cleaning heads too ) and fixed the leak. Everything has been flawless since (no more escapes, higher water bills, etc.). I would use Leak Detectives again and highly recommend.
