Outstanding Company and people!I have used them my parents have used them. I used them to install tub and the all plumbing for a full basement bathroom and a few of pipes from the cellar. I hammering out the hard/big projects and do the cellar myself. Flawless work, on time, reasonable prices, outstanding people on the telephone and the man that did the work (a retired Marine), was a pleasure to have in my home, he did the work, was respectful of my family and my time, cleaned up and even gave me a lot of tips to help me finish off my cellar. Second time, I called to your bathroom for pipes. I talked through the issue and told them exactly what I had been doing, they gave me some fantastic suggestions and really told me to try a few things before having them out. They fixed my issue ! They probably saved me roughly $1000. My parents had them out to resolve a few bathroom and a few hose bibs and kitchen plumbing difficulties. The quote that was reasonable was supplied, the work was completed ahead of schedule and they had the exact same experience with the folks.
I usually don't write testimonials, but I had to for this corporation. Are a lot of plumbers out there, this company seems to do it all, quality work, good people, reasonable prices, they get it.

One charged $175 review + $250 minimum repair expense for a $425 expense. This was after being put on hold for 10 minutes following a shipment took my phone to tell me that wa plumber MAY make it. In addition to this, they did not even bother to phone me back and hung up on me after asking for additional info.
I don't know much about Liberty Plumbing but if the rest of their staff is similar to Franklin, I'll be recommending them to all my clients (I am a real estate agent by profession), family members, and friends for many years to come.
When we came home we immediately called that there was a gas leak in the cellar. To play it safe, the utility firm opted to close off the gas to our home, meaning we would have no water or heat during the night of the year. I scrambled to find a plumber to our house ASAP and pulled over. Out of those 6 pipes firms I contacted, two offered to get a plumber drop by yesterday evening.
The second plumbing firm said that their plumber will be there in one hour for $105 and responded immediately. Franklin, their plumber, was really there at a little over 45 minutes, well within the deadline given to us from the dispatcher, late on a Friday evening at the center of the night of the year.
Within 12 hours of my phone to Liberty Plumbing, Washington Gas scrutinized Franklin's work inspecting every little detail. Franklin's job, who by the way got it fixed for a fraction of the cost was approved of by the inspector.

They have been paid to do a toilet plumbing job, the bathtub doesn't empty, the toilet won't flush, the cold water line does not run. Are the occupations? I would not recommend this company to anyone. I tell everyone I can to avoid.

I thought Liberty Plumbing was likely to be a fantastic alternative for repairing my drain but I was so wrong. I informed them I had a drain that was slow and they told me it needed to be snaked for $250. I thought that was a very reasonable price in comparison to other pipes in the area. So I had the man come along with"snake" it. He couldn't get through it and struck on the blockage, so he said it was larger problem. He said he'd need to cut open my walls to try to come across the issue. I asked if he could use a drain camera rather than cutting my walls, which I would anticipate a drain camera to be a piece of equipment all plumbers have this day in age, however he didn't have one. He said just two other plumbers on the group have them. I understood drain cameras started by performing a simple Google search on plumbing fixes and appearing at Roto Rooter's site before-hand.
My advice is to find a plumber which will guarantee to come up with a remedy to fix the problem on the first trip or without charging you. The price adds up when a plumber wishes to make visits and cost you for each and doesn't make this clear up front.

I had a crisis on Friday night at and needed to have a plumber. The only company that would emerge and look after my problem was Liberty Plumbing. I got every explanation from someone will call you straight back, but I would never hear from anyone or we do not have or they'd phone me back Saturday morning. The only company that would come out was Liberty Plumbing, Robby R was within 20 minutes after I called them. He also fixed my problem in 1 hour and cleaned up. I would never use anyone else but Liberty again. Forget the fancy plumbing companies they do not need to be bothered with crises.

Came out two and charged us $600....and did not really diagnose the leak. Our walls and ceilings are still leaking. They charge by the hour and appear to consequently take their time to reevaluate how much they are paid.
Leroy was polite and courteous, but we were charged $600 for a job.

I suggest Liberty to anybody with plumbing requirements. A couple of days ago I got a quote from a different company that far exceeded what I expected. And the tech that came out by this other firm said I needed a complete overhaul of my system. Do not even bother investigate the issue and to turn off the water. He took one glance at the faucet and that was it. I was quoted by him for almost $1,100 just to get a faucet! No thank you.
One of the owners and I called Liberty and spoke together. He was honest and upfront. He assured me that they do nothing but work that was fair and knew my situation. And that's exactly what I received. The technician that came out to my house, Mike A., thoroughly analyzed that the issue and said that an overhaul of my faucet system was not justified at all. Was an piece. And yes, I had been quoted much less compared to the company. This company has been a joy. I can't say enough great things about these. Service at the top to bottom!

Our bathroom wasn't flushing, so that I looked up plumbers close to me . I picked Liberty plumbing based off the testimonials that I read on yelp. I phoned them (on a saturday night) and they arrived about a half an hour later. They fixed my bathroom at a reasonable price. Turns out I had roots growing into the wax ring through my pipe. He snaked it to the road, and removed the roots in the pipe in the opening. He was out and in in around an hr or so. I'd use them again.

I had a couple of problems in my home, a dishwasher stopped up, an issue locating a hosebibb closed off and a toilet that kept running and running. They were helpful and flexible scheduling about fees, up front with my job hours and arrived in time! They were polite and clean and when 2 of those problems proven to take less than a couple seconds to resolve they didn't charge me . I strongly recommend them!!!

Liberty Plumbing worked on an emergency plumbing problem recently and they went above and beyond. My husband and I actually had to leave town when we were off, they worked to look after the occupation and so he can get some medical care. They quickly worked to schedule a time to come to our home when someone may be there (leaving me to concentrate on my husband), immediately took care of the issue and simply provided the best customer support I have experienced in a really long time from service providers. I seldom make recommendations and would recommend them without hesitation.

Called the store and explained my issue and they basically just chuckled and explained handling charges, pump pick up charges, etc.. Nothing they could do to assist me with their pricing that was ridiculous, so I'm stuck getting ripped away.
First off I will say Leroy was great. Very proved to be quick and personable.
Leroy was good. Liberty is not. Stay away.
Since at the time I knew nothing about them had Liberty come outside to substitute a sump pump. So the price for labour was time and a half, that was on a Sunday. Price was $696 for emergency trip and flat rate pump substitute ($104 of the being emergency visit). When pump has been plugged it was really loud. Consented to regain a more quiet cost and pump just the difference in the purchase price of the pump. This occasion did happen and the pump has been replaced. The cost was now $836, when it came time. I at a single merchant sump pumps direct the newest 1/3 hp Zoeller pump was just $50 more than the 1/3 hp Proflo pump that they installed and looked up the two models of pumps on the market. On Amazon the Zoeller pump was 50 cheaper than the Proflo. I know markups for businesses to earn money, but claiming that is the cost difference in the pump and charging me an extra $142 is a rip off.
Now I understand how simple there is a sump pump , even the $ 696. not realizing how simple a sump pump would be There was no ones fault but my own.
He is accurate. I hung up Once they laughed at me, I did tell them I would leave a review that was terrible and they said okay then. If I did not get my way I didn't threaten them with a terrible review. So don't get it confused.
Update. John lies. I talked with a woman. Never talked with him. I never complained about paying weekend cost, I knew I would pay greater on weekend to get emergency trip. My complaint was price gauging on the replacement of this loud pump that they set up where they stated they would replace the pump at just the price of this pump that was quiet. Even John clearly says below that at his reply, but explains he has to cover his plumber. So basically I am not paying for only the purchase price of the pump, I'm paying for 2.5 hrs of plumber time and cost of this pump. I can also tell you it didn't require 2.5hrs for them to replace the pump with the quicker pump. It required less than 30 minutes, and less than 30min dwelt from my property. Do not believe their lies.

Twenty minutes later we had our clog de-clogged and he answered a couple of questions we had about things we'd noticed around the home. He was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Very timely and courteous. We were unable to resolve the problem ourselves and had an underground pipe clog. One phone call and they had been out in about an hour (that was their time estimate).

I had an issue with my shower, and Liberty Plumbing was courteous and helpful on the phone, and the tech, Leroy, was amazing. Good communication, made was fixed when the brand new part how to stop later on, and gave me comments on what the problem was and was defective.
Great price I would definitely recommend.

We were so delighted with their friendly response to our plumbing issues and I've used Liberty times in the past couple of years, I cannot understand what transformed them. We are in need of a leak fixed and put up a consultation. The day came for the consultation and no one showed. Telephone the office and Melissa said she would find out exactly what went wrong. My wife got a call from one of the owners Eric at home and that he was told her there was no record of an appointment. Think about this. . .why would anyone make up an appointment, remain home all morning so that they can call and complain particularly when you will need a repair? Rather than enjoying our return company, Eric told us that he was"hoping we'd go somewhere else" and hung up the telephone on my wife. As I said, what happened to transform them we'll never know but we won't ever use them again and hope that you do.

Liberty is a company I have used several times today to replace older cast iron pipes beneath the base of my house so the water out of the house would not go into the sump pump. The problems with the plumbing have resulted. Liberty has been honest and dependable in its pricing. A part owner of the company, eric, has been out to my occasions to use different dyes, and to scope the pipes using video equipment, which not all technicians have to find out the source of the problem underground. I have found him and his team to be dependable, honest, clear in answering my questions, courteous and professional. Since not all businesses have equipment, I have grateful to have found them. Eric of Liberty spoke to some homeowners' insurance representative to explain the issue and took pictures to send to her. It's great to have somebody I feel in handling pest issue and this debilitating drain is in my side. I will d use Liberty for even smaller job and for this large job and complicated endeavor, they were excellent.

Excellent support! Called about pipe burst at 5 am during snowstorm- scheduler promised us she would have someone ASAP... called back hour later with a status and had plumber on site 3 hours from call. Polite, courteous and understood that his business- fixed issue for reasonable pricing. Will highly recommend and use again when the need arises!
