I am so glad that after researching several firms and asking around, I chose to call Scott out of Main Man. Our main water pipe broke and water was leaking from the walls. It got worse and fast. Fortunately we redirected the flood of water coming in to the sewer basin or else we would be flooding. Stressing out, the entire household moping the basement floor and dug dirt out of the crawl space. It was a stressful time for us and also labour intensive.

A 3-day notice was Obtained by us from DEP on a Sunday. Main Man was contacted by me on Monday and talked with the owner. He provided a quote right away and was responsive. His quote was reasonable and aggressive. He was on the job by Wednesday and also by advising us that our lineup was fine, saved us money and it was just a faulty connection which was causing the flow. Scott was also honest with payment provisions -- until the street was mended, he required a deposit that is decrease and didn't need final payment. Other companies need large deposits before require final payment when just the pipes work is completed -- that is unsettling for a home owner who would like to be sure the street is sealed to get NYC sign off and even showing up. I would recommend Scott to all. Great work! (I even offered Scott a reduction furniture for his house because he was such a stand up guy).

I recommend Main Man. We had a sprinkler company in to turn on our system. They broke the valve which then high tailed it out and turns off the water and on of here when they realized the also couldn't find the main water valve at the street to turn off the water. I hired Main Man Plumbing as I was having water main issues. I had 4 companies and perform estimates. I hired Main Man to perform a broken sewer line. They gave me a sensible price. They charged me a deposit of 50 percent of the cost which is about $6,000. When they attempted to perform the job. They arrived with no permits. They got kicked off from the job by the Dept of Building and Dept. Main Man reported they don't wanted to do the job. I will need to go hire a lawyer to sue them. They're scam. Don't trust them.
